The Telios Continent is a culmination of Arceus's will. Modeled after himself, every [non-legendary and non-extinct] Pokemon can be found here or in the waters around it. The continent is absolutely enormous, though more can be found outside of it. Think of it as an Arceus level safari zone. The humans and the Pokemon live in harmony, all doing what they do. Living the Wild life, capturing, training Pokemon, and living together domestically or as job partner, or taking the competitive steps into the Competitive Battles, Contest Scene or showing off their glam in the Pageant scene. The humans maintain civilizations and mini civilizations (homes) within those civilizations. However they choose to go about living their lives, whether with or without a Pokemon to call a pet, a companion, a partner, or a friend, or another human to call their friend, their boy/girlfriend, their partner in crime, their husband/wife, their rival, their travelling companion, etc. this is a big world. Don't waste it living on what ifs. Take on some gyms, try to go beyond the waters, go to some contests. Hell, go up to space and try to find Deoxys. Who knows what Pokemon you'll find

The Wild Pokemon Life is shrouded is secrecy. In lands untouched by humans, Pokemon can gather together and explore this vast continent in groups, crawling through dungeons to discover this continent's secrets. Maybe even those in other parts of the world. Mountains, Icelands, Deserts, Forests, Rainforests, Human Urban Lands, everything is even bigger from the eyes of the little Pokemon who explore, and who want to live, love, and fight in it with all those friends they hold dear

Notable Attractions: Ghost Type Gym Leader
Weather: Cloudy and Windy

Current Event: Pokemon Festival
Current time: Noon

Ah a perfect day in Cypress City. The city is bustling as people prepare for the Lavender Town Ghost Festival, a celebration of all the Ghost Types from around the world. All the Ghost Type Merchandise, candy, cookies, exhibitions, and history, as well as the Ghost Type Gym Leader Hall of Fame. Everyone dressed up in their best ghost Pokemon Attire. If they had none, they dressed in the darkest purple they could find. It wasn't hard to find the more gothic types roaming around. Seances, Fortune Telling, Vigils, the works. This was the lightest darkest festival in the world at the time. It would all come to head at midnight with a giant fireworks display. For now though, one of the bigger spectacles was known as the Gravest Ghost and the Iron Ghost Tournaments, which was a Contest and a Competitive Battle contest respectively featuring a 1v1 ghost-type only battles. The city was glowing purple, a giant purple dot when looked at from space. It was an all out celebration for the most mischievous, tricky Type of Pokemon, a celebration for the unknown and mysterious. This celebration was so great and so homely for Ghost Types and Ghost type fans that it wasn't uncommon to see a bunch of Ghost Types floating around enjoying the festival themselves, an ancient rarity in the daytime. Of course, outright catching was against the rules, as were unsanctioned battles. It would disturb the peace and it could damage the property of the sellers. They took the safety of the people and the Pokemon here VERY seriously.

As the people go about traversing the festival, how are they planning to enjoy this light-hearted darkest of days?

"Where did they run off to?" Jane cried out. Her pokemon had ran away during lunch, for the hundreth time since she had first reached the Telios region. Even though the festival was currently going on and Jane had yet to buy a fitting outfit to match the festival, changing into a proper outfit was the least of her worries. Her pokemon were always doing whatever they wanted whenever they were released from their pokeballs, and they never seem to bother listening to her.

The only 2 pokemon that remained were Glaceon and Lapras, but even they disobeyed her orders to go look for the other pokemon. Glaceon just continued sleeping, ignoring her entirely. As such, Jane had to once again ask random strangers if they had seen one of her pokemon around. And this time, they may even tell her to get a proper outfit for the festival before helping her, troubling her even further.

Mason Serrano
Cypress City Square

Mason looked around as the girl asked him about her Pokemon. He smiled at her question, keeping himself from chuckling. He was in an incredibly good mood. The Clefairy on his shoulder was bouncy, wearing a purple Gengar hoodie. Apparently Gengar was one of her cosplay ideas. This was one of very few times he'd ever be seen in not pink. His love for cosplay was the only thing that took over his love for Pink. Today for this festival, he was sporting some Banette cosplay. As creepy as he could look to some, his kind demeanor never really changed.

"Take a look around, dear. There are a lot of Pokemon around. You have to be a bit more specific. If you want, I can help you find the Pokemon in question." The rest of his Pokemon were at his heels, keeping close to him. His Clefairy, of course. His Gastrodon, Deerling, and his Ivysaur. "What Pokemon are you looking for?"

"Well, I'm looking for a Snover, Snorunt, Amaura and Swinub. Basically random ice-types walking around. But watch out for Swinub, the most naughty one. He even encouraged the others to run away from me!" Jane complained. "Once I get my hands on them, I'll make them suffer!"

Mason actually laughed now. "They shouldn't be hard to find. I suppose Swinub would be near all the food. The rest I can't really guess. Scarlett, dear?"
The Clefairy acknowledged him with a tilt of her head and a small "fairy?"
"You heard her, right? Snover, Snorunt, Amaura, Swinub. I need you to head out and find one of them. Bring them back.........." he forgot how more efficient it would be to get the rest there was well. "The rest of you I need to do the same. Go and come back asap when you find them." They all acknowledged it and they all ran off to find the Pokemon in question. Being ice types, the only one that would be even somewhat hard to find would be Snorunt. Swinub would be easy to see. Snover is the biggest of them. Amaura was a rarity, so it couldn't hide amongst all the people who had never seen on before ever.

"My name is Mason Serrano." he said. "Why do your Pokemon plot against you? Do you have the badges?" Maybe she had a battle team and needed to grab a few badges to really show them that she was a good trainer

Scarlett (Clefairy)
Cypress City Square

Scarlett bounced around the city. "Mason said Swinub would likely be near some form of food." she said. Obviously no people wouldn't know what she said, only ever hearing her say "fairy." She had collected a lot of moonlight in her wings the night before, so she bounced around and used that stored moonlight to float. Unfortunately for her, this was a festival. There were TONS of food sources. "Geez......" she said, scratching her head in confusion as she slowly floated down to the ground around. She wished Mason was a bit more specific about where Swinub was.

She heard a squeal and she was looking into the face of a child with sparkling eyes upon turning around. "A clefairy! So cute! It's dressed up like a Gengar!" the child said, his voice incredibly high pitched, like he had just seen a puppy. Oh no, Scarlett thought as she was inevitably grabbed and squeezed with robot strength. She was incredibly rare as well. Not as rare as Amaura, but still VERY rare. She waved politely, but ultimately tried to get away. Her wearing clothing would be an obvious indicator to the child's parents that she wasn't wild.

"Oh right... Maybe it's because I have no badges.. heheh." Jane smiled sheepishly. "Anyway, we should continue asking others for more info. Someone must have seen them running around. Also, they will most likely be moving together as a group. So if we find just one, we can find the others nearby." Jane turned around, preparing to leave, but then stopped in her tracks. "Oh right. I haven't introduced myself yet. I'm Jane, and you are?"

Dylan had been in Cypress City a day prior to their most celebrated Ghost type festival they held every year. At least that's what she had read on a flyer when she was journeying to the large city as part of her travels. "I can't believe you made me do this Ryker. I feel ridiculous," the young woman mumbled as her cheeks were colored a light shade of pink. You see on the trip over Ryker had gotten a hold of the flyer they had found and read about the festival from what was written on the paper. The Lucario then suggested that his trainer get a costume for the occasion. Though when she had refused he had used her phone to contact her family and ask them to ship an outfit over to the Cypress City Pokémon Center just for the occasion. Even something for himself.

"According to that flyer, dressing up is part of the tradition. It would be rude of us to walk around without participating in some manner," his voice spoke in Mei's mind due to his telepathic form of communication, "Plus a little socializing won't do you much harm." This caused the brunette to sigh to herself rather quietly. Her Shedinja costume made her feel rather awkward, but at least she was covered in some sort of modest fashion. Ryker had his own little costume to help him be a part of the festive spirit, and it was much simpler than Dylan's. The Lucario wore a hat and a cape that resembled that of a Mismagius.

Sadly though, Mei was unsure of what exactly the two of them could do. Contests weren't her style and the tournament was strictly for Ghost types only. If not for that rule the young woman would have gladly entered. "Tundra would have pry taken care of the competition since she is a dark type," she thought out loud, voice rather monotone as normal. Her statement however, earned her a small glare from her most loyal partner, "I can hear you Dylan." Blue orbs moved over to lay their gaze on the Lucario in costume. They appeared a bit, sad. Reaching her hand out Dylan placed it on the aura Pokémon's shoulder as she gave an apology, "I'm sorry, Ryker. That was rude of me. Could you forgive me?"

After looking up at his trainer the Pokémon gave a small smile, and a nod. "I will always forgive you Dylan, always." By now however, a few people were shooting trainer and Pokémon confusing stares. Reason being the fact that the young woman seemingly was talking to herself from their opinions. Not fully aware of the telepathic abilities a few Lucario are able to posses that allows them to communicate with their trainer.

This was Kane's fourth day in Cypress City, on his journey to be amongst the best Trainer known to the world. In truth, he had completely forgotten that today was the Festival, and he had only found out when almost every hotel in the area had been fully booked. Still, Kane was persistent - eventually, he found a room to call his own. Small, and barely furnished, but he was used to that by now - once a sailor, always a sailor. His early arrival gave him four days to prepare for the Festival, which he did quiet well.

He had found a Dhelmise costume on one of the stalls a couple of days ago, and thought it be perfect. Why not wear something that looked vaguely like a ghost pirate? It was awesome. At his side, coming up to his chest in height, was a friendly looking Cradily wearing blue shoes and a hood that (barely) made it look like a Jellicent. Still, it was adorable in its own way.

Kane was at one of the lesser occupied food stalls - a Dhelmise cookie stand that at first looked good, but the odd flavouring of Kelpsy often turned people away. Not many can withstand the sour, bitter taste of a Kelpsy berry. Of course, Kane looked Kelpsy - much better than the other stands, in his opinion. Not only that, but the stall owner was an old captain himself who owned a Dhelmise. The two began chatting about previous experiences, the old captain's a lot more interesting than Kane's, which in turn started attracting the attention of others around him. It seemed that there was little more interesting than an old sailor's stories, and that brought more business to him. There, people started to discover the reason why Kane liked Kelpsy berries - especially the cookies the sailor had made. Before long, the crowds became a little hectic for Kane, so he politely excused himself - not without a gift of some Kelpsy berries left over from baking. "It's like you said, lad - once a sailor, always a sailor. An' sailors always help each other, don't they?" With a laugh, the old sailor waved Kane off as he turned to his next customer.

Now with little to do, except now he has a box of berries, Kane and his Cradilly began wandering around again. There, he overheard a woman talking to herself - ah, no she wasn't. At a closer glance, she was talking to a Lucario - he knew of their telepathic abilities. "Ah, I guess you and your Lucario are pretty close, no?" Despite his young age, Kane's voice was quite gruff and deep - the saltwater had made sure of that - and his accent had a slight twinge of Hoenn.

“This is so cool!!” Clara had just at arrived at Cypress City and was quite surprise to see a festival going on. “Wow” There were tones of people dressed up. Sylvia was holding on to Clara’s hand and Buffy was sitting on top of Clara’s head. While they were looking around she happen to over hear a conversation going on. Apparently the girl’s Pokémon had run off and the boy was going to help her. Clara knew how that was accept I was only Buffy that tended to run off. She was curious little Pokémon and sometimes liked to go exploring. Clara was just about to offer her help but Sylvia started to tug on her hand in a urgent manner. Clara looked down at Sylvia. “Huh? Something wrong?” Sylvia had nervous look on her face and was pointing to Clara’s head. Clara gave her a confused look then suddenly realizing what she was talking about felt the top of her head. “Oh no Buffy’s gone!” Clara looked around and quickly spotted her. Buffy was bouncing on to other people’s heads looking around. “Buffy get back here!” Buffy bounced on to Jane’s head then Mason’s and it kept on going like that. She seem to be enjoying herself. Clara kept trying to catch her as well as Sylvia. Clara knocked People making some fall over. “Excuse me! Sorry! Coming through!” Buffy then hopped on to Kane’s head. Clara slowly crept. “Sand gotcha!” She jumped up on to the guy’s back to try to grab her but Buffy jumped up and on to Dylan’s head. “Hey grab her quick!” She yelled out to the girl.

When Kane spoke the girl grew quiet, blue orbs moving towards the source of the voice only to find a young man in costume. Though his costume made her go a bit wide-eyed at the details it held. His voice, however, sounded a bit unnatural for someone of a young appearance. But Dylan stayed quiet due to the fact that socializing wasn't really her thing. Plus she was unsure of what to say, even though the question only required the simplest of answers. She just couldn't seem to really know how to get the words out, and she didn't appear all too keen on wanting to talk.

This wasn't going to fly with Ryker however. The Lucario knew that it'd be up to him to get his trainer to talk and learn how to interact with the world around her. So after tilting his head back a bit to look up at the young woman, Ryker elbowed her the arm. A bit roughly at that. This caused Mei to grunt a bit and rub the bruise that was forming under her sleeve as she shot a somewhat narrowed glance down at her partener, "You know that hurt some, right?" Ryker shrugged his shoulders a bit as he smiled up at the young woman. "Well you are being rude by not answering the boy's question. Answering him will not kill you nor will it harm you, maybe you'll even make a human friend." Dylan sighed quietly, her friend did make a few good points. So her gaze moved back to Kane as she adjusted the halo that sat on her head.

"Yes we are close," she told the boy in her normal monotone voice, "He's my most loyal. We've been together since I was twelve and he was a baby." Ryker smiled as he crossed his arms and nodded his head in agreement to Mei's statements. Red orbs glanced up at the woman as he stood beside her, "I'm proud of you." Dylan rolled her eyes half heartedly at her partner's comment. But as she looked at Kane she realized that he wasn't alone, there was a Cradily standing near him. "What about you and that Cradily of yours," Dylan asked, her Sinnoh accent coming out a bit and a brow raised in questioning.

But before anyone could answer, an Igglybuff appeared on Kane's head. Dylan was confused now, that was until a little girl came running and yelling. "Um..." The young woman watched the girl creep up behind the young man before jumping on his back and grabbing at the pink Pokémon. That's when the ball of fluff jumped from Kane's head to her own. Oh great, Dylan thought rather annoyed as the little girl yelled at her. Glancing down at Ryker the two made eye contact, and the
Lucario knew just what needed to be done.

The aura Pokémon walked away a few feet before turning back and facing his trainer. Ryker then crouched a bit before launching himself up in the air and above his trainer's head, allowing him to nab the mischievous Pokémon that had sat on her head. With a single flip mid-air, Ryker landed firmly on his toes. Buffy safely in his paws as he walked over to Clara. "You must be more careful and watchful of your Pokémon. Otherwise they could get seriously hurt," Dylan's voice was more serious than monotone when she spoke to Clara. Her Lucario nodding in agreement as he looked down at the Igglybuff and told it, "And you must listen to your trainer and not get separated from her. She would be devastated if anything happened to you."

Kane immediately noticed that the woman wasn't one for socialising. He felt incredibly awkward as she remains quiet - this definitely wasn't how Kane planned this going. He thought he'd make a bit of small talk with some of those attending the event, a bit of friendly chatter, and maybe make a few friends in the process. Besides, Lucario and their telepathic communications always intrigued him a small bit - you only see that sort of thing in trainers with great friendship with their Pokemon. The stories they have, the journey they must've shared...that was what Kane enjoyed to hear. Instead, he had just made himself look like a creep, if not an idiot, in front of all the people attending the Festival. Perhaps the sea was where he belonged - he was never that good at first impressions. Awkwardly shifting the anchor charm around his waist, a clear sign of his discomfort, he was surprised to see the Pokemon embedding its elbow into its trainer. His deep green eyes narrowed with curiosity and suspicion, focusing on the seemingly aggressive Lucario.

It didn't take him long to work out what was going on, though. As soon as the Pokemon struck its mistress, the woman seemed to speak up. She still didn't seem all that interested, however - her voice had no soul or emotion in it. Oh well, it's better than awkward silence. Kane nodded as the woman spoke about her Pokemon - even with her dull tone, he could tell the love she has for her Lucario. He was about to answer her question, smiling as he reminiscences about his time with his Cradily, as he felt a sudden weight on his back. It caused him to stumble from the shock with a deep grunt, but he surprisingly held his own. For such a seemingly thin boy, it was apparent he was fairly strong. Lean, perhaps. While annoyed, Kane didn't seem as bothered as his Pokemon.

Whilst it was impossible to tell what Cradily was saying, even for the Lucario, as its language was guttural and primeval, it was clear it was not happy about the sudden attack on its Trainer and age old friend. Utilising the eight tentacles around its head, the ones it would've once used oh so long ago to ensnare and eventually devour its prey, it grabbed the girl and with help from Kane wrestled her off of his back. Setting her down next to it, no worse for wear, it glared at her - as almost it was demanding to know why she had jumped onto its friend's back.

Clara smiled as Ryker grabbed Buffy. “Thanks so was much-oh!” She suddenly felt something grab her off the guy’s back and put her back down on the ground. She blinked for a moment and looked to see Cradily. “Wow so cool!” She suddenly smiling and looking at the Pokémon. “I never seen one like you up close!” Suddenly Sylvia grabbed on to Clara’s hand and pulled her away and with her other ribbon pointed to Ryker who had her Pokémon. “Buffy!” She took Buffy and hugged her. “Haha I told you we can’t play like that in big crowds.” Clara then glanced up at Dylan when she e heard her speak. “It’s not my fault she ran off.” She said puffing out her cheeks. “Besides I’ve been in worst situations.” She said speaking up smiling. Oh the trouble this girl could get into was quite amazing. Buffy looked at Ryker as he spoke to her. She smiled at him seeming to understand but...well Buffy would probably run off again. Sylvia sighed and looked at Clara and Buffy. Sylvia was like a babysitter to these two. “Anyway sorry for the commotion. I’m Clara!” She said smiling big. “Oh! You guys are dressed up!” She said just noticing. “Wish I could of dressed up.”

This little girl's response about her Igglybuff seemed to irritate Dylan a bit more, "As a trainer it is your responsibility to look out for and take care of your Pokémon. That means knowing where they are at all times. Who knows what could have happened had it run into someone who had negative intentions." It was becoming more evident that Clara's lack of responsibility irked the young woman. A number of terrible things could've happened to that Pokémon and the girl's attitude seemed to have brushed that off. Mei didn't even want to get started on the girl's remark of being in worse situations. Out of the corner of her eye her blue orbs noted the Sylveon that had one of its ribbons wrapped around the girl's hand and held it. If I had to guess, that must be her their keeper, Dylan grunted in her head.

"Let it go for now Dylan, there is no point in arguing with a child. Especially one who appears to be as hyperactive as her." Ryker was walking back to his trainer after having returned the Pokémon to Clara. But he yet again made another point, arguing with this girl would solve absolutely nothing. Once he was standing beside his partner the Lucario commented, "At least she apologized for her actions. Now if she means it or not I couldn't tell you. But for now forgive her and let the both of them know your name. Your Whole name." This made Dylan look down at him as her cheeks grew a light rosy color, she didn't like telling others her full name. The two stared at each other for a short moment before the woman sighed in defeat, "Ok, fine. You win."

Turning her gaze back onto the young man and little girl Dylan took a deep breath. "I'm Dylan-Mei. But either call me Dylan or Mei, not both at the same time," you could hear how serious she was about not using her name the way it's suppose to be said. Then without skipping a beat she gestured towards the Lucario, "And this is Ryker. He's not my only Pokémon, but he's the only one that hates being trapped in his PokeBall. So he's out twenty-four seven." Ryker looked up at her a bit embarrassed, "Why'd you have to say it like that? You made it out to be that I'm no different than a newborn who has separation anxiety." Shrugging her shoulders the woman retorted, "That's what you get for making me tell them my whole name."

Dylan looked at Clara who was just noticing their get-up and talking about how she wished she could've dressed up at well. But then she remembered how the little girl had jumped and clambered on Kane, which had upset his Cradily. "Are you hurt?" He looked thin, but was able to keep from falling under the weight of the girl.

"Mason Serrano. Mace or Mason is fine," he said with another smile, moving into grin territory. "I have a love for cosplay and all things pink if you couldn't tell by my Pokemon or my attire.........Nice to meet you Jane." He thought about the Pokemon in question. If they were all in a group, that was even better as it meant one of his could find all of the ones in hiding. A bit of a commotion sparked when a Pokemon started bouncing on people's head. Mason decided to intervene. "Maybe they know something about your Pokemon. They seem energetic enough." he said to Jane. He would've introduced her to his Pokemon had they been around.
"You're all living dangerously, I must say. You all must be new to festivals," Mason said, approaching the group. "Officers are standing by, you know, looking for any signs of aggression." The officers nearby were eyeing that group. Mason had stepped in at the perfect time, but they were still eyeing the group, ready to approach and tell them to calm down.

"Oh hey Kane. I didn't know these festivals were your thing." Mason kept in contact with Kane, a friend from one of their seafares. He had gone with Kane on one of his sailing trips and kept him company when he wanted to sail to Telios. That was a good amount of time ago, and apparently Kane was back, probably having kept low instead of asking Mason to hook him up with a good room. Now unless Kane had planned heavily in advance, he had to have gotten pretty bad luck in finding a room. Hotels were SLAMMED. He shook off the thoughts. "This here is Jane. She's missing some Ice Types. I sent mine out to look for them. Have any of you seen them?" He pointed out Jane to indicate the subject at hand.

Kane watched as the woman scolded the young girl. She seemed harsh, but he couldn't deny the fact that she was right. Still, that did raise the question - he knew who was supposed to be looking after the Igglybuff, but who was looking after the trainer? It was clear that this woman was very protective and 'in charge', as it were, from the way she told the girl to protect her Pokemon - perhaps that was why she didn't want to speak with him in the first place? It was still was a brutal scold for a child, though - or maybe it wasn't, actually. Maybe this is how people in the Telios region scold children - he only arrived about two years ago, after all.

The Lucario spoke up again - neither the trainer nor Fossil Pokemon could understand the Pokemon, after all - and whatever it said, or projected or whatever the word would be in this scenario, to the woman caused her to blush. A mystery that only Arceus would know, he feared - but, perhaps he didn't want to know what the Fighting type said to its trainer...after a second or so, however, the woman spoke back up.

So, she was called Dylan-Mei? An odd name, but he supposed that wasn't her fault. Perhaps she was named after her father, or something. 'Dylan', as she seemed to want to be called, started talking again and apparently embarrassed her Pokemon - he guessed that was just because of how their relationship was, if they could get away with such things - but what she said next really surprised him.

"Hmm? Oh, I'm fine - it'll take a little more than that to maroon me. I'm Kane, by the way. Kane Davey."
He was about to offer his hand, until he heard a familiar voice behind him. Turning around, a smile grew across his face as he realised who it was. "Ah, Mace. I didn't know you were here, else I'd called you up." He and Kane had met years ago, long before Kane had officially moved here, when his father allowed him to catch a trip. They were heading to the same place, and his father didn't want to allow Mace to travel by himself, so he had offered Mace temporary accommodations on the ship - the 'Sharpedo' - while they travelled. "Erm...no, I haven't. Although, I haven't been looking either."

At Kane's response she gave a small nod, "That's good." Though just as she thought that there would be no more people or surprises, another young man and a young lady walked over to them. The boy's comment about living dangerously and about the police caught Dylan's attention and made her look over her shoulder. Sure enough though, he was right. "Ryker, let me know if any of those officers come near here," her voice a soft mumble as the Pokémon nodded his head. But it appeared that the girl who was the newest arrival was missing her Pokémon. Yet again another irresponsibly trainer, that was a record meeting of two in the matter of about five or so minutes.

"No, sadly I haven't seen any," Mei told them, voice still monotone. Which earned the girl another elbowing from her Lucario, same arm, same spot, and another grunt. "Apologize to them and explain to them you're personality otherwise their going to think that you're just flat out mean." Ryker was serious now, he honestly didn't want everyone to think badly of his trainer for he knew she was actually kind. As Dylan rubbed her arm she looked at him a bit sad and nodded her response. "I apologize for my voice and overall person," the young woman mumbled quietly to the group, "Anything involving socializing doesn't really, work over well with me." At this the aura Pokémon gave a sigh of relief, and patted his trainer on the back. This caused her to relax a bit as she looked at the group of people.

Looking up at his trainer Ryker thought of an idea, "Why don't you let Rose and them out to see if they might be able to help in the search." The suggestion was a good one, but Dylan wasn't too sure. Tundra might get herself in some sort of trouble. But then again, maybe not. "I guess it's not a bad idea, though I hope they behave themselves better." Mei's blue eyes looked at the newcomers before speaking again, "If it's alright with you," she then gestured to herself and Ryker, "We would like to lend our assistance to you. The rest of my team would be helping as well."

Clara just rolled her eyes she knew how to take care of Pokémon. There was always someone trying to lecture her. Not to say she never listened, she did, but there were times where it just came off as nagging. The woman introduced her self as Dylan Mei. “Of Dylan Mei huh? Nice name I’ll call you...Mei!” She looked over to Mei’s Pokémon whose name was Ryker. “It’s nice to meet you Ryker. Your pretty cool looking. Bet your strong in battles.” Clara was happy to meet some new people. That meant new friends. As far as she was concerned they were all friends now. Sylvia finally let go of Clara’s hand and instead grabbed on to Buffy. Basically she would hold on to Buffy for now. “Ok Sylvia whatever you want.” Soon enough two others came up to the group. “Hey I remember you two I heard you talking about lost Pokémon. I was actually going to help but uh Buffy here decided to go explore. Haha but I can help now!”

Mason Serrano
Cypress City Festival

"No pressure, Mei," Mason said to her. "Don't force yourself to speak if you don't want.........Mason Serrano at your service. My Pokemon have been sent out to find Jane's Pokemon. My Pokemon are Clefairy, Deerling, Gastrodon, and Ivysaur. If you see any of them, they're likely the only ones you'd find here except Deerling. Mine has a pink bow." Mason piqued up at Clara's offering to help so fast. Help period was typically hard to find. Luckily, festivals like these tended to bring out the best in some people. "Fantastic. Shouldn't take long now to find them. A group all most likely led by the Swinub. Ice types."

Scarlett (Clefairy)
Scarlett had managed to get away from the child, who was getting scolded by his mother for messing with other people's Pokemon. She kept bouncing around until she saw a small group of Pokemon. It dawned on her at that moment that she had no earthly idea what the Pokemon in question looked like. She was SO eager to help out Mason in any way possible that she didn't put much thought into whether or not she COULD. Oh geez, she thought. Clover (Ivysaur) is gonna tease me forever. I'm not gonna hear the end of it. She sighed and approached the group of Pokemon. No ghost types, so that was a good sign at least. "Are you the Ice types led by a Swinub?" she said to them

Swinub
"Huh? Oh, well I saw Swinub running that way." Swinub lied, attempting to fool Scarlett. While Scarlett was distracted, the entire group of pokemon made a run for it. "Haha, this never gets old!" Swinub and the group burst out in laughter as they ran, not having a care in the world for their poor trainer.

Jane
"Thanks for all of your help. I should just send those troublemakers to the professor, and then take them out once I actually get some badges." Jane sighed, feeling bad for having dragged everyone into her mess. It was mostly her fault for not sending her pokemon to the professor earlier. She always just let them off on a stern warning, but it seemed that that wasn't working too well.

Kane also sighed as another trainer had problems with their Pokemon. The child was one thing, but this new woman seemed to be about his age, and must be responsible enough to look after her Pokemon. Kane himself would want someone to shoot him if he ever let his Pokemon run amok like this - sure, a little fun couldn't hurt but this was the equivalent of a parent allowing their child to run around a packed shopping centre with no supervision. Who knows what could happen to them? They could be kidnapped, injured or even worse, and no-one would know.

The question was, were the new woman's Pokemon missing due to misbehaviour or bad caretaking? That would determine where the Pokemon might've ended up.

Still, even though he had a few strong words to say to the neglectful trainer, he couldn't allow her Pokemon suffer for it. "I'll help, too. If any of you have Flying types, that'll make life a lot easier."

Hearing Clara repeat her whole name caused her to blush out of embarrassment, but managed to keep a somewhat straight face, "Yeah, Mei is fine with me. Just don't use my whole name again, please." When Dylan heard Mason speak to her in a reassuring fashion by letting her know that she didn't have to force herself to speak if she chose not to. To that statement she gave a small nod before adding, "Ok. Well it is nice to meet you Mason." Calling the young by the nickname Kane had for him felt unnatural since she wasn't particularly close with this otherwise stranger. Then when the new girl mentioned the lack of badges that made something click in the experienced trainer's mind. No wonder then didn't listen, this girl didn't have anything that let them know that she was capable of taking care of them.

"But the only way you will earn badges is if you work with your Pokémon as a team. You will need all of them in order to accomplish your goals." Dylan's gaze stayed on Jane for a bit even after she was done speaking to the girl, but soon it moved to the rest of the group. Though at Clara's comments to Ryker made the Lucario nod his head as an answer to the young girl's question. Glancing up at his trainer he noticed that she seemed to be thinking about something, pry the missing Pokémon and who their leader was.

When she heard Kane speak, however, Mei was pulled from her thoughts at his question of anyone owning a flying type. "I guess this is where I leaned my assistance to the issue at hand," she told the group quietly as she pulled a Poke Ball out of a hidden pocket in her costume. Without saying anymore the young woman tossed the capsule in the air before a bright light emerged and took form behind her. Once the Poke Ball fell back in Dylan's hand their was now a tall Pokémon standing behind her, a Garchomp. The dragon Pokémon wrapped his arms around his trainer from behind and rested his jaw on the top of her head. Though he didn't growl, you could tell that he was protective of Dylan. "This is Drake. Though he might not be a Flying type, he does fly. Rather fast if I should say."
Drake tilted his head and looked at his trainer, a low rumbling in his throat. Turning around she faced the tall dragon, and only to him did she give a small sort of smile, "I need some help Drake. You see that girl," Mei pointed over her shoulder at Jane, "Her Pokémon ran away and we need some eyes in the sky to find them. Look for a Swinub leading a group of ice types, ok." With a sort of bark the Garchomp nodded, letting go of his trainer before taking a few steps back. When he put a good distance between himself and the group, he took to the sky.

"I would like you to track Drake's aura, Ryker. By doing that we should be able to walk to where those Pokémon are." With a nod Ryker closed his eyes and the appendages on the side of his head began to rise up. He was tracking the Garchomps aura. Dylan turned around to face the group again, "We should be able to find soon." After having said that, she grew silent.

Scarlett (Clefairy)
Cypress City Square

"Oh no you don't," Scarlet said, annoyed that they lied to her. She was gonna be nice to them, but they had to be mean, so it was time for some payback. She floated in the air and pointed at Swinub. "Spotlight!" A light shone over Swinub and everyone ran right into him pretty much against their own will, effectively stopping them in their tracks and into a big cluster. Clefairy was the slowest of everyone in the picture (base speed of 35), so she would never outrun them to catch them. She had to be crafty to stop them.

Spotlight Description: Forces everyone to focus on one target

Clefairy confronted the leader of the group. "Hey, your trainer is looking for all of you. She's worried about your safety. You won't get away from me."

After hearing what Clefairy had to say, the other pokemon stopped in their tracks. "Hey, maybe we should just head back now..." Amaura suggested, panting heavily from all the running. "No, not yet! She's gunna pay for messing with us. Take this!" Swinub recklessly used powder snow on Clefairy. The other pokemon just watched on helplessly as they knew they were unable to dissuade him.
