Currently everyone has arrived in Azalea town in the Johto region. They are there getting supplies so it shouldn't be to long till they leave. Though maybe longer IRL if we can't get some posts soon. After that their heading to the Whirlpool Islands, your character doesn't seem to be the kind of guy who would be roaming around the city. So I would probably wait.

Quick question, do the pokemon talk like humans, or do they communicate like mewtwo does, telepathically? I may sound silly, but I wanna know for when I come in. I am waiting until a certain point though.

Depends on your Pokémon. All the Pokemon talk like, well, Pokemon. But if your a Psychic Pokemon or one of those exceptions then you have telepathy. And according to the anime, genesect does indeed have telepathy, though I thought it was a little stupid.

In the Pokemon movie "Genesect"  (The movie that also ruined Mewtwo by making him female) the 5 genesect in the movie have telepathy and talk to the ash and the gang. However only 2 of the 5 talk. The leader (who's also a shiny genesect) and the "runt" of the group

That first part I did not know about. So i can use telepathy with Genesis?

Yeah, the one thing that ruined that movie was the Mewtwo was female. Still had telepathy but the voice was not even close to the first movie.


But yeah, I guess you could use it. Though I still think it's stupid that Genesect had that ability.

I think it is really cool. Though I do agree with the Mewtwo part. But hey, we are entitled to our opinions. And with telepathy, pokemon can express themselves just like us, and possibly make pokemon and humans closer in bonds. But that is what I think about it, which I know many may not agree with. (sorry.... I like to ramble a lot. It is not often that I say what I am thinking/feel.)

Ironically, I don't know too much about Pokemon though.

I have learned alot about Pokemon (the game, I couldn't care less about the anime) just within the last month.

Most of what I learned form Pokemon came from the games to. It helps when you can see the Pokemon first hand and know what they do. But in the learning field, anime comes second and Wiki comes third.
