Huh. My parents said that Tennessee would have one of the longest durations. I knew other places would too because there's a large area for the totality but I guess we were just close to the longest area and my parents just said we were for simplification.

Right, so with new charcters I need to take a look at this.
Draka can't have any Partners because she's already carring the Orb because she's the strongest flier.
The Lati are avoiding carring others but still could carry another (except Emlas)
April has Max unless she's switching back to Arcanus
There's now
Minako
characters who has a Togekiss to carry her trainer who can recall the rest of her Pokemon.
Genesis can take Max or Arcanus depending on which April takes.
That leave all of Emperor's characters...
Draka can't have any Partners because she's already carring the Orb because she's the strongest flier.
The Lati are avoiding carring others but still could carry another (except Emlas)

Well, typically, Ahlamos has carried Max in the past. Or does Raiku make that impossible (also, whatever happened to Cresselia? Is she still with us, or did she leave and I just forgot.)Right, so with new charcters I need to take a look at this.

April is carrying Arcanus for now. Genesis has been established to be able to carry multiple people, so he can carry Alistair (and Max, if Ahlamos can't carry him)

And I established that while he may have the strength to do so, his size in flight form only allows one passenger. I don't have the reference picture anymore that shows just how large a genesect is to a human.
The Lati are avoiding carring others because because lifting Raikou takes their collective Psychic to lift and using Psychic in that matter for that long takes concentration. A passenger may district them during the fight. But they still could carry someone, it would just be a little more physically taxing instead of completely Mentally taxing.
And I completely forgot about Cresselia. Though Cresselia is not know for her physical strength so I don't think her carring someone is a good idea. Maybe for short flights, but not long ones like this.
So I'm thinking the Max might have to go with Ahlamos then.

Cresselia probably COULD carry Max (Max weighs 119 lbs while Cresselia weighs 178 lbs)*, but yeah maybe not for long flights.
*These are according to the Pokedex... then again, Max is allegedly 3'11" according to that, so... take it with a grain of salt I guess.

Did everyone forget that drampa CAN FLY? I mean, it learns Fly via Level up in the games, and is based off of a chinese dragon, which can fly without wings.

Yeah Lucario's are shorter then I would have expected. Especially after seeing them in the Anime.
It's a new Pokémon to me so I'm not well aquatinted with it. But every picture I have seen makes it look like it can't fly (lack of visible wings) and as far as I knew it didn't have Levitation.

It doesn't. However, drampa can learn fly naturally, despite not being a flying type pokemon. That, and it is based off of the Chinese dragon, which can fly without wings.

Yeah, but I find the Chinese Dragon to be more of a magic being then compare to other dragons which fly biologically (Again, with wings)
Then again there are Pokemon without Levitaion and wings that fly (aka, Magnazone and it's pre-evolutions. They have the ability Magnet pull instead. Though that Pokemon has magnetic levitation strongly implied.)

True, but then again, there are a kot of magical beings in Pokemon, like Celebi and Jirachi. And magnezone and its pre-evolutions have a move which gives them the effects of Levitate (i have had to deal with it in Sun, not very fun when you are grinding Rock and Ground type pokemon.)
