Jason gave a look of worry as his charmander crashed into the ground. Sera was hit hard and was down for the count. He wanted to be upset with her, but she was hurt so bad. He held her pokeball out and recalled her. "Sera, that's enough," he said with dismay. Sera may have been defeated, but the battle wasn't over. Minnie waddled into battle. She wasn't sure what she was going to do, but seeing as how Sera lost from not listening, she was going to do her best to follow her trainer's command. Jason waited to see if Ashley was going to switch. He was impressed by her strategy so far. He wondered how long Minnie would last against Verity and then have to deal with Elliot.

Ashley grinned as the Charmander fell to the ground. The first portion of their battle was completed and she and Verity had managed to win! However, they still had to battle Minnie. "Great job Verity! Come back now!" The Chimchar nodded quietly and ran back to her trainer's side.


Ashley decided she didn't want to use Verity in this next part. Since she and Jason both had weaker pokemon left, she might as well use it. She grabbed Elliott's pokeball and threw it towards the battlefield. The small Taillow appeared in a flash of light, looking around aimlessly as he awaited a battle. This was going to be her first time battling with Elliott and she was definitely more worried with him than she had been with Verity. She had just caught Elliott a short while ago, and she wasn't sure if the Taillow would listen.

Jason wasn't sure how to go about this. He was sure that no matter which strategy he had, it would be pointless as long as she had potions. There was nothing wrong with Ashley being prepared, but if he had known at the start, he would have gotten himself some. He figured even if he was going to lose, then he'd at least let his pokemon give it their all and grow from this. "Minnie, let's go with a tackle!" The raccoon dashed forward to attack.

Alise cringed slightly as Elliott was thrown backwards by Minnie's tackle. It was definitely a strong move. She didn't have times for defensive attacks. It was time to go all out offense. Her Taillow hopped back up to his feet, fluffing his feathers in annoyance at being hit. "Elliott, use Peck!"
