Rikuto knocked on the door to his new room. "Hello?" He unlocked it and went inside. "I'm coming in! If you're naked cover yourself!"


He had the displeasure of walking in on somone like that once. It wasn't a pleasant sight.

Mari turned and looked at him already dressed in her pajamas. "Hey, you're the new roommate of mine right?" She asked he boy who came in while she was getting her things set up.

"Yeah..." Rikuto said, eying Mari. "I didn't know I would be having a girl for a roommate... heh. And a super cute one, at that~" He held his hand out. "I'm RIkuto, by the way."

Mari took his hand "My name's Mari. I don't mind you flirting or anything just not in front of my boyfriend" She said with a wink looking at him. Her mind was wandering around here and there like her things as a necklace of hers fell off the bed and to the floor.

"Oh, you're dating? That's cool," Rikuto smiled. "Well, then, I hope we can be good friends." He looked about the room. "Let me tell you: I think it's a lot bigger than my old room. How are you settling in?"

Mika bent over and picked up the necklace before grabbing a few other things from the floor. "I'm settling in well, and I think we can be friends" She said as she messed with some bags on the floor. She looked around gathering what she needed to sort now and what she had to sort later.

"Hey, let's watch a movie," Rikuto said cheerfully. He was about to throw his bag on the bed but he stopped himself. "Do you want upper or lower?" he asked, referring to the bunk beds. "I'm cool with either. Oh, and I'll make some popcorn for the movie."

Mari got her things settled over against a wall. "Well I prefer to be on top, and a movie sounds nice" She said with a smile as she stood back up and turned to look at him. I wonder what tomorrow will be like She thought confused to herself. Her mind was in many other places at once but she decided that the next day would tell her what to do then.

"Sounds like a plan," Rikuto winked at her. "I'm a Lucario, by the way. I don't really have the best aura powers, though, so don't ask to see an aura sphere." He dug around his pack for a small unopened bag of popcorn to stick in the microwave. "I do have attract, though. It's a favorite move of mine, personally, but I never use it outside of battle."

"Well I bet that must be useful. I'm a Milotic. So how many girls have you hit on this far?" Mari asked him with a smirk. Her want to giggle increased as she looked at him it would be rather funny to see his reaction to the question. Her mind had many questions to ask her new friend but she didn't exactly know what to ask at the moment so she asked the first thing that came to mind.

"Oh, I've flirted with every single girl I've met," Rikuto shrugged. He looked more bummed out than embarrassed about it. "I've been very unsuccessful, though. I actually even was told by the principal that flirting made me seem desperate. But it's just the way I am. I like to take initiative. And what girl doesn't like being told they're actually really cute or beautiful by a random stranger? I've been told I'm a creep for doing that, but at least I stop when they tell me they don't like it."

Mari looked at him a bit saddened by his words. "I would date you if I wasn't in a relationship already" She said with a smile before looking up to her bed that she pretty much announced. "I'm sure you would make some person lucky out there" She said with a shrug as she moved towards the beds. Her mind was still a bit of a disarray but she was fine with it.

(Seriously, why? In my opinion, there's nothing wrong with flirting. As long as they stop when you ask them to, it's fine, otherwise it's harassment. And no offense, but Evylon did some flirting of her own when she was with the principal.)

"Aww, thanks... What was your name? Mari?" Rikuto glanced at his note. "Mari! Yep. Well, anyway, I hope so, too. My goal right now- get a girlfriend! I'm sure your boyfriend's really happy with you too!" he added clumsily.

Mari smiled before blushing as she thought of what they'd done. "Well yeah after all we did...." She started to say before the blush consumed her and she climbed up to her bed quickly hoping he wouldn't question her to much about it. Her heart beat increased as she thought about what had happened between Miko and her before, but the thought of Rikuto being alone was a bit saddening and depressing for her.

"Don't worry about me!" Rikuto laughed embarrassedly. "It happens! But I won't give up. I'll never give up." He perked up slightly. "Now, then. Let me grab the movie." He actually went over to the television, picked it up and moved it in a way so that they could watch it from their beds. "I'll turn it off when you go to sleep."

Mari smiled, "If I fall asleep you keep watching since i'll probably sleep through whatever is left" She said before getting under her covers and hiding a plush Cubchoo so only it's head stuck out into view. She held it close to her since Miko ha won it for her and it had become important to her.

Rikuto chuckled as he walked off to get the popcorn. "Yeah, that sounds like a plan." He held the bowl up so that she could reach down and grab a handful. "Want some?"

Mari held a hand up "I'll pass, but thank you for the offer" She said before yawning and hugging the plush closely. Rikuto was a nice guy and it seemed they would be good friends so this should go well. She thought to herself with a smile before hey eyelids get heavy and she started to fall asleep.

(Oh, that's right, Regal Rper!! Did you see when we were talking about doing a huge fundraiser, and then a dance contest, and then a fashion show at the end to raise money? Students and teachers could participate in them. The fundraiser festival thing is mostly students paying to make teachers do stuff, like throw a pie in their face or dunk them in water, or stuff like that)
