Fandom Pokémon - A Fresh Perspective (OOC)

i have a small suggestion if we battle against each other, we could use pokemon showdown. battles against npc's and such could be rp'd out

I love the Pokemon showdown idea! That site is awesome.

I’ll try and get my CS posted in the next 24 hours, took ages to find a faceclaim I was happy with lol

Also no one take my character seriously I love her but I can’t make up my mind. I don’t really want an introvert character but ugh. Idk I’m working on it. Lol

My dream team would definitely involve Yamper (I've literally been obsessed with the thing since it was announced xD), buuut since S&S isnt out yet I would probably have to go with something a little different. Since I dont really play competitively I usually just go with the pokemon I like the designs of best or who I used routinely in games :)

1: Raichu (Or Pikachu)
2: Abra
3: Staraptor
4: Hydreigon
5: Empoleon (Piplup holds a special nostalgic place in my heart lol)
6: Banette

Don’t worry about being competitive I’m not either (: the option is available for whomever would like to be in this story, we can have competitions and creative uses for our teams. But no one has to be in complicated battles outside of story. (:

oh, i should probably mention that I'll be the Co-GM helping out the wonderful and lovely norway norway with this rp! If you have any questions about anything please let me know as well! i'm here to help this run smoothly and bounce ideas off of everyone and make sure we're all on the same page :3 i look forward to role playing and creating with all of you!

Hey guys are we struggling with the code template? I understand it’s not everyone’s thing. If you’d rather I can plug it all in for you, but if you guys understand it I’d appreciate the CS be inside the code provided on the first post of the CS thread please and thank you. I don’t mean to be a nag but it is my preference as a GM to have things somewhat organized.

I've just edited my CS bud. Go take a look and let me know if it's acceptable.

Also i've taken liberty in naming one of the custom regions locations, however I avoided creating a name for said region.

No worries I love it all! Leo seems great. Also I’m glad you went ahead and created your own hometown, helps me bring the map together quicker. Your code looks great also! Excited to write with him!

That’s three down. Got a couple more and then Monsters to fix which I’ll do tonight. Not gunna lie guys I’ll be a little slow getting things done, I have a later work schedule now. I’ll have it all done before the week ends hopefully, but any preferences or suggestions for the region or story itself are welcome! I wi however be writing the start post possibly tonight. That at least gives us time to write ours over the next couple days, finish sheets and having something to work towards. We’ll be in Alola and just enjoy the festival and some interaction for a few posts, eventually get the group togetherish somehow and then bring in the new baddie team or something like that.

Also if pairing up is difficult let me know. Don’t want anyone feeling too show or overwhelmed or lack of chemistry. We don’t even have to do that, but I’ll try to set a good pace and tone in the starter post with Luna so you guys have an idea of what’s going on.

Minimum one paragraph is required but more is welcome, just try not to go past 3 unless there’s reason.

But yeah use whomever you like and I’ll update you. They all sound unique.

also, is our evolving going to be like in the anime where it happens at a dramatic time or during a big accomplishment or by a leveling system?

I’d assume anime style, would be too much of a ball ache if we had to track levels etc.
 
Sully's Non-GM Updates as he isnt a GM
• Leo's CS now has a relationships tab added which now includes brief paragraphs for: Luna; Sylvi and Aurelia. I didn't include one for Glacier because i'm pretty sure that I saw some adjustments were needed to be made. When people post their CS i'll edit Leo's to include their characters on the tab. Once characters start to actually interact I will assign them theme tunes from the perspective of how Leo's views them(just for the giggles).

• I have seen a few peoples desired lists so I have adjusted Leo's to avoid any doublers under the proviso that people stay clear of Corviknight when Sword and Shield turns up lol. The current list for Leo is: Noivern; Kommo-o; Excadrill; Garchomp; Aegislash; Corviknight. I've dropped out Hydreigon and Empoleon.

• Discord is up and to be honest it isn't an expectation for anyone to be on it, just thought it'd be an easier way for people to talk and discuss storylines etc. Here is the link --> Join the Pokemon: A Fresh Perspective Discord Server!
