After having been unconscious for quite a while Jack opens his eyes, sitting up. "Ughh...Man, that sucked..." He mutters, his whole body feeling numb. He pulls the syringe out of his back, reading the label. "TR-AN-1438. So it's an anesthetic? That explains the numbness."

Jack frowns. "Did you deactivate the security system while I was out cold?" @The Unamed Character

Jack frowns, a very random question popping into his head. "Hey Kio, what is being a pokehuman like? I know it's a weird question to ask, but when I'm curious. And when I'm curious I usually take drastic measures to get an answer, so it would be best to give me an answer."

Lightning was eating an apple when Ryu returned and broke down crying. "I take it things did not go as you had hoped?" he questioned. "I warned you not to go. At least now you know how cruel humans are," he said. @Sheaon13


Yoshi continued along the path, ignorning the conversation between Hazel and Aiku.


Ash stared at Sol and then looked at Wraith. "We can always just leave them behind if they are not going to get along," he said before shrugging and motioning to his Grovyle. If nobody was interested in going then Ash would go himself to Lavender Town.


"Gro," said Grovyle as the Hoenn Grass Starter followed his trainer. @Airagog @JackOfHearts


Desmond was walking around when she saw the Glaceon awake. "Do you need anything?"


Sapphire looked up at the Raichu Poke Human. "Umm...I'm kind of hungry," she said.


Desmond nodded and led Sapphire out of her cave and back down the tunnel to the main cave where she got the Glaceon some food. Sapphire cocked her head as she saw Ryu and that he had been crying, but didn't disturb him.


Outside the cave the Blastoise noticed the Gengar. "Who are you?" she asked.


The Butterfree flew down when she saw a commotion near the cave entrance and landed on the ground, walking over to the Blastoise as the Hitmonchan and Ryhorn stopped their patrol to listen to the conversation. Pokemon and Poke Humans just didn't wander near the cave. Lightning had them rescued or he found them on their trips but they had remained invisible and hidden thanks to Lightning's efforts. The Pokemon were either wild or had bad experiences with humans.

Kio shook her head "I knew that would come up." she giggled "For me.... it feels like i have a fire in my stomach... and I like it.... I feel like I am more free than ever"

"I understand what you meant now" Ryu cried, his pokemon nuzzled him to try and get him to feel better.

Lightning sighed, annoyed at the humans for rejecting the kid just because he had been turned into a Poke Human. This is why he hated humans. He got up, the apple still in his hand and popped it in his mouth before gathering some nuts, vegetables and berries, setting them down in front of Ryu. "Eat something at least," he said. "If your Pokemon are going to live here they need to help out," he said looking at them. "Or you can set them free." @Sheaon13

"No! Nu-uh! No way! I'm never going to leave Ryu's side! I refuse" Natsu shouted.


"It goes double for me!" Torch agreed.


"Then it looks like we'll be helping out" Natsu stated.


"I'm not hungry" Ryu stated, but his stomach betrayed him by growling. Though the thing was any time he was upset he didn't want to eat, so most of the time someone had to force him to eat.

Jack smiles. "Sounds like it's better than being human. All humans can do is fail to protect themselves and the ones they love." He says, thinking back to his mom's death. "What I wouldn't give to be like you." He mutters, sighing and walking away to go check if the Team Rocket secret weapon was still in the lab.

The Blastoise shifted its weight and looked at the Butterfree Poke Human who was staring at the Gengar. "Why would we help someone stupid enough to annoy humans? We stay away from them." @JackOfHearts

The Gengar gave the Butterfree a confused look. "He didn't. Haven't you heard? Authorities are paying trainers to hunt down and capture pokehumans! They found him while he was picking berries, please, you have to help!"

Jack gives Kio a confused look. "Wait, you can feel how others are feeling? Really?" He asks, already knowing the obvious reason that pokehumans would be in constant fear.

Kio looked at him. "I dont know how.... but I can tell..." she looked at him "and it scares me to death..."

As Sharon went out of the forest, along with her baby son, Cosmo, she headed to the same path where she find her sisters in the deep forest. But she is also worried that her mate, Dresden will be extremely panicked that she not a house and Lilia will be upset for not playing with her.

Ryu audibly gulped and he quickly downed the food, well at least a little bit of it. Natsu and Torch looked at Lighting shocked, they haven't ever been able to do that to Ryu before. Then again they didn't feel right threatening their trainer. Ryu sighed, the food at least got his mind off his parents even for a little bit. Though now because his parents betrayed him, would lighting do that too? Ryu was worried he might, anyone would be if they were scarred like this.

Jack frowns, noticing that the secret weapon was missing. "Really? Why does it scare you so much?"

Kio sighs "Because...... you feel the pain... the grief..... it makes you feel sorry for them but you know you cant go to them in case you get caught...:"

The Butterfree Poke Human titled her head at hearing that the Poke Human was being harassed by humans. "I'll go. Tell Boss I'm going to help another of our kind Hitmonchan."


"I don't think Boss will approve of this but fine Janice," said the Hitmonchan before walking into the cave and going to look for Lightning.


"Where's your friend?" said the Butterfree, known as Janice. @JackOfHearts


Ash and Grovyle made their way down the path, leaving Sol, the two fighting Pokemon, and Wraith behind.


Lightning stood and picked up the Flareon before speaking to Desmond and then carrying the kid back to his own cave, setting him on the reed mattress. "Sleep," he said. @Sheanon13
