Before losing part of his sanity, however, Emile became close friends with James shortly before he trapped most of the council in an alternate dimension, left to starve and let the rest of the legendaries escape, including the legendary trios. Emile modified the abilities of Dialga when he got his position, effectively resulting in the creation of a new move called "Time". The council now lays in ruins because of him, and the only legendaries not aware of this are Deoxys, Latios, Latias, and the rest of the unofficial legendary pokemon considered to be a legendary. Now, the mad doctor looks for three things: chaos, love and scientific progress.

Steeled blade- uses his 'aura' to strengthen his steel sword blade to cut through anything. (can be used to smash or break any defencive type moves that defect or block damage.)


Armored strike- empowers armor with 'aura' to increase the devastating punch, that can smash through anything. (can be used to break defencive moves like steeled blade.)


Rain of Swords- throws sword into the air, where it duplicates itself and rains onto the target at sonic boom speeds. (can be used to pierce through defencive moves like armored strike and steeled blade.)


Suppression force- fires the steel feather's from his wing in a heavy machine gun-like hailstorm of bullets, this limits targets movement and slowly wears down any kind of defence. (again like above three moves also break through defences)

Poison drive- creates massive sized drill from poison and fires it at the target.


Assault drive- a move like close combat, but stronger and capable of taking out an heavily armored fortress.


Destruction force- gathers all things negative and/or destructive things in the area and fires it in a heavily concentrated blast that can level mountains at full charge.


Spirit of Battle- a move that fires a beam-like attack, that raises in power the more excited Nido is in battle and provides a temporary boost to special and physical attacking power.


Age: both are 17.


Pokemon type: Nido is a poison/ground type. Skar is a metal/flying type.

@The Unamed Character they're not op. they can't use they'er attacks forever, just like pokemon have a limit to stamina. they're combo attacks are brutal and one v one, yes they'y are difficult people to defeat. but they aren't gods... everyone wears down eventually and makes mistakes.
