I don't really have many rules other than the usual no killing other ppls oc's without permission. no godmodding. no sexual content and be a decent human being. im using a tablet so I will refine everything later. for now just reply with characters and all. each person gets one persona. none of the ultimates of any arcana. 6 moves must be put in description. characters are fully customizable unless I see something that I feel just won't work. u can come up with ur own evoker designs as well.
