I am thinking about playing an neutral/antagonistic character. Someone that occasionally helps or gets in the way of the phantom thieves depending on his own objectives. Think of him as someone similar to Akechi.
He is an early adopter of the Metaverse that uses his powers to gather information to "cheat" the market and sell insider information. Though whether or not he does anything more nefarious remains unknown. He may also be an agent of a certain entity, but that can be decided later.
They probably would be part of the student council and make an early cameo appearance before you run into them in the metaverse. He'll be there to help you out from time to time as long as he has something to gain from it. Overtime, he would warm up to the crew, but only time will tell if they actually join it.

Sure. I am still deciding whether he should be part of the student council. He's probably one of the seniors given his knowledge about the school and its inner workings. He'll remain in background for the most part in the real world while actively hunting or helping the phantom thieves in the meta verse

If he is in the student council I would say he and Akira would probably not interact, if he doesn't like him thats up to you but they would probably avoid each other. He also may not care about him thinking he is just one of those edgy kids but when he finds out he's a phantom thief then he might be more interested. I don't know how he will think of the others but we should discuss with them because this is important.
