Initial Strongest Social Stat
By default all OCs start at Rank 1 in all 5 Social Stats; Knowledge, Guts, Proficiency, Kindness, Charm. The "initial strongest social stat" will instead start at Rank 2. This stat affects whether or not OCs can perform certain actions so keep that in mind whilst choosing.

I urge that roleplayers make their character's personality and/or personal ability relate to their Arcana though it is not going to be enforced. We will give OCs their Personas at a later, more appropriate time.

Biography:
Madoka is born the sole heir of the Wakabayashi family business. Madoka's parents were often busy with work to take care of him so he was raised most of the time by care takers and body guards. Madoka didn't meet a kid his own age until he was already 5, and not again for a long while. Madoka was tutored at home by a expansive and famous tutor until e was 15 where his parents were forced to take him to an actual school due to the tutor being unable to teach anymore. But the tutoring was well worth it and he was ready for the academic portion of school, but he wasn't ready for the social aspect. Madoka during this time moved three times in three years, so while his attendance was bad and he was unable to make or keep friends, his grades at least kept staying consistently good.

Madoka is currently in his last year of school at Shijin academy. Madoka is a transfer student, but he's used to it by now. And by the end of the year he will be a unprepared adult in the harsh world. Madoka wishes he could spend the last year of his youth with friends, or even make friends this year.

Personality:
Madoka is shy, curious, socially inexperience, and gentle. Due to his parent's lifestyle, specifically his father's company, Madoka rarely stays in one area for long and has been unable to form lasting friendships, which left him feeling lonely. His parents are very strict and controlling and don't allow him to take part in regular teenage activity without making sure of every little thing he does in his day. Despite his obedience to them, Madoka is not above exploiting loopholes, or technicalities to get what he wants.

Madoka is rather naive and socially obvious, due to both his constant moving and his parents isolated upbringing. Madoka was tutored for all of his childhood and only went to a school when he turned 15. And while Madoka is prepared to go on social outings at a moment's notice, he tends to bite more than he can chew, requiring assistance and guidance to do simple social interactions. But sometimes, just sometimes, he can come off as charming with his genuineness and honesty.

Madoka has kept his childhood innocence for this long, but with adulthood just around the corner, it gave him a new level of seriousness about life and how to deal with his parents. But so far he doesn't know how to deal with the stresses and emotional baggage of giving up such a huge part of his personality. This change in priority makes Madoka self-conscious about his immaturity, and in this self-consciousness has caused several misguided attempts to change which has been a source of self-inflicted misery

Biography:
Emi was born as the third child of a upper middle class Japanese family. She had two older sisters and two years after she was born her mother gave birth to a younger brother. When she was still really young she would constantly hang around her two older sisters. The second sister who was ten years older than Emi loved to tell her younger sister about ghost and the supernatural. The two sisters grew very close until one day the second sister got in a fight with their parents and ran away from home. She kept in contact with Emo but by that point the relationship was pretty much shattered.

As Emi grew older she found that the distance between her and the other members of her family only grew. Her father was always busy with work, her older sister mostly ignored her, and her mother constantly doted on her "perfect" brother. With no one left in her household who Emi could really talk to or her not having many friends at school Emi turned to the one thing she loved, superstition and the supernatural. They became her hobby and soon she had two different sides to her, the happy go lucky weird girl, and the ghost obsessed weird girl. She even got expelled from her original high school for breaking and entering during the night to hunt for ghost.

Luckily she was granted admittance into Shujin academy and she will be allowed to stay there aslong as she follows the rule and stays away from the school when she is not suppose to be there.

Personality:
Emi is a rather cheerful person who likes to take life head on. She loves to believe in superstition and the supernatural yet she hates the concept of a pre- defined destiny. It is her belief that destiny is only a small guide that is set to push a person in one of two ways and that it falls to the individual themselves to reshape destiny to fit their own ideals. Due to this belief she is often rather laid back or calm in very tense situations. Emi doesn't make friends very easily but she is fiercely loyal to the ones that she has and will do pretty much anything for them if need be.

Biography: Kyo comes from an odd set of parents. His father was a former cat burglar, while his mother worked for a private security company. One day his mother, Rena Kumo was hired to stakeout a house of a client who was assumed to be the next target of the town's cat burglar. Lo and behold, she encountered Tsuna Senbu, stopping him outside the house. Tsuna had never seen such a lovelier young woman, turning himself in and vowing to make Rena his wife after his release from jail. One thing led to another and Kyo was born. Growing up, his father, who now owned a small locksmith shop, tried to raise his son as best he could while his mother was off at work almost all the time. Kyo's father taught him a few skills from his past profession, such as how to pick locks or walk without making any noise. He was also taught self-defense by his mother whenever she had time to give him lessons. At Shujin Academy, he was able to become representative of his class, 2B, along with another girl, and has been doing fine ever since, though some tend to avoid him because of his father's background.
Personality: Kyo is one of those "silent sentinel" types who is always observing the world around him. He's not very talkative, though when he does speak, it's almost always something meaningful, and he always helps out with tasks that his fellow students need assistance with, be it cleaning, lifting, tutoring, etc. He rarely gets upset at anything, though he does get slightly bothered whenever someone says something bad about his father being a former criminal, but he never shows it. Kyo also has a belief that everyone has the ability to do great things, so he always supports those that are struggling through hard times, motivating them to try their hardest.

Biography:
Hana was born the daughter of a Polish man, Japanese woman. She is the only child of a family of carpenters. The majority of her childhood years were spent growing up in a small house in Yongen. Her blonde hair and green eyes garnored the attention of many Japanese around her though at the same time, she grew up facing a bundle of judgmental remarks regarding her appearance. She grew up in a financially unstable household as a result of her father's generosity. Hana's father Kenji was very understanding and generous towards their relatives back home. He would always send money off to Hana's uncles and aunts who would often lie to the man saying that they needed the money to pay for rent. When Hana and her parents would often visit them only to be met by the sight of drunk relatives, mountains of empty beer cans and sachets of drugs. Whilst her father continued to give them money despite the harsh reality he had witnessed, Hana grew up despising her father whilst under the assumption that all of the money was being wasted. She grew up maintaining a poor image of her father seeing him as nothing but a fool and harbored negative emotions towards him.

Hana attended Kohaku Academy for her first year where she shined as a regular on the swimming team. She found herself in fights on multiple occasions as a result of always pursuing the deep truth behind other's actions in a personal act of rebellion against her father's accepting nature. Making friends for her was an extremely difficult task. Hana was always quick to judge a person by their appearance, words or even the slightest unexpected twitch. Her outlook on life being "the way of reasoning and truth" led her to pursue a career as a private detective in the future. Hana's sights turned to Shujin when she discovered they offered courses relative to her that are unavailable in Kohaku. She is set to transfer to Shujin Academy for her second year.

Personality:
Hana displays himself in a way he personally believes is up-beat and cheerful though in reality makes her come across as a gossip or flirt. Hana is quick to raise her tongue in a blunt manner should she have even the slightest problem, something she does out of fear after facing multiple judgmental remarks regarding her appearance. This leads her to come across as rude, pushy and protective. She has a very passionate sense of morality, viewing the world in a black and white spectrum with no in-between. Deep inside of herself, she has a very warm and accepting side that is willing to overlook the faults of others similar to her father but she constantly denies it out of fear. Once her mind is made up, she will work towards reaching a goal and cannot be easily convinced otherwise making her come across as extremely stubborn.

Biography: Akira was born to a loving mother and father and had a fairly average childhood. Things started to go a little rough around the age of 12 when his parents began to have troubles with his father losing his job and his mother being the only real source of income. This caused a few hard times but they for the most part survived things however did get progressively worse and worse.

Around the age of 14 both of Akira's parents seemingly went insane and commited suicide Akira learned of this through a call from school it was the most unpleasant day of his life to say the least and he hasn't been the same since. He has since moved in with his godmother who is an old friend of his both his parents. Akira's life has improved since the incident with his parents but he's still very messed up about it and feels like they were murdered thinking there's no way they'd commit suicide all of a sudden.

Akira has gained abit of a negative reputation over the past two years and had to change schools a few times beacuse of it.

Personality: Akira is a fairly easygoing easily to get along with guy on the outside but a troubled somewhat distant person on the inside. He is a fairly cheerful guy and it takes alot to make him angry but when he does get mad with someone he becomes very relentless until they apologize. He is a fairly intelligent guy usually getting good grades unless he isn't that interested in the subject. Akira has an oddly large appetite for meat yet he's surprisingly in good shape. Akira does have problems staying focused with school will and will occasionally fool around this is usually only in the classes he doesn't like though.

Biography:
A senior at Shujin, the eldest sister amongst four siblings (two sisters and one brother), and a daughter to a recently divorced couple. Kohaku works at a small neighborhood pub as cleaning staff in the evenings, earning money on the side to provide for her siblings’ allowances, as well as for her own personal expenses.

It wasn’t so bad. Her parents divorced amiably, due to ‘irreconcilable differences’, leaving Kohaku and her siblings to alternate their time between their parents. It did, however, take a toll on their timetables and their study schedules. Kohaku took on the responsibility to ensure that she was more or less an example for her siblings to follow, or a threshold to surpass in their future years. In her high school years, she quickly made a bit of her name for herself academically by climbing the academic ranks at an alarming rate. Now placed amongst the top 20 students, she has been setting sights on a university in Tokyo.

Personality:
Masataka Kohaku is a remarkably simple young woman. She is flippantly playful, and a little bit of a gadfly, jokingly flirting with other students just to see their reactions, and oftentimes saying the worst things possible to get a reaction, but has been known to switch to a more severe persona when it comes to schoolwork, displaying an intensely responsible and calculative side to her, who plots and plans out every move three steps in advance. Indeed, she has full attendance record and has achieved satisfying grades throughout her school life. It is only usually after class and school that she returns back to her playful self.

Kohaku occasionally exudes, in between her mischievous flirting, a rather worldly knowledge of things, and has a slight ‘been there, done that’ sort of take on everything. It is entirely possible that she has this attitude due to her interactions with frequent customers to the bar she works at, but it is also borne from her having to take responsibility for her family at a young age.

Biography:

Takara has always been quite the interesting one. They tend to get good grades, and have unnaturally beautiful blue eyes. You'd think such a person would be pretty popular right? Well... Not exactly. Takara has always been interested in their own things, sometimes these would directly contradict what was popular at the time, or even have nothing to do with them. As such, they were branded as a weirdo and promptly socially exiled. Takara didn't even notice that's how little they cared. They however, were admitted into Shujin due to the fact that they wer still pretty smart. However this made little difference to them. They didn't care about what specific school they went to, or even if they were admitted into any of them.

They're honestly just killing time because they already have their life together and can afford to stop caring about trivial things.

Personality:

Takara sees themself as a philosopher. This bleeds over into everything they do and believe. If they are interested by something, they will immerse themself in it, try and learn everything about it, then afterwards decide if they truly care about it. They won't go out of their way to talk to others if they have no reason to, but if somebody engages them in conversation they will respond. What Takara mainly cares about is finding the meaning in things, if there is any. Through that, they believes that they can truly understand the world. That is what truly matters to them.

Biography: Rain in the outcast adopted that had everything stolen from him by his brothers and sisters and his family didn't do a dam thing about it so now he'll do everything in his power to show them they are not out of his reach and he'll bring them to ground by what ever means. Since then he's been working in the school part time to get by and puts on a fake smile to some of the teachers because he doesn't want to seem like a drag not much else is known about him.
Personality:Rain is mostly cold and sees rules to be be bent of broken when needed he does talk but he has a habit of rubbing people the wrong way when in a bad mood. Every so often he has twinges of warmth and will comfort a person or a group, he doesn't like people making a big deal of it when he has his moments and they'll often get a reply like cram it a just felt like helping or i do have some soul i'm not just not one to let my emotions rule me and so on. He may not seem like it but he has his own way of showing his loyal to the group such as he may send the cops on a wild goes chase with fake siting and such. He's willing to get his hands dirty and take the blame if someone gets killed and other cases" The rest you'll find out according to what happens in the rp with people that are meant to be his pillars.
