Personality​

On the surface, Cass exudes confidence and determination in everything she does, though her intellect is quick to shine through. She has a sharp and witty tongue, one she's prone to using when it isn't proper. Kept under her father's thumb for the better part of her childhood, her sass began to manifest as a sign of rebellion against his restrictions. Though daring and bold, she's learned to shut off her emotions under acute stress

Despite having to change schools so often , Cass has never lost the natural curiosity that drew her to learning. She is constantly excited by small wonders of science, seeking happiness wherever she can find it after her rough childhood. She takes pleasure and pride in research well done, and is excruciatingly thorough in her studies. She loathes the feeling of not knowing while also celebrating the excitement of discovery. Her reckless curiosity often leads her to trouble, but her cleverness generally gets her back out of it.

Cassie is extremely passionate. She's prone to periods of excitable activity, deeply immersing herself on one thought or idea to the exclusion of all else -- including people -- for days at a time. She's been known to go for days without sleeping while working on something that has caught her interest, and sometimes has to be forced to eat or rest. When she makes a discovery, she'll often think she's the first person to figure it out.

  Aiden is a solitary and quite person, not really wishing to socialize much. More like he is afraid to, he has the mindset that people being too close to him is a bad thing, and can only mean harm to others. He is insecure and afraid to allow people in. However, he is kind and always willing to help others. He could be considered a "mom friend" due to always making sure others are taken care of. If they are hungry he provides food, if they are sad he becomes a shoulder to cry on. If they are scared he provides encouragement.
  
  Inside, Aiden is tormented with pain and sadness. Causing him to be a bit on the more depressing side. He is usually lost in his thoughts, though him being left to his thoughts is usually a bad thing. When Aiden smiles it's like the world can melt snow. His thoughts is if you can give someone a smile and they feel better, then you're doing your job as a human being. Aiden in battle is a completely different person, he becomes cold and merciless. Cutting down enemies without a second thought.
  
  History:

  Born from the flames, Aiden was born from Hestia's hearth. Due to not being born to any other parents, and Hestia not being able to keep a baby, Hestia left him at the doorstep of a follower of hers. Aiden had a happy childhood with his mother Amanda. He never knew she wasn't his biological mother and she never told him. Aiden was a bright child and always had a smile on his face, caring and compassionate. He had many friends in his first grade class and things were looking up for him.
  
  At age 8 his mother came down with an illness and shortly died. The devastated child was sent to go live with his uncle. His curse began here, within the walls of the one bedroom apartment in New York. His uncle was an alcoholic abusive asshole. Every day after Aiden showed signs of being anything but human, thus causing the uncle to think he could use the boy anyway he pleased. He basically became a punching bag to the angry drunk. The uncle even took it farther and got glee from torturing Aiden. Aiden has scars all over his body and poorly healed breaks from the abuse.
  
  It was when he started middle school did he start to realize, pain and torment followed him wherever he went. He was bullied in school, kids would like to make fun of how he wore so many clothes in the middle of summer, or how he always seemed to wear a brace. He grew numb to it, it wouldn't hurt if he didn't feel any emotion towards it, right? So he endured it all, praying for one day there would be a light at the end of the dark tunnel.
  
  On the graduation night of middle school, he awoke to the feeling of someone on top of him. Opening his eyes he found his uncle wrapping his hands around his throat. Cursing him and calling him a demon child, it was that night he lost his purity by force and disgusting aggression. It became a nightly occurrence, and like everything else he endured. Though it was all that was done that caused him to become completely numb to everything.
  
  Freshman year, he couldn't take much longer. It only cost one session of taunting and a punch and he snapped. The cafeteria exploded into flames and he ran out. He ran as fast as he could with alarms blaring in the distance. His friend Jason, who always seemed to walk with a limp surprisingly caught up to him. Which surprised Aiden the most was that his best friend was barnyard animal from the waist down. He had just exploded into flames so this was the least of the weirdness.
  
  Jason told him of a place on the Long Island Sound for people like him, Demigods, Heroes of the Greek Gods. He found himself free from everything, when he arrived to Camp Half-Blood he never was abused, never was taunted. He found the truth about himself. A son of Hestia, born from flames.
  
  The claiming had surprised everyone, but when Hestia came forth and explained everything things calmed down. Now Aiden just tends to the hearth when his mom isn't around and has taken a liking to the beach.
  
  Though the peaceful times doesn't mean he isn't haunted by his life.

Joy is probably one of the kindest girls you could ever meet. Shes generous and very kind. She has a mother like sense to her, being the daughter of the Titaness of motherhood seems to have affect her personality so that she can be a bit mother-like. She can tend to be a bit bossy too without realizing it, her natural maternal instincts kind of kick in and take over when she feels that someone is doing something wrong or misbehaving. She is greatly loyal to all of her friends and everyone in camp half blood. Her mother stayed with her and her father for a few years, but being a titan had its disadvantages. by the time Joy was 4 her mother left her and her father to keep them both safe.

Joy lived a fairly normal life. Growing up on Hawaii she became familiar with the sea and spent most of her time that she wasn't on it out staring at the ocean, maybe it was that she was waiting for the mother that she never got to know to come back or maybe it just calmed her mind. By the time she was 13 her father decided it was time to tell her everything. She was shocked to learn that the gods of Olympus that she had heard about in so many stories were real, but even more shocked to find out that her mother was a Titan and she was a half sister to two gods. Her father took her on a trip after that and brought her to camp halfblood which is where she stayed to learn more about her powers and what it was to be a demigod. She hasn't been able to connect to her mother over telepathy but has gained help from both Artemis and Apollo at times.

well I mean all children of Zeus are half brothers or sisters to most gods if that's what your referring. If your referring to the fact that shes a demigod to a titan then yes, it is. I believe the whole boundary between being born god/titan or demigod is if the child is born of two gods/titans or if they are half human.
