Luke chuckled as he noticed Isara's face turn red, figuring that he just had that effect over the ladies. He found it amusing that she had turned so formal so quickly. "Hey relax, this quest is to save the camp. We're going to find your sister," he told her with determination in his eyes. He noticed Mara rolling her eyes at him and he smiled amusingly. He wondered what kind of insults she had conjured up in that head of hers and was secretly cursing at him.

Mara smirked as he smiled at her. "Does flirting come as easily as breathing to you?" She asked, grinning, seeing Isara's cheeks go red before.... Something strange happened. Isara seemed to gain confidence, and place her hand upon his chest, before rubbing it all over his arms, and grabbing his hand, saying thank you, eyes almost shining. She frowned, which grew into a scowl as she began to sort of think of the girl in front of her. Isara was far more attractive than she could ever be, seemed to have more skill with words, and.... Whatever that just was. She said nothing, simply watching, remembering Nero's words, realizing he might have been right, clenching her fingers into fists, before releasing them again.

Luke was surprised at her sudden gain in confidence. He felt her soft hands move from his chest to his arm to his hand. A slight tingling feeling passed through his skin and he reveled in how good it felt. He almost forgot to breathe at her touch when he realized that she had done something with her magic. He narrowed her eyes with curiosity, wondering what it was. "N-No problem," he managed to say. This was the first time in his life when he was at a loss of words with a girl. He pulled his hand away and looked down at her soft ones. "What did you just do?" he asked with wonder once he had recovered from whatever it is she just did, glad to have his speaking ability back.


He didn't miss the scowls on Cassie's and Mara's faces and he felt the atmosphere turn tense. A wave of guilt passed over him as he thought back to Cassie's confession this morning. It must not be easy for the Athena girl to watch Isara flirting with him, now that he was aware of her true feelings. He directed his attention onto Mara and answered, "Yeah it usually is that easy." Except for just now, Luke thought to himself, still confused at Isara's magic.

Isara Yistar, Team 2

And sucess. Isara smiled ans put her finger to her lip and flicked her younger against it. She knew she had won this game at least. Isara would never let someone get control over her, beating heart or not. She would keep the upperhand in this situation, as she did before camp. No boy, no matter how handsome can keep up with me. I won't be taken to him so easily. He is my rival after all.





She slid her finger across her lips and spoke in a soft, seductive tone. "Me? I didn't do anything. Whatever you felt was all you." She smiled and put her hands to her waist leaning back to Mara and Cassie. She saw something on their face that she seemed to miss, jealousy? Envy? I haven't seen it in ages, but if both these girls have it...She glanced at Luke again and smiled. I see, oh this will be fun.





Isara swung both ways, but generally preferred men. She always found men to be more.... manageable. Sliding her fingers through her hair she batted her look eyelashes at the two girls. She wanted her sister back, but she could have some fun as well. "So, I know Luke and Mara" Isara said looking directly at Cassie. "Who are you?"

Luke narrowed his pale blue eyes suspiciously. He knew that she had done something, whether she admitted it or not. He noticed the sly grin on her face and her air of innocence, although he had a strong feeling that she wasn't as innocent that she made herself out to be. "Well then I guess you must have the magic touch," he retorted teasingly, pun intended as his eyes sparkled. He made sure to keep a gap between him and Isara, as he had no intention of feeling at a loss of words like that again. Although a part of him did want to feel that tingling sensation again.

Cassie Hugh, Team 2

"You didn't do anything? Wanna bet?" Cassie stood there glaring at the girl, her hand rested on her sword, daring Isara to so much as breathe. She took a few steps forward until she was nose-to-nose with the daughter of Hecate. She spoke in an angry but hushed whisper. "As to who I am, I am your worst nightmare; that is all you'll ever know me as. You do that again, and I swear to on the River Styx you will never see the sunlight again." She let the girl's shirt fall out of her clenched fist before backing away. Cassie was so mad that she could feel herself shaking. She almost wanted to cry, not that she was sad, but that her anger was almost too much for her to handle.

Luke was surprised at Cassie's sudden hostility and anger. He quickly slipped in between the two girls, facing Cassie, and locked eyes with the Athena girl. "Hey hey it's alright. I'm alright," he said softly, setting his hands onto her shoulders to gently push her back away from Isara. He looked up and let his pale blue eyes scan the rest of the team. "If we're going to survive this quest, we need to work together, and that means getting along with each other," he said, switching glances between each person.

Isara Yistar, Team 2

Isara smiled at Luke and tossed her hair. "I most certainly do, in everything. But nice pun, it was very much intended I presume?" She gave him a flirtatious look and then turned to the girl who didn't seem to like her. I wonder why? She thought, guessing full well why.


As the girl came closer her physical instability became more evident. Isara saw a sorry girl who won't get the guy she wanted. Such insecurities, my how have I not seen this before? Isara smiled and looked at the girl, she was pretty. Isara might have kissed her if she wanted. She still might.


Leaning in close she moved her lips towards Cassie's and was nearly a breath away when she glanced back to Luke. She smiled and moved over to Cassie's ear and whispered a sweet sentence in her ear. "I can see your weaknesses." Softly she blew into the girl's ear leaving a small bit of mist there, for later. Pulling back she brushed her finger across Cassie's face and lips.


"But if you really must know, all I did was heighten his sense of touch. Any pleasure." Saying the word with a seductive slur, "or pain he felt was all done by him. If you want the experience all you need to do is ask." She looked at Luke and put a hand to his cheek, smiling warmly. "Luke is right. We should get along." She looked back at Cassie, "don't you think so?"

Cassie Hugh, Team 2

Cassie looked down, noticing the girl moving her lips closer to her own. She scowled and stepped back. Cassie grabbed the girl's hand and shoved it away from her face with a look of disgust. Weaknesses? Whatever, Witch. Then Luke stepped between the two, shoving Cassie backward gently. She wondered if he could feel her shaking under his touch. Her muscles were still tensed, as if ready for a fight, but she let her hand drop down to her side. He's right. We can't kill each other before we even leave camp. Cassie refused to verbally agree with the girl, however. I'm agreeing with Luke, not Isara. As she moved her gaze up to meet Luke's she whispered, "I know you're okay, but I'm not." What's happened to me?

Walter chuckled at Katy's words. Why was everyone scared of Hades kids? Surprisingly, every one of them is nice to him. Vianca seemed like a kind and badass person and Alec was the closest person to him. Alec took a bit of time to earn Walter's trust, but he still did it. Really, the problem was in Walter. He never trusts anyone so easily. Except Callie. She seemed genuinely nice. "Yes, but his kids are really nice. You'll love 'em."

Luke could sense the conniving nature in Isara and he didn't like it. He cared about Cassie, and he could tell that she was upset as a result of what Isara had told her. He ignored Isara's flirtatious question and instead, turned back to give her a look that asked her to stop. He knew that the Hecate girl was clever- any third party could probably sense Cassie's feelings for him, and it bothered him that she had labeled that as a weakness.


He redirected his attention onto the Athena girl and led her a few feet away from Isara. He looked down at her and met her eyes that were still filled with anger. "Hey it's gonna be alright. Don't let her get to you, okay?" he told her softly, touching her arm to comfort her.

Cassie Hugh, Team 2

Cassie closed her eyes, knowing that if they were open, she'd see Isara. She didn't want to see Isara. Carefully, Cassie opened her eyes, making sure they were focused on Luke. She knew he cared about her, and she didn't want him to be worried. Cassie took a deep breath and nodded. "Ok." She was almost hesitant when she said it, because she knew that Isara would try her hardest to get the best of her. Cassie's arm began to grow warm and tingle slightly where Luke's hand touched it.


Cassie began to smile, her eyes sparkling almost mischievously. "Just don't let her kiss me. Then we will have trouble." She said it in a joking way, but she kind of meant it too. The way Isara had moved closer... Cassie shivered, pushing the thought to the back of her mind.

Isara feigned a surprised/pained look as Luke glared at her. Isara put a finger to her lip and looked onward at the couple now. Well, they look adorable don't they? What do you think you are doing? This is wrong.... Isara looked down a little sadly at the ground and took a deep breath. Looking up at the sky she exhaled and ran her fingers through her hair, pulling away the pushed back strands. Her face became more framed ans elegant as she let her hair form around it. Who else is on this team Raven and Alex? Maybe someone else as well? No problem, these are the only hassle to me.





Isara glanced over at Mara, the forgotten. She could still feel the anger eminating from her. Leaning against a tree, Isara pulled out a spellbook and began reading. She had nothing better to do, anyway. "Oh how facinating, there's a love potion in here. 100% sucess rate, my this is interesting." Smiling she continued to read.

Luke chuckled with amusement at Cassie's joke. He could tell right away that Isara was into both guys and girls as soon as he had met her, as it was one of his abilities being the son of Aphrodite. It wasn't the most useful skill, but at least it was interesting. He smiled at Cassie, glad that his friend was feeling better. "Who knows, maybe you'll even like it," he joked as he got a little excited at the thought of Isara and Cassie kissing.


He looked back over at Isara who was now reading her spell book and heard her murmur something about a love potion. "You better not test that on me," he told her lightheartedly, trying to ease the tension in the air. "Given that I'm already the son of Aphrodite, I can only imagine what I'll do if I consume a love potion."

Katy raised an eyebrow to the sky when he stated that the gods were horny. "Are you sure you should say that?" She asked cautiously. She didn't want to get zapped by Zeus or anything. She shook his hand anyway with a nod.

Walter shrugged. He insulted his father a few times, but his father never actually did anything. "Right now, I don't think we should worry about the gods. The titans, sure, the gods?" He shook his head. "We gave bugger worries." He pointed at the sky.

Katy nodded glancing at the sky as she tied up her long red hair using her dual daggers. It was a habit of hers. When she needed to get down to business and think of strategies, that's what she did, besides nobody would expect her daggers to be hidden in her hair. "Alright so so far we have a child of justice, a child of Zeus, a child of Hephaestus a child of Hades, a child of Aphrodite and..." she trailed off slightly at the last one, "a child of Ares." she continued, still wondering why it sounded so bitter to say. She turned to Walter, wondering if he would know. "Hey, Walter, do Athena and Ares have a rivalry or something?" she asked.

Katy's question was very strange. Where did it come from? But he supposed it made sense in a way. "Um, yeah, I guess so. Can't be sure, though." He wasn't the brightest and he sure wasn't going to be smart all of a sudden. They should leave all of the smartness to the Athena cabin.

Katy shook off her curiosity and decided to just forget about it for now. Even if their parents were rivals, it didn't mean they had to be, though she still didn't mind healthy competition. "Alright, well I think I see the Big House. I'll go speak to Chiron and ask if I can join yous lot. I'd rather be actively helping than sitting around anyways.." With that she made her way to what she thought was the Big House, hoping Vianca didn't mind. She was rather self-sufficient anyway and would have figured out to do eventually.


A little while later she came back wearing the obligatory camp t-shirt and her regular ripped jeans, with daggers in hair and a smile on her face. "I can go on the quest with yous" she announced.

Ryan ignored Hayley's little comment, knowing he would have to speak to Vianca at some point but...Ahhh, it could wait. Turning to the red haired girl he said "Welcome aboard,....Sorry, did you tell us your name?" He was a little uneasy around her, but he placed it down to her being a daughter of Athena. "This trip should be intersting. Vianca hates me and now we are own little Athena. Amazing."

"My name's Katy, Katy McDougall. I don't think you told me your name?" She said directly to Ryan and then looked at everyone other than Vianca and Walter and obviously the Hades boy who wasn't even awake yet.


Hayley grinned at her, "Well Red, may I call you Red? I'm Hayley and I would love to know how you get those daggers to stay in your hair..." Hayley said with a wink. At this, Katy scowled slightly in distaste at the uninventive nickname.

"Ryan, Ryan grey." He said in what he though was a friendly tone, not wanting to create more drama in the group then there already was. Glancing over at Hayley for a brief moment. "Original. Like, I'm sure no one has ever thought of that before." Ryan had also noted what she'd said about the daggers and raised an eyebrow at it, wondering why someone wouldn't just keep daggers on them rather then hide them. Subtlety not being something he excelled at.

Katy seemed rather grateful he had called the Hephaestus girl out on her lame nickname although she would have done it herself. Then she looked over at him and noticed he seemed confused as to why she hid her daggers. She simply said, "The element of surprise is always a good tactic. Tell me, would you expect a girl to have daggers hidden in her hair?" she said all of this in an interrogational tone, though she wasn't intending it to sound abrasive.

Ryan was slightly taken aback by her tone but tried to remain friendly as having VIanca mad him was bad enough. He couldn't deal with anyone person flipping out against him. "Errr....I can honestly say I wouldn't, no." Pausing for a second he scratched the back of his neck, shifting from foot to foot. "Who else are we waiting on? No point hanging around all day."
