Percy nodded and leaned up to kiss her. "I got my dad to charm it so you won't lose it while fighting. a bit like riptide really." He grinned at her.

Annabeth grinned."Its beautiful. Thank you, so much." She murmured.

Percy grinned back at her. He kissed the ring and moved up to kiss her lips, softly, sweetly.

Annaberh smiled softly, and kissed him back, eyes falling closed.

Percy pulled back. "Just tell your mom not to kill me." He teased.

Annabeth laughed, "I will."

 

[Sequoia]

He looked nervous. "Are you going to tell Pipes and Hazel?" He asked. He knew he would get a ribbing from Jason and Frank.

"Of course." Annabeth grinned.

Percy just nodded and sat fown on the bed next to her. "Love ya." His voice husky.

Annabeth smiled and rested her head against his shoulder. "I love you." She murmured.

(But supposedly, he found someone in BOO.)


Percy lifts her up. "You can go tell the girls now if you want." He said.

Annabeth smiled softly.

 

[Sequoia]

There was a knock on their door. Percy opened it to show Hazel.

Annabeth smiled. "Hey Hazel. What's up?"

"We need you two on deck. Leo got the shields and he wants to test it..." She smiled but felt her hand tingle. She looked at Annabeth and gasped. "Let me see it!" She demanded.

Annabeth laughed and proudly presented Hazel her promise ring, grinning.

 

[Sequoia]

Hazel grabbed the ring and screamed, bringing Piper down as well. They jumped on Annabeth and demanded that she tell them everything.


"Hazel pushed Percy out, claiming they needed some girl time and slammed the door in his surprised face.

Annabeth gave a squeal. "Guys! Back! Can't breathe!" She giggled the whole time.

 

[Sequoia]

Hazel sat on the bed and looked at the ring.


Piper held Annabeth's other hand. "What did he say? Was it romantic? When's the wedding? I call maid of honor!" Piper shot out.


Percy chuckled hearing the squeals and went on deck, still grinning like a love-struck idiot.

 

[Jay Windse]

"Guys! This is just a promise ring. But he did say that with it he promised to marry me once this was all over, and we would live in New Rome." Annabeth smiled like an idiot.


Jason looked at Percy. "You the man responsible for those?" He asked, mentioning the squeals with a duck of his head to motion to the lower deck.

Hazel still gushed. "Thats so sweet! How did he do it?" Piper nodded along with her.


Percy grinned. "I probably am." He chuckled as another scream was heard from below decks.

 

[Jay Windse]

Annabeth shrugged. "He just told me he had to talk to me, then..Then he pulls it out." She said with a blush.


Jason laughed, "What did you do?"


"Yeah, what happened, man?" Frank asked as he walked over.

 

[Sequoia]

The two other girls giggled, falling over each other.


Percy grinned. "You should be congratulating me. I gave the promise ring to her." He said, slightly bashful.

Annabeth grinned and giggled, rolling her stormy grey eyes.


"No way!" Jason grinned.


Frank laughed and slapped Percy on the back. "Nice job, man." He said.

Piper spoke up. "We have to tell the others!" She jumped up and pulled Annabeth with her.


Percy nodded. "Thanks guys!" He grinned when he heard the girls coming up and turned to wait for Annabeth.
