Realistic or Modern Pass, Set, and Spike OOC

I haven’t posted anything here, but not to clog up the interest check; I’m so sorry if my character is taking an eternity, I know the background section says ‘brief’, but I decided to overdo it a bit, I’m just struck with inspiration and I won’t let it go.

I’ve probably written to much and it’s probably too late to ask this, but our characters and their backstories can reach… Depressing levels of dark? Like, Y’know, really sad backstories and real, serious problems with our characters.

Yeah, you can get dark, just not, too dark.

For example, mentioning something about being raped.

I don't know the ages of all of the players, so some of them might me minors.

I've read a lot of Character Sheets on this website and only two of them have been this emotionally invested. Yours is one of them.

I mean, the perfect start that slowly but surely goes downhill into a hellish reality, took my breath away. Connor's parents and them arguing in front of them, them LEAVING THEIR FATHER AT THE HOSPITAL TO ROT? YOOOO. MY JAW LITERALLY DROPPED.

Ahem.

Anyways, oh wait, and may I also mention, THE REASON THEIR DAD IS HOSPITALIZED IS BECAUSE CONNOR BEAT HIS ASS? WHAAT?

Sorry about that.

All of these elements really help build up to who they are now. Underneath that cold, mean, bastard, is someone who really just needs a hug. And that makes Connor an extremely relatable character because, a lot of people go through that in real life. I love them, and I can't wait to see what aspects he brings to the story. Like maybe they'll rage whenever someone else scores.

Once again, what an AMAZING OC. Kudos to you for that. I can't wait to rp with you.

So, once the ball comes over to your teams side of the net, someone will pass it to you using a bump. This is a bump:


Once they bump it to you, your job is the get to the ball, and pass it towards the spiker with your fingertips (basically tossing it) like this:


You need to toss in perfectly in front of the spiker so they can hit it onto the other side like this:

Number 3 is a Middle Blocker, they are great at blocking and often spike closest to the setter.

Number 5 is an opposite hitter, the teams best spiker most of the time. They score the most points and are particularly good at blocking,

Also, a very stupid question as seeing that enemy teams are usually not the same school, but just so our characters interact outside tourneys or matches, is Fuhai just a second team of Lakeside? And it just happens to not be the one that sucks?

We've gotten a ton of players now, so once you, Spiderverse , poiyuups , and AlphaBlueWolf make you first appearances to the team, I'll set up a practice match. I know Fuhai doesn't have many players so, we'll offer Connor to help us with a small team friendly match,

It'll be Minma , Me, and Dextra on one team, and salem. poiyuups AlphaBlueWolf and Spiderverse on the other.
