Tu'er Shen the Rabbit God
Seikatsu Mitsunari
A heavy sigh slipped from the fox's lips as he watched the beast fall to his ogres. It managed to survive his spell and that had impressed Mitsunari. If he weren't here for other reasons he might have tried to subjugate the bird. But for now he would take his victory instead. Now he was down two ogres unfortunately and he could only hope that their next encounter would be the cardinal and not another threat.
After walking for some time and having kept to himself and his monsters, who took it upon themselves to drag along some of the bird for food, Mitsunari heard Ceylan's voice again. It was weird to think that not too long ago the priest was a statue.
"Raijin." He corrected. "In japan he is worshipped as the god of thunder. But like I said before, there are no gods where I come from. Just tales that help make sense of the world." He used to believe when he was a child and coming here his faith was restored momentarily, but he had yet to see the deities which he was familiar with. Only the one who burnt him.
"I am a self taught caster. Learning as I travel." In truth he had never once thought about seeking out a mentor, but now that he had come so far he doubted he would be able to find one. "I assume your church assisted you in honing your skills? What is the limit of your magic?" Those Mitsunari had interrogated to find Ceylan were not very clear on what the priest was capable, but they all praised his healing capabilities.
