I will accept up to two handlers (other then my handler character) and the rest will be heroes, once we are a bit into the RP I willbe asking players to make villains for arcs.

Power: Hemokinesis-blood manipulation, Subject has the ability to control blood,it is unknown at this time to what extent as the subject is still young, but the possible usage places her ability level somewhere between B ranked and SS ranked danger. currently she is only able to control blood when she has sight of it, she is to be monitored carefully and precautions against her power are to be developed for the protection of everyone in the facility.

Background check: Subject-Amy Leii- Is a child, her background is therefore mostly unwritten. her parents divorced when she was 4, her mother got custody, and her father -redacted- the incident that occurred on -date redacted- was not a pleasant way for powers to awaken. an entire class of first graders had to be psychologically evaluated after subject was witnessed by them creating a spinning wheel out of the blood of another classmate who had tripped and cut his knee. the child had to be rushed to ER for blood loss, the subject stated she was "sowwy" and that she "didn't know she was hurting him." her mother was informed of the subjects unlawful birth defect and has requested that the subject be taken into custody by the government and placed on a super powered task force, rather then have the subject disposed of.

Psychological Exam: Amy Leii is a bright child, she shows no signs of depression or anxiety, she is quick to adapt to her new life. she is homesick for her mother but this will pass when she learns her fate. she shows remorse for hurting the boy and genuine glee when she was told he had made a full recovery. she passes all psychological evaluation, if I could recommend she be placed back into the care of her mother I would, but as it would be illegal for a super to live among the normal society, I recommend her for recruitment into the super powered task force.

Power: "well, I don't have super powers, but around here? this facility? yeah, I have all the power."

Background check: Alex Richards, A.K.A. Boss is an enigma. all history before he was placed in charge of this facility was redacted, I'm talking files and files of black marks where words should be. I counted how many words I could find not redacted on his official background file, there where about 50, and 25 of them where just his name repeated. he answers to someone, otherwise he wouldn't be here, but whoever that is is well above my paygrade.

Power: Chi Manipulation - Subject has the ability to manipulate the energy in his own body as well as the body of others through precision physical strikes, stunning and paralyzing foes. Subject can also generate minor healing forces and energy pulses using his own body's energy, subject has insisted this energy is referred to as Chi.

Background check: Subject - Ryan Belfast- Tiger Paw- Subject was raised in a monastery deep in the mountains, learning intense martial arts and presumably discovering his abilities. When the subject arrived in a US city and paralyzed a man's entire body in an underground street fight, then reportedly "Shattering a man's spine with a single kick" resulting in the man in question's death, the authorities were called and the subject was brought in for questioning and later assigned to the special super powered task force rather than locked in prison.
Psychological Exam: Ryan is a curious case, he is very calm and well-mannered, but he has an odd fixation the spiritual and his ancestors as well as the "Power of the mind and body"

Background check: Subject- Gavin Hekrum- Subject's early life was normal and he showed no signs of abilities until adulthood when he manifested the ability to create and manipulate machines with his mind. If he could think it, using his mind he could wave his hands within the air and the pieces would come together to create fantastical items. The subject was observed running his own shop and building many items of varying size and difficulty from within. The full extent of his abilities was observed when a super powered individual attempted to rob his store where in he immediately put together protective armor and floating weapons to defend himself from harm while repelling the invader. After observing the abilities in action, he was taken in as those powers were deemed too dangerous to be left in the general population unchecked.
Psychological Exam: The subject Gavin behaves normally as anyone would having been taken from his home and brought into a secret facility, wishing to go home but not wishing to be taken out, he accepted what he called an unfair offer from the government. It is recommended that an eye be kept on him attempting to break away back to his normal life.

Power: Teleportation, Subject has the ability to teleport himself to any location in earth as long as he has visited it or has an image of it on his head, the farther he teleports, the less accurate the teleportation will be, but the close the distance is the more precise he may teleport. Subject also has the ability to teleport anything that is in a 2 meter radius of himself, being able to teleport back bullets or teleport away people if they get too close. If subject teleports anything that is right on the edge of the radius the he teleports only what is inside, cutting the object or human perfectly, it is advised to stay further than 3 meters from him to prevent being transported somewhere random or possibly being cut in half.

Background check: Subject - Luis Rhoda - Jumper - is a man at around his 30s of unknown nationality due to him claiming to have changed his identity so many times he forgot and even stating that Luis Rhoda is not his real name. Subject was found in [REDACTED] after having taken pictures of himself in the area, further investigation shows that he has been travelling to all sorts of locations taking selfies of himself in said areas while using different phones that he had stolen. The most notable locations he had gone to where: [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and [REDACTED]. Subject had been apprehended after it was concluded that subject had teleportation powers, explaining why he had been able to travel to so many locations in such a short amount of time and with clearly fake identifications. Most surprising was that subject had allowed himself to be apprehended claiming “he had already explored most of the world and would like to try out new things” . The dampeners in the facility prevent subject from teleporting in far distances, but is still able to teleport a maximum of 2 meters, his radius for teleporting objects, in theory h could get out but doesn't show any signs of wanting to escape but does insist on having beer brought to him or else he would escape. Instead of being sent to prison it was decided he would join the special super powered task force with constant supervision. End of report.

Psychological Exam: Luis is the type the Daredevilsih type, not afraid of taking major risks, most notably he claims to have a gambling problem and ended up in debt in many countries due to this. When asked for his real identity Luis takes a more serious attitude and tries to avoid talking about it. Analysis also shows that Luis has a drinking problem which causes him to speak more truthfully and kinder, but not as much as to reveal his real identity. If handled correctly, Luis Rhoda could be a priceless asset to the special super powered task force, though I recommend him to be constantly supervised for any rebellious actions. End of report.

Animalistic/Enhanced condition:
Super strength: James' muscles are extremely strong as he's able to lift four to five times his body weight. Once recorded on flipping a car to its side. Running at three times the average sprinters speed, and allowing for extraordinary maneuverability via jumping, climbing, swimming, etc.
Enhanced durability: James is able to handle extreme force such as car crashes, high falls, and gun shot wounds (though they leave a bee like sting on his skin that's visible where he was shot and will eventually break through his skin), and many sharp objects either break or bend against his skin (though eventually his skin will be pierced just like bullets)
Enhanced senses: James is able hear more proficiently than the human ear, able to pick up sounds that humans can't hear and has twice the range. He can see in total darkness which prompts his eyes to appear red or glow during flashes of light, and finally smell's which is on par with a bloodhound.
Razor sharp claws/teeth: James is able to retract or summon three inch razor sharp claws that are strong enough to tear through some metals. Though the durability has not been measured it is said to be very dangerous natural weaponry that are available on his ten toes and ten fingers. His teeth are a little weaker though able to only rip through leather like butter and only denting metal. He's also able to shift between what are called "Carnivore teeth", which means all of his teeth are sharpened, or back to his normal human teeth.
Healing factor: An ability that has yet to be unlocked fully, which will be while undergoing immense amounts of stress, it's right now limited to healing 1.5 faster than a regular human whenever he does get injured. At it's full potential James should be able to heal large wounds and broken bones in a matter of hours. Anything less should be healed within the hour or so. Substantial injuries such as missing limbs, organs, and decapitation is unclear wether or not it will be regenerated. Further testing needed. Memories seem to not also come back if injury to the head were to occur.

Appearance:

He stands at about 6'1" while also adopting a lean muscular build. Mainly keeps his hair either a bus cut or extremely long while always keeping his sideburns with some facial hair. Before subject was captured mainly wore leather coats with jeans and boots. But once going "primeval" can be found with torn jeans barefooted and topless with claws and teeth showing. Other than that James can't be seen wearing any other type of clothing besides a necklace with claw on it that he protects very dearly.

Background check: Citizens were afraid of a monster out in the woods that would walk into town bringing fresh kills when the weather hadn't let up for weeks. Subject was eventually found in the outskirts of Nome Alaska, USA while eating a Mux Oxen. Super smelled our troops which initiated it's attack. Survivors mentioned after the capture of the super codenamed "Primeval", for it's primal characteristics and powers, kept uttering "Not you again!" and "What more do you want?!" which prompted us to do more background research. The find revealed a massacre of a supers family who did not cooperate in Anchorage Alaska, USA just nine years before. It is suspected that James was the straggler that escaped and is the only one left in his family. DNA tests only confirm this further along with his harsh personality with the handlers more than the regular supers. Up till the age of 12 nothing else of his history is documented or is available and it's believed that the boy lived part time in towns and the woods up until his capture as a young adult.

Psychological Exam: James was very ill mannered and very uncooperative during evaluation tests. Often times roaring and screaming while going through evaluations like a rabid animal.
Through study of video footage, I was finally able to see his daily actions. Which show that James is curious, kind to other supers (especially younger ones most likely from being an orphan and understanding what it's like to have your parental figures suddenly taken away from you), and has an overall high moral standard. His holding cell also shows signs of cleanliness instead of clutter that's to be expected of someone who acts like an animal. James often times submits to primal urges which is thought to be a side affect from his animal like abilities.
Overall, James the capability to live peacefully amongst humans, evident of him doing so the past nine years, and indeed a great asset for task force. If only subject didn't hate everyone's guts that's connected to safely containing the supers.

Extra: James' roar sounds like a mixture of a Tiger, Grizzly Bear, and Crocodile's roar but fused together. The longer James uses his powers the more animalistic his mindset becomes.
