The Barrier they made is likely going to get some more Hero Points given they actually did something that is VERY important in a real situation. They made a Perimeter to keep Civilians out of the most active area.

PlusUltra Erm, pretty sure none of the fake civilians are robots. Seeing as this is based off the Anime, and they DID get that many actors in the Anime, Imma have to say they did indeed manage to do it. Guess that's Japanime 's call though.

tbf, I don't think it was stated that the streets were filled with civilians, I think people kinda just... assumed. And also, Japanime did state awhile back that they were actors. I think like, 2 pages ago? Inn here that is, not in the IC.
