They are real actors. They all have a special band around their wrist that the robots are programmed to recognize. The "villain" robots are programmed to attack near or close to the actors but never actually hit them, that way they don't get hurt.

Yeah ill make a post then. If they are not actual living people then they are not under any threat, if the robots are not attcking them. i thought they were just a obstacle OOC to get around. Like how to get through a busy city to the danger

They aren't holograms, they are actors. Whoever first mentioned anything about Holograms might have been referring to their Quirk? I don't think it was stated by Japanime in his Post about the exam ending that they were holograms.

I fully acknowledge how strong his quirk is, which is why I want to be very clear on its limits and weaknesses. I'm gonna make sure that I never use it in such a way to step over other peoples toes and I eventually want the faults of the power to come back and bite him in an impactful way. I talked to Japanime a little bit about it before I went ahead with the idea, but I'm still completely open to add more hard limits to the power.

Seen a couple Create 'Em Quirk type characters in MHA RPs

Reminds of one I tried making who could sweat a form of paint that she could use to craft minions and weapons or structures and things like that.

Most o those RPs didn't tend to last long enough to see quirks like those through to their full potential, so here's hoping the same don't happen here.

My whole intention with 3D is to showcase Toshiro constantly hiding behind it, its his 'strength' that puts him above others yet he's secretive about how it operates to keep from anyone truly figuring out its limitations, causing his quirk to be a wall between him and the world. I eventually want Toshiro to have to realize that he can't rely on himself only, and instead of hiding his weaknesses, embracing them and supplementing with people he can call companions.

Buttt I shoudn't give too much behind the scenes info, just wanted to ramble about my train of thought of why 3D is a strong as it is on paper.
