Realistic or Modern Organized Crime

"Like I said, my life," she pulled the pistol she hand with her and laying it on the dashboard. She did pause when the woman mentioned boys. "Are they his, ma'am?" she asked.

She just stared at it long and hard, until finally shaking her head, "What? No...we never had the chance...its just my own personal dream..." it really was. But why couldn't she do it. She reached for the pistol then stopped, simply returning her hand to her spot. "I...." she sighed and just stared into her lap.

She nodded. "You know, you don't have to keep doing this. It has to hurt you, too." She placed a hand over hers. "You're so beautiful and very cunning. You can really do anything. "

That's what hurt the most, the woman that took her future away from her making amends with her. It was bittersweet, she wanted to hurt her, she wanted Alex to be here but would this be the right way. Taking two loved ones apart? She's no better than her own father. She reached for the gun once more and ejected the magazine letting it fall and unloading the round in the chamber, "Does he make you happy? Do you see yourself with him long enough to see your children have their own children?" She says softly, looking at the gun, rubbing her hand against it lightly.

She blushed lightly. "Honestly... I am kind of scared that something is going to happen if things keep going this way. I'm scared that he'll leave me. I don't really deserve a guy like him, I think, and yet sometimes he gives me that look. It scares the hell out of me. Because what if he stops looking at me like that? Or I see him looking at someone else like that. The pain you feel, it scares the hell out of me." She looked at her, then down at her lap, placing a hand on her stomach.

"What are his feelings on children, Diane?"

She smiled softly, "He's always wanted some, but was just scared. Toughest man I know is nothing to the thought of his own children." She scoffs. "I know him well...once He's locked on to you he's there for good, until...I guess you become like me..." she sighs, "And I want to argue that I'm not as bad as I say, but look at me, I left you both out to get attacked by the Russians. I just need to get along with myself I suppose." She handed her the pistol and magazine, "Like I said, once he's on you, he's on you, do you think you can handle being with him?" Her eyes locking with Lynn's.

She nodded a bit. "I'll surely try my damnedest..." She put the gun back in the holster on her thigh. "If all continues to improve, I'd like for you to be an ally, Diane. You'll find someone someday, even if that someone is a version of yourself that you want to be, you'll find something that will make you happy." She then stood slowly. "Let's hope your right about Al... I'd hate to be a single mother." She gave the woman a wink and walked away.

(BUH-BUH-BUH-BUH-BOMBSHELL!!!)

She simply sat there before giving a little smirk, "I wonder how she figured out I swing both ways?" she grinned as she stood up to walk away. Looking up at the night sky, she smiled, "This should be a nice start to my new life." she laughed lightly, "You found a good one Alex....you really did." she said as she walked the opposite direction of Lynn and into the darkness.

(woah thats was pretty awesome ngl)

(Yassss represent!)

She walked back home, climbing up the fire escape and taking a swift shower, tearing up the note and walking back to her room. "What do you want for dinner, Al?"

She would see an empty bed, the crutches gone and she would hear him grunting followed by the sounds of pans hitting the ground. "Shiiit!" When she came down she would see him trying to make them dinner, some really simple cooked ham with cheese, "Oh uh...h-hey babe." He chuckled I just figured you were hungry and I wanted to prove I can still do things but...so far I've just managed to spill oil on my leg and drop a the pan." he laughed a bit, he tried so hard to pull his own weight. Point for effort.

She huffed. "I told you to rest! Sit your butt down and do as I say before I tie you to a chair!" She sighed softly. "Let me clean up your mess, crazy man." She smiled at him, walking forward and kissing his cheek.

He moved aside trying his best to not slip in the oil and just stood to the side, his eyes pleading to her, "But babe, I'm supposed to be the one to take care of you." he said with a pout.

"I told you it's my turn!" She exclaimed, waving her arms dramatically. She then gave a sniffle, obviously fake crying to be funny. "If I can't be strong for you, what will I do if something happens?"

"I..." he sighed, "Damn thats a good point." He says as he hobbles out of the kitchen and into the dinning room and just plops down on one of the chairs, "I would have had it!" he called out, "....if I had more time."

"Delicious, far better than cooked ham sandwiches." he chuckled, "How was the bath? When I woke up later I didn't hear anything so I just thought you feel asleep while taking a bath. Was it that relaxing?" he laughed.

He stood back up, "You what?" he said sternly, his voice filled with concern and fear, "What did you do?"

"I went to see her and offered up a deal, but honestly, we made peace and she gave in. I dare say we may even find ourselves with an ally in the future."

He sighed heavily, "Jesus...leave it to you to resolve my toughest issues...." he huffed, "What did you do? Just pin her in a corner and put a gun to her head and said "Join or else" or was it worse?"

"At first, I was going to suggest a game of roulette, but then we got to talking and we reached a point where she seemed to see the light and we sort of... bonded? I don't know. I think the hormones are starting to make me all sentimental."

He laughed, "Just give me a day and I'll help you with that." he says as he made his way back to the table. "I guess we'll just have to wait and see for whats to come." he says with a nod, "I'm sure Diane and I will have a lot to talk about."

She looked at the pot of pasta. "I don't think helping me would be a good idea..." she said with a small smile. "Yes, I look forward to seeing how you and her get along."

"Should be interesting, to say the least. But we shouldn't worry about that, I think we should worry about getting all our clothes into some luggage's for us to go and spot out or next home." he chuckled, "What do you think, hun? Somewhere along the bay?"

She looked over at him. "Moving, already? I just finished renovating!" she looked at him incredulously, but couldn't help but smile. "I guess we might need an extra room, though."
