Finx takes a few steps back after whispering to Kurisu, he looks over towards the direction of Hak & Kira, knowing for a fact his arrogance would lead him to think Finx was dead or defeated, he was also able to know the fact Kira could track his scent ever since he first met him, this circling in his mind somewhat forces Finx to submit into a sinister laughter.

 

[Sey]

Korou stands up and follows Kirisu, knowingly that he does want the life of an Exorcist back, he wonders what his brother would think of it. "I'll say this, the pot on my back is annoying, but I understand the reasons behind it, but I need to converse with my brother that I have been looking for the last five years, I didn't come all this way just to fight him." Korou says seriously.

Hak looks at the cards that he gained. Eying Kira oddly.


Hak

"That's funny. It's not like you to not cheat. You never loose at poker. What's on your mind?"


"Ah, if it's Finx, leave him. He will come back. No matter how long it takes, I know he will. So don't tell me where he is." I wave the idea off.


"Then again, since Kurisu hasn't been looking for us, he's either with Finx or dead. Either way is fine if you ask me." I throw down a few more cards.

Kira chuckles at Hak's remark

"Fair enough. He probably will come back. Dogs always return to their masters anyways" he says as he laughs

Finx tilts his head back looking towards the direction of Korou, after sighting him he walks up to him, an innocent smile lined across the face of Finx, as he meets Korou eye to eye, Finx takes out a card offprint it to Korou "Keep this safe now would you Brother Dove, I couldn't bare to lose it". The smile fades away as Finx places his mask on, chuckling after equipping it.


For a moment, he would remain staring at Korou and yet again speaking "Now, you will be joining me and Velskud here & will treat Mr. Kirusu with all your respect and courtesy.." a wide, somewhat sarcastic smile lined on his face, but hidden by his mask.

 

[Sey]

Korou takes the card, studies it and puts it in his front left pocket. "Got it.. I'll keep it with me" Korou says to Finx. After thinking about it, "Sorry mister, but I'm not into your jobs, I'll be a prisoner along with my brother after all. Mafia for life." I say laughing.

 

[Natevess]

"I'll be sure to escort you to the nearest prison in the Black Feather Empire upon our return.." Kurisu said, his expression turning sour, realizing that Korou had every intention of disobeying him..

 

[Korry]

Marco had been searching for the group, and he finally finds them. He sees that mostly everyone, including a new addition-- has arrived.


"I was looking for you guys, but I couldn't seem to find you. But now I look here again, and here you guys are." Marco sighs, but he doesn't seem to question why another person is within the group.

 

[Lion Man]

Finx motions his head towards Marco, an innocent smile appearing across his face "Perhaps you need glasses, Dove"


Finx then turns his attention towards Kurisu, Then stating "Actually, I'd rather keep my brother and the blond haired guy over there by my side on this expedition." After thing taking a slight pause as an uncontrollable smirk stretching across his face and his eyes widening towards the direction of Kira & Hak.

 

[Natevess]

"Well, if you insist." Kurisu said.. The rest of the journey to find Hak and Kira was relatively calm. Eventually, they caught up to them, on top of a tavern in town. "Ah. Finally. Hak, Kira. We need to be going. We're headed to the capital next.." Kurisu said, stretching.

Hak could only groan as Kurisu found him.


Hak

"And here I was, thinking that you were long past dead. Why'd you have to bring him, Finx?" I motioned towards Kurisu.


"Whatever way, hope you had fun. Might be the last bit you'll ever have."

 

[Korry]

Marco nods in agreement with Kurisu, and he seems to have been quiet ever since he found the group, and ventured off with them to find Hak and Kira. He doesn't seem to stand out within the group, and remains within the group, silent.

 

[Lion Man]

Finx remains within the range of a meter behind Kurisu. As the group Finx was with came closer to Hak & Kira, Finx rolls his eyes towards the direction of Kira & Hak, knowing where they were the whole time.


As they met up, while others would have discussion Finx would be yet again singing a nursery rhyme in the back and playing with his deck of cards, a sinister smirk lining his face.


After Hak mentions Finx, Finx immediately motions his head

 

[Sey]

Korou, walking side by side with Finx "How have ya been for these last few years?" Korou asks Finx in hopes to start a conversation. Korou has the idea that Finx has been singing little songs to children and eating cake for the past few years.

Velskud would wake after his long nap, rising up from his bed, smiling, as he'd go to look for Finx

Kira chuckles a bit, shuffles the deck of cards they were using, puts it back into the box, and chucks it over to Hak, and stretches his arms ,yawning and grabbing his small bag "No need to be so hostile Hak. Violence should only be a stress reliever."

 

[Lion Man]

For a a moment or two, it becomes apparent that Finx's image disappear , appearing next the box, grabbing it and appearing in the exact spot afterward, the box with the deck of cards inside.


Finx appears to be standing slightly taller than normal, elegantly and smoothly holding the Box of Cards taking the lid off, as the lid slides off the cards pop, flying into the air like confetti.

Kira chuckles, and slowly holds up the deck of cards from his bag, which he never intended to put in the box, noticing the small chunks of sliced apples finx threw into the air "Naïve as always" he says with a slight grin. "Anyway, Kurisu, we're ready to go" he says as he flips the cards within his hand, mockingly.

" So Finx, what's my duty as of now? " Velskud would say, sighing looking at him

"Finx is our prisoner, and so are the two of you," I nod at the other two new Mafia members.


"Anyway, Finx's goal would probably be to stay alive. So he might want help with that," I say, and before he has a chance to say anything more, "That's my job, like it or not. Not too fond of it myself. Your "duty" is the same as his: you're our prisoner. And prison awaits you when we return to the Black Feather Empire.

After making that remark at the blonde Mafia kid, I kindly ignored anything else the two new Mafia members had to say. The realization that we were still on a mission to figure out what happened to the Capital of the Dragon Tooth Empire had almost completely slipped my mind. The desolate wasteland of a war battlefield was far from what I was walking into. I am built for battle, everyone calls me a prodigy with the strength of five hundred men without even setting foot on a war front. The lowly task of guarding Finx was hardly anything worth my true effort. However something else was.


My eyes darted toward Kurisu.

"Are we done frolicking in this town? I imagine you've all had a wonderful time," I glance at Finx and his Mafia men, who have clearly been in a fight.


"We were on our way to the Dragon Tooth; I think I know a few generals there."


I nodded at Kurisu, "Let's get going."

I knew two of the generals in Dragon Tooth quite well, one of them was friendly and welcoming, and the other was straight-up cocky. Both were far from weak, yet the town is in distress. While I could best both generals with my power, a power other than mine with the ability to best all five of Dragon Tooth's generals is something else. It didn't bring me joy knowing this news. I thought about telling Kurisu about it, but then I realized I probably cared less than he did. So I went to Finx's side and started moving him along to the Dragon Tooth's Capital.

 

[VelskudInkaruka]

" Ok then, so what do I do at this prison? " Velskud would say, looking toward's Hak as he'd move his hair, " And this Empire called Dragon Tooth. tell me more. "

Kira sighs, tossing an apple towards the mafia member, hitting him in the head "In prison, you rot until they either want to end your wretched life, or until you die of malnutrition. As for Dragon's Tooth, you'll see when we get there. Now eat up. Gotta keep your strength up to protect that weak leader of yours." he says, smirking, and stretching his arms, yawning as he stands up from the stump he was sitting on.

 

[Natevess]

Kurisu simply nods at Hak in approval, and turns around and walks off, motioning for the others to follow. As the group arrives at the Dragons Tooth Capital entrance, the guards simply motion the group through, noticing Finx, of course. However, unbeknownst to the group, the guards were having a conversation. "Aren't those the guys who killed some guards in Laneer?" one of them says, and the other nods and says, "We should go tell the boss. He may want to hear about this."


Several hours later, you realize you've been garnering stares and unkind looks from various people in the streets. You've all been informed of your objective, to find a way into the Castle and remove the Mafia Leader from power..

I was walking away from the group for a while now. I had asked permission to leave for a short while to go buy something. In actuality, I was really going to search for the guards I knew and see what was going on.


On the outskirts of the town, near the far eastern side, I was by the wall where most of the guards hung out. They were all Mafia. Since I was in guard robes, and my not "Blue Beast" warrior clothing, it would be hard for anyone to recognize me as the "Blue Beast". I nodded at the guards, seeming like a fellow guard, I felt that they'd have less hostility towards me. I wasn't wrong, but they still asked why I was here.

"Lookin' for the general of the sky. He here?" I asked with caution.


All of them eyed me with dirty looks, then one of them spoke up after a long, awkward silence, "You new here or something?"


"... I don't understand. Where is he? How about the general of the earth, is he here?" I questioned.


"You're from out of town, we can tell. They're being held captive. Shame, really; they would've been useful to our army. But when you have power like us, you don't need it as essentially," one of them replied.


Before I could say anything more, the same guard quickly added, "I'd like to take you for questioning, seeing as how you knew them so well. If you resist, we'll have to take you in custody."

Dozens of guards were called over to surround me. I soon had the edges of their weapons pointed at my neck, forcing me to follow them.

My spear was never not at my side, with it still in my hand, so they asked me to drop my weapon. I completely ignored their orders, and edged my elbow to the largest sword at my neck so I'd have space to breathe. In that split second, I swung my sword in a full circle, hitting each of them on their torso, with the power of a lightning bolt in that single swing. Each of them knocked to the ground in a fiery flash. I gave off a fiery essence of flames, my presence building on all of them. I moved so swiftly that about twenty were forced to converge on me. I stepped to the side of the closest one and knocked him out by hitting the back of his neck with a fierce chop. A small smirk grew on my face as I got more into the minor fight. I twirled my spear with ease, knocking all of the soldiers around me off their feet.

"T-the 'Blue Beast'!", one of them finally cried.

It was too late for them to realize, I was halfway through their defenses. Then about a hundred had come onto me. Everything froze for a single second. I twirled my spear and thrusted it at the guard in front of me and leaped over him, knowing he was down for the count. I used my spear to shovel the enemies off of my front and behind, leaving my east and west fronts exposed. That second was over. Another frozen second, I used my spear to leap over a crowd of enemies and into the heart of the massive guard blockade. My presence crushed their morale to fight back. Two frozen seconds. Gone. And a final and third frozen second, I knocked that guard to the ground with the back end of my spear. To the guards, I must've seemed like a blue blur, because in a matter of three seconds, I escaped a crowd of three hundred guards.


As I was jogging back to Kurisu and the others, a flyer on a billboard caught my attention.

"WANTED - 'Blue Beast' Hak Fujii, 40,000 Ryo"

That was just perfect. Now I was on the wanted list. I finished the walk back to Kurisu a few minutes later. I noticed a Mafia guard standing around and hid in the nearest barrel I could find. I moved closer to the group while still in the barrel.

"We have no allies in this city." I whispered to Kurisu.

Kira, who had been walking closely to Kurisu, heard Hak and exclaimed "You're not wrong......a couple of us are wanted in this city. We better plan our next move carefully". He points to a small poster in the alley across from them. It has a picture of himself, grinning. Below his face it says, wanted dead or alive, with a bounty of 50,000 ryo, not because he is stronger than his friend Hak, in fact far from it, but because he has far more destructive tendancies
