Administrative
- Admin Staff: Civilian staff working at Sigma Site. These are legal advisers, secretaries and section chiefs monitoring operations and making sure that Operation Spirit proceeds as planned.
- Intelligence Staff: Analysts and intelligence personnel gathering information on possible paranormal entities through wire-tapping, hacking, surveillance and other means. Works closely with PIT and FIT.
- Medical Staff: Civilian medical staff such as doctors, nurses, psychologists and others. Plays a key role in maintaining sanity throughout the ranks.
Military
- TACT: The Tactical-, Analysis-, and Containment-Team (or TACT for short) operators are recruited from various military, paramilitary and police organizations around the globe. Sent in to provide security for non-military personnel TACT operators are also authorized and tasked with capturing and containing paranormal entities currently unable to/deemed to dangerous to be studied by civilian staff. It's one of the most dangerous UN-ICSC professions and carry one of the highest work-related fatality rates (unofficially).
- PIT: Agents and operatives with the Paranormal Intelligence Team (PIT) act on information provided by the intelligence staff. From there they will investigate and report possible paranormal entities through a variety of methods such as infiltration, espionage and by embedding themselves with non-UN authorities and organizations. Often recruited from intelligence and police organizations.
- SCPT: Responsible for maintaining containment on-base the SCPT (Sigma Containment- and Protection Team) ensures safety for all other staff at Sigma Site while also keeping contained entities locked up and under close watch. Recruited from prison security and corrections staff, as well as other general security staff. Latest fatality was forty days ago!
Civilian
- FRT: The Field Research Team is comprised of experts in the fields of biology, physics, chemistry, anthropology and more. Mental stability is a key requirement as these brave men and women are expected to investigate entities through a thorough hands-on approach. Commonly recruits individuals fresh out of school or from prominent scientific institutions. Relies on the TACT operators for when things get a bit too frisky.
- FST: Unlike their FRT colleagues, the Field Specialist Team consists of experts in more unorthodox fields such as cryptozoology, demonology, ghost-hunting, mediumship and more. Viewed with great skepticism and suspicion by their peers most of the time.
- FIT: Working closely with PIT-agents and the intelligence staff the Field Investigations Team are often psychologists and analysts recruited for field operations where they provide personnel with quick assessments and help piece the puzzles together. Operates under "official" UN-mandates unlike their PIT counterparts that work completely undercover most of the time.
