Administrative
- Admin Staff: Civilian staff working at Sigma Site. These are legal advisers, secretaries and section chiefs monitoring operations and making sure that Operation Spirit proceeds as planned.
- Intelligence Staff: Analysts and intelligence personnel gathering information on possible paranormal entities through wire-tapping, hacking, surveillance and other means. Works closely with PIT and FIT.
- Medical Staff: Civilian medical staff such as doctors, nurses, psychologists and others. Plays a key role in maintaining sanity throughout the ranks.

Military
- TACT: The Tactical-, Analysis-, and Containment-Team (or TACT for short) operators are recruited from various military, paramilitary and police organizations around the globe. Sent in to provide security for non-military personnel TACT operators are also authorized and tasked with capturing and containing paranormal entities currently unable to/deemed to dangerous to be studied by civilian staff. It's one of the most dangerous UN-ICSC professions and carry one of the highest work-related fatality rates (unofficially).
- PIT: Agents and operatives with the Paranormal Intelligence Team (PIT) act on information provided by the intelligence staff. From there they will investigate and report possible paranormal entities through a variety of methods such as infiltration, espionage and by embedding themselves with non-UN authorities and organizations. Often recruited from intelligence and police organizations.
- SCPT: Responsible for maintaining containment on-base the SCPT (Sigma Containment- and Protection Team) ensures safety for all other staff at Sigma Site while also keeping contained entities locked up and under close watch. Recruited from prison security and corrections staff, as well as other general security staff. Latest fatality was forty days ago!

Civilian
- FRT: The Field Research Team is comprised of experts in the fields of biology, physics, chemistry, anthropology and more. Mental stability is a key requirement as these brave men and women are expected to investigate entities through a thorough hands-on approach. Commonly recruits individuals fresh out of school or from prominent scientific institutions. Relies on the TACT operators for when things get a bit too frisky.
- FST: Unlike their FRT colleagues, the Field Specialist Team consists of experts in more unorthodox fields such as cryptozoology, demonology, ghost-hunting, mediumship and more. Viewed with great skepticism and suspicion by their peers most of the time.
- FIT: Working closely with PIT-agents and the intelligence staff the Field Investigations Team are often psychologists and analysts recruited for field operations where they provide personnel with quick assessments and help piece the puzzles together. Operates under "official" UN-mandates unlike their PIT counterparts that work completely undercover most of the time.

Born within the confines of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic during the waning years of the Soviet Union to a pair of late year university students - a Kazakh-Ukranian mother and a Nigerian father - there was little in life Mykhailo would come to not appreciate. Whilst his parents were loving there was no doubting the fact that they were ill-prepared and in over there heads and when the Union collapsed, things fell back almost a decade for the pair. Newly graduated - newly wed - they took what they had to Saint Petersburg in hopes of catching a break. Settling uneasily as citizens of the newly established Federation.

Growing up a black Ukrainian in 1990s Russia he came to form a love-hate relationship with the place, it wasn't always the most forgiving, politically correct or welcoming to him but it'd given the Oyeyemi family everything, and eventually when they grew to the age of obligatory service Mykhailo didn't hesitate to fall in. He'd gone in with the intention to leave after meeting his commitments but the opposition he faced during basic changed him. It became a personal mission to rise as high as he could to spite those that wished to see him fail. When he was plucked straight from the chaotic clashes on Chechen streets and ascended into the grey realm maintained by the Main Intelligence Directorate it became abundantly clear to him that, for better or for worse, he truly did come to rise. Investigating mysterious happenings in Africa and the Middle East through the GRU on behalf of the very shadowy Ministry of Paranormal Warfare.

"Meeting SA Hall I immediately noticed his observant personality. By the time we sat down, he had noted every possible exit, every possible weapon and of course, me. His intelligence was clear but seemingly hidden behind his arrogant and cocky nature, I have a feeling this is a defence mechanism. Coming from an abusive household, intelligence at his level would have him physically assaulted by his father. Hiding this with a rather rowdy exterior was a way to hide it. Throughout our session we touched on his previous operations, showing little to no remorse for the people he has killed or harmed however I believe that Hall has his own version of right and wrong and his head he considers anyone that goes against these morals to be inherently 'bad'. It is clear to me that Special Agent Hall hides some trauma behind humour and arrogance. A good defence to stop anyone from getting too close however he still operates at a high level.

In Operation [REDACTED], Hall was tasked with rescuing a high value target from a middle eastern paramilitary by the name of [REDACTED]. During the operation, Hall was compromised by a mole within the taskforce. By no fault of his own, the agent killed the HVT and escaped, leaving Hall to fight his way out of [REDACTED]. Although traumatising, Hall's mental strength has allowed him to compartmentalise his emotions and deal with this incident. I believe that this agent manipulated him emotionally, having little to no meaningful personal relationships, the agent broke him down and extorted him and it is evident his emotional distress has only been pushed further back, guarded by the harsh exterior.

As of today I am clearing Special Agent Hall for combat. He should be closely monitored for any signs of Post Traumatic Distress although I doubt he will allow that to happen."
History:
Born in London, Isaac was the oldest of four boys. During his childhood he was caught up quickly in gang related activity in East London. With an unstructured household, Isaac had to fend for himself and younger brothers. At around aged twelve, his father was arrested for drug possession, himself and his brothers were shipped off to foster care. Being split up, Isaac was moved to the coastal town, Cornwall. He excelled academically, being well above his peers. The only downside was his knack for getting into trouble. Constantly fighting other boys and talking back to teachers, Isaac was in and out of detention - the only reason for him not getting excluded was his academic record. Leaving secondary school at sixteen, he applied for sixth form but ultimately his behavioural record wasn't something they wanted.

Seeing no other option, Isaac enlisted in the British Army specifically the 1st Battalion Parachute Regiment. Flying through selection and basic training, Isaac earned his maroon beret quite easily. Doing two tours in Afghanistan, senior officers noticed Isaac's skill in combat and his intelligence. When his five year contract was up at age twenty-one he was recommended for SAS selection. A tough and gruelling process, Isaac failed a few weeks into the training. Determined to make up for this, he renewed his contract with the Parachute Regiment and for the next two years, he rose to the rank of Colour Sergeant. Due to his age, a lot of pressure was put onto Isaac but he worked hard and re-tried SAS selection a year later at age twenty-four.

Passing training the second time, Isaac went on to complete numerous operations for the next three years. At age twenty-seven Isaac was recruited by the British intelligence forces to join a joint-task force between multiple European countries including Germany's GSG-9 and France's GIGN. The task force was comprised of the finest operators within police and military forces throughout Europe, headed up by an MI6 agent. This task force started Operation Red Arm in which they were to infiltrate a large terrorist organisation ad destroy it from the inside out. Having cells in the UK, Isaac was deployed to a cell in London, England. He joined the organisation with ease, an agent from GEO accompanying him.

The GEO agent in question was actually a supporter of this organisation, unbeknownst to the task force. The terrorist organisation had finally made a move by kidnapping the British Prime Minister. Having actionable intel, Isaac and his partner were given the go to quietly retake the prime minister however the GEO agent showed her true colours that day, setting Isaac up for an ambush. The emotional betrayal left him hurt but his training kicked in and with a little over fifteen confirmed kills on that day, he survived with a mere flesh wound. Many psychologists and therapists have observed him but of course have come up with nothing out of the ordinary so he was cleared for combat again. A year later he has been recruited to the UN-ICSC due to his JTF Europe operation, giving him the necessary experience in espionage and infiltration.

Personality: Quick on her feet both mentally and physically, Tactical Agent Kim has proven to be one of the most promising agents to have joined the organization except for her severe lack of self control. Kim has a record for doing risky and often dangerous actions during operations. Kim also gets easily attached to other people and tends to overreact when people she cares for gets injured or killed during operations. (Recommend mental evalution from medical staff as soon as possible to begin possible treatment and therapy)

Biography: Tactical Agent Kim lived an average life before joining the team. Kim attended college and graduated with an associates degree in emergency medicine. Kim then joined the South Korean Army and after passing both special forces selection and airborne jump school, she was then attached to the 9th Special Forces Airborne Brigade. Having done two tours in Afghanistan, Kim has experienced her fair share of death. After leaving the South Korean armed forces, Kim spent a year "doing nothing" before eventually joining the agency after she was recruited for her medical abilities and combat experience.

Motivation: Tactical Agent Kim's motives are currently unknown to agency staff other than a lackluster initial interview. To make things simple, she "just wanted to be here because she was bored". (Reference her initial interview)

She enjoys meeting new people and she isnt hard to get along with. Riku is kind and caring for those close to her and always does her best to help in any way she can.
    
    Riku falters whenever something doesnt go to plan or if something spirals out of her control. You could call her a control freak, but at the very most she just gets annoyed that she has to rethink her plan or figure out alternatives. Both of the siblings were born in a military hospital due to the sole coincidence that their mother was visiting their father at the military base in Narashino and she went into labor after a few minutes of arriving. The medical staff were quick to respond and after spending the night at the hospital, their mother took Riku and Kazuya back home in Kyoto.
    
    Both of their parents were in the military. However, because of their mother's pregnancy, she was on leave. Their mother was a senior medical officer for a different military hospital, treating the heavily wounded that were sent back to Japan from the front lines since they couldnt be treated out on the field. Their father was a part of the 1st Airbone Brigade, a paratrooper, serving as homeland defense. When their mother was off leave, Riku and Kazuya were sometimes left with a babysitter while their parents were both of working.
    
    
    
    As Riku grew older, she began to develop her own interest in the military, but wanted to stay far away from medical work or the front lines. Instead, she opted for intelligence, seeing as she found herself more fit for that than anything. When she became old enough, Riku enlisted and was sent off to basic training. After completion, she was given advanced training for her field of interest and sent to the Public Security Intelligence Agency headquarters in Chiyoda, Tokyo. She was initially assigned to the First Department Section 1, Domestic Intelligence, which focused on civilian groups of interest and internal matters. After a couple years, Riku was promoted for her work and moved to the Second Department Section 2 as a special agent. From there, Riku was constantly out in the field, travelling to different locations for various assignments.
    
    Her work with the PSIA lasted for a total of 6 years before she was told about the ICSC. They had scouted her out and offered her a job within their ranks. Excited by the new change of pace and work, Riku accepted and was transferred over to the ICSC.

    Kazuya is collected. Almost like a polar opposite to his other half, Kazuya is a lot more excitable. He excels more with quick thinking and improvising on the spot. Kazuya isnt stubborn, however. He knows when it's best to stick to the plan versus going off on his own intuition. When Kazuya is off duty, he lets his care-free side show immensely. Sometimes, its up to Riku to reel him back into reality. Like his sister, Kazuya enjoys meeting others and does whatever he can to help those close to him. Due to the nature of his previous work, he can be very protective and Kazuya is willing to go as far as to lay down his life if such a situation presented itself.
    
    Kazuya falters when he's helpless or powerless. He doesn't like it when he cant do anything to help a situation or help someone else in need. Whenever he finds himself in this position, it can leave him feeling powerless in general, a feeling he particularly hates.

However, he was more interested in being out on the field, jumping out of planes and shooting guns. At the same time as his sister, Kazuya enlisted and went off to basic training. However, his path took a different turn. When he was nearing graduation, Kazuya was offered to transfer to the National Police Agency and become a part of the Special Assault Teams. Curious, he accepted. Once all the paperwork was done, it was revealed that the NPA occasionally pull candidates from the military based on performance records.
    
    Kazuya went through advanced training before assigned to the team that was responsible for the Kyoto Prefecture, his hometown. Assigned to the entry team, he was always out on the field and the first to confront the immediate threat or danger. After a few months, he was moved up to operative status and remained in the SAT for 2 years. Once more, Kazuya was offered another job, this time in the Japanese Self-Defense Forces. They wanted him to be apart of their special forces. Kazuya agreed, promptly being transferred over. He underwent another round of advanced training, learning more military-based tactics and skills. From here, Kazuya served 4 years within the Special Forces Group.
    
    For a third time, he was contacted about a new job. This time, it was the ICSC who were reaching out to him. Coincidentally, both him and his sister were recruited on the same day. Kazuya took some time to think about this offering, but after some discussion with his sibling, he accepted the job and was moved into their military branch, serving as an operative for TACT.
    
    Motivation:
    When he discovered the ICSC's true purpose after his first operation, Kazuya was more excited than anything for his new job. He enjoys exploring the unknown and dealing with paranormal entities. Often working with militias and inexperienced underequipped militaries, Ricky enjoys combat unrestricted by rules, civilized notions of honor in combat and technological advancements. A big fan of ordnance and heavy explosives, Ricky respects armor as a sane man should but will not hesitate to take it on if put in a situation requiring it.

Biography: Growing up the son of professional soldier Frederick Donovan, Ricky Donovan learned all about the violence of the world early on. Ricky's father and unit trained Ricky to fight overseas in Eastern Africa (Somalia, Kenya, Mozambique, etc.) over the course of 7 extended conflicts leading to the near destruction of the unit and Ricky's father's death. Ricky knowing only war and a hereditary taste for violence stuck with the profession he'd been thrust into so early on. The man has been fighting for his entire adult life, teen life and much of his childhood disturbingly. Frederick Donovan may have been a good soldier and combat instructor but he was no good father. Raised in the carnage of a battle-torn land, Ricky revels in the chaos of warfare and itches for a fight much of his waking moments. After the death of his father, "Dee" took some time off for much needed R&R attempting to reconnect with family in Southern Georgia of the United States; This failed and a depressed Ricky got in touch with a recruiter for TACT.

Personality: Brash and headstrong, but knows when to fall in line and follow orders even if he strongly disagrees with them. Reckless in the face of danger and highly competitive to the point of arrogance. Quick learner, rarely repeats the same mistake twice but dwells on things and is prone to dark moods, danger of alienating himself from others. At his best, he is a great team player and will not hesitate to risk his neck to save others. Usually quiet, but can be surprisingly talkative with friends. Is disturbingly quick to turn to violence, if he thinks the means justifies the ends.

Biography: Born and raised in Glasgow, John was no stranger to misery growing up. He was mostly brought up by his grandparents, as throughout most of his childhood, his parents were in an alcohol and drug induced stupor. He grew up with four brothers and one sister, and he was the eldest. John performed well academically, particular in science and English, though his record through high school suffered because of high truancy rates, due in no small part to looking after his siblings when his parents were unable, as was so often the case. Eventually, he left school and decided to follow in the footsteps of his paternal grandfather who had served in the military in Malaysia and Oman.

He enlisted in the British Army at sixteen and served in both Iraq and Afghanistan eventually reaching the rank of corporal after six years. John decided he wanted to go where the action was so he enlisted in the Special Air Service and finished training with the rank of sergeant. He further served in Sierra Leone, Afghanistan and in the Philippines in counter-insurgency operations that also included hostage rescue and the elimination of high profile targets. Still, he was dissatisfied with what he considered an unremarkable career and his unorthodox methods were beginning to earn the ire of his superiors. However, they acknowledged that he was one of the most skilled operatives the SAS had seen since the end of the Second World War.

It was decided to hand him over to the ICSC, where his unconventional methods and record were welcome assets. The British government also wanted one of their own men on the inside and so, in 2014, John was honorably discharged.

Physical Description: Agent Rose is an adult male of European descent with light blue eyes. He has blonde hair, which is cut short, and his face is clean shaved. His height is 6'2" and his weight is 175 lbs. His fitness is slightly above the standards for most armed forces. When off duty, he trends towards wearing dark colored blazers and clothing that complements them. With a strong preference for dark and/or contrasting colors. He also demonstrates a fondness for formal clothing. When on duty he always carries a stylized ace of spades on his person, taken from a deck of cards that features intricate rose imagery. His sidearm, an M18, accompanies him at all possible times. Usually concealed when off duty. However it has never been discharged in live combat.

Personality: Agent Rose is observed to be outgoing and friendly at almost all times. He will often make attempts at humor or playful banter even while under duress in combat, and is typically reluctant to display any negative emotion. He will, however, often make use of expletives to express his displeasure when faced with something he finds aggravating. Such as failure, unexpected circumstances, or the death of an ally. The latter of which will often interrupt his usually positive attitude for varying lengths of time, marked by extended silence and a reduction of dialogue to only that which is required by the mission.

Biography: Agent Rose is the son of a retired USAF officer, and it is presumed that his passion for flying is a result of his exposure to the concept from an early age. He had an overall unremarkable academic record until his junior year of high school, at which point both his academic and extra curricular performance spiked dramatically. This is attributed to his interest in the Air Force providing motivation that he lacked throughout his early education. As a result of this he was later able to qualify for admission into the Air Force Academy.

Upon graduating from the academy and swearing into service Agent Rose, now a Lieutenant, immediately began pursuing the career path of a fighter pilot. He later graduated in the top three of his class, allowing him to then transfer to the 433rd Weapons Squadron in order to receive training in the operation of the F-22A. Following the completion of his training, Lieutenant Rose was reassigned to the 19th Fighter Squadron and began deploying around the world on a variety of sorties. While he only ever provided support for anti-insurgency operations, interspersed by the occasional combat air patrol assignment, he constantly demonstrated a high degree of competence while in the air. In less than a couple of years he was promoted to Captain, becoming a flight commander within his squadron.

While refueling off the coast of mainland Japan, having conducted an air strike in the Middle East, now Captain Rose received orders to strike another target within the Japanese border. Neither the reasons behind this command nor the nature of the target were provided, with the only additional information provided concerning JSDF radar deployments and a short time frame. After verifying the source of the command and repeatedly questioning his orders, he eventually complied, using the provided information to penetrate Japanese airspace without detection.

Upon arrival at the target location, the future agent was contacted by ICSC operatives posing as CIA, who proceeded to provide targeting data. The ICSC team had been carrying out an operation to contain [REDACTED] when an unexpected complication resulted in their assigned air support being unable to accomplish its objectives. With no other ICSC aerial assets in range, it was decided that the nearest available aircraft would be redirected under false pretenses to provide support instead. As none of the airborne JASDF aircraft in the area were equipped with air-to-ground weaponry, Captain Rose's F-22A was contacted instead as it was still carrying two bombs in its weapons bay.

Despite having exhibited signs of hesitation prior to entering Japanese airspace, Captain Rose carried out the strike with a high degree of precision. Delivering his ordinance to great effect. This support allowed the TACT operatives on sight to contain the anomaly and likely saved the lives of [REDACTED] personnel. Following this successful airstrike, Captain Rose immediately left the airspace under radio silence, navigating back the way he'd come to ensure he wasn't spotted during his exfiltration.

Upon returning to base, Captain Rose made no mention of the mission he had been redirected for. He maintained perfect secrecy without ever having been ordered to do so, accepting and confirming the cover story as to why he had returned with less ordinance than expected. After a month long evaluation of his performance and service record, it was decided to offer Captain Rose a transfer to the ICSC. Within the next week he was approached by Agent [REDACTED] about the subject.

For reasons not fully understood, now Agent Rose quickly accepted, transferring to the TACT division. Almost immediately upon his arrival it was decided to take advantage of his flight expertise by training him in aircraft more suitable to special operations. A decision made so that he could work more closely with other TACT operatives. As expected he performed well in training and has successfully conducted several operations in command of both turboprop aircraft and helicopters. However he openly maintains a strong preference for fighter jets and a mild discomfort with piloting rotary wing vehicles.

Motivation: Agent Rose claims to be motivated by a desire to fly and to further his career as a pilot. However it is doubted that this is the full truth. Observations of his behavior indicate prejudice towards anomalies that exhibit malice or disdain towards humanity, dislike for anti-human rhetoric, and an overall positive outlook towards humanity in aggregate. He is very optimistic about humanity's future, and holds human civilization in high regard.

Biography: Abdul-Rasheed was born in Syria in March of 1992, he was drawn into the civil war in 2011. In November of 2012 his unit encountered a ghul. During the conflict against the demon, three of his comrades were killed, and he himself was in critical condition from a gash inflicted on his neck. By a (metaphorical) miracle he survived, and it was thus he took to combating monsters--at any available opportunity at first, his primary enemy al-Assad, a year later his efforts came to the attention of the UN-ICSC, and he was recruited into the organisation. His time fighting in Syria have made him a militant pacifist, willing to fight for peace against the mundane and supernatural alike.

Motivation: World peace; Abdul fights for it by literally fighting it's opponents--once mundane, now paranormal.

Biography: Once a student at Glasgow University and then a lecturer at it, Lockerbie experienced something of a midlife crisis upon a resurgence of interest in a childhood fascination of his; the paranormal. He was picked up by the ICSC back in 2005 as an Assistant Researcher. Since then he has been promoted to Senior Researcher, and been involved with a great number of cases.

Motivation: Protecting the world. Someone has got to do it, and he has as valid a reason as any; he lives on it.

In reality, Konrad plays an investment game where he builds up relationships with minor sacrifices while waiting for the perfect time to call in the favors and return his investments tenfold.
Biography: Fitting for a man whose life was his work, Konrad developed almost no personal life and, aside from studying ancient cultures, worked only on his web of influence. Most of Konrad's lifelong career involved maintaining minor political positions while propelling his close associates higher and higher up the ladder, seemingly supporting their climb out of a selfless desire to help. Eventually, however, he started demanding a return of favors and successfully landed on the position of Federal Minister for Special Affairs. His plans to become chancellor were scrapped, however, as he not only used his extensive connections to support the UN-ICSC but also position himself firmly as an administrative section chief.
Motivation: The one with all the information has all the power in the world. For Konrad, that means aiming for the highest position in the UN-ICSC - the position of director.

However, a chance meeting at a career day led to Rachel applying to join the CIA rather than the Police. After an exhaustive recruitment process, Rachel took up the role of Intelligence Officer in Langley before being posted overseas.

Diligent, capable and hard working, Rachel's stock rose quickly within the Agency. Her personal life matched her career trajectory. By the time she was twenty three, Rachel had married Max, a city broker, and welcomed her son, Finlay, into the world. As the years passed, Rachel continued to prove herself as an extremely competent agent both in the field and out. Her home life had began to suffer though as she and Max drifted apart. As Finlay grew older, Rachel wanted a change and a new challenge. She transferred over to the ICSC five years ago. Her amicable divorce followed eight months later.

With this set of skills, Wyatt is less an intelligence gatherer and more an insurance policy for other PITs he’s partnered with in the field.

Biography: Born in Fort Lauderdale Florida, Wyatt spent his youth skipping class and prowling Hollywood Beach. With any prospects of a future civilian career wasted, he enlisted and spent 10 years in the Army Infantry. He would rise to become a sergeant before applying for Ranger School. Passing by the skin of his teeth, Wyatt then went on to spend 5 more years within various ETT in the middle east before finally being found by the foundation.
