When shifted, can they speak or only make the sounds of their animal? (A cat purring, a dog barking, etc)


Can they communicate with actual animals? Not having a full on conversation but more body language.

How long does it take to shift? Is it instantaneous, or does it take a few seconds?

It's a literal shift, not a quick *poof*, but it takes about .5 of a second. So not that long at all, really.

So our characters can have multiple souls, I'm thinking of my character being a trained hitman with like three combat based animals? Just making sure that's fine..
