Also, I firmly believe it would be much easier to communicate through Discord. I'm not sure what the policy on RPN is now for having a supplementary off-site OOC, but I recommend making a server anyways.

Honestly for this RP I prefer RPNation, since I get to play with more effects, people usually put more work into posts on a RPNation RP, give more for others to play with, and honestly a bit slower pace so everyone can keep and care for each other's posts. However, if there is an out cry for a change, a change can be done. I would ask we use RPNation for an "arc" and see how we feel after the first scenario resolves.

I'd like to keep the roleplaying exclusively on RPN, for those same reasons, while having a discord server for communicating outside of the roleplay more easily.

PlusUltra It wouldn't be unknown apartment, it would be the same ones as Az and Tetsuya. I would prefer something like From your Middle Apartment to the lower apartment, and since Bubble didn't specify is apartment location on floor, I'll allow you yo pick that.

So Essentially like (Left Middle Apartment to Left Bottom Apartment) is fine.
Also am I seeing things or did you change your post, it is fine if you did just curious

From the description you gave, i thought it was the room we were in when we went to sleep was the one we woke up in, just it was now located in the appartment complex. So was going somehow its been compressed to fit that much smaller space. (Given she previously lived in a very large new york apartment with parents.)

No wouldn't take one floor. only one room. The placement rooms are going to be important for this scenario.

I'll tell you for now the rooms are "bizarre", on the outside will look like regular size rooms. Inside they can be varying sizes.

He is faster at attacking, so he does shoot. You still have the opportunity to take him by the neck though and can do so now.

It wasnt about speed, since she acted before he did, if we are going by those rules wouldnt it be a Anticipate? Her trigger was him thinking about doing it, not him actually doing it

She does have to be faster to execute on her reaction in that fashion. He does have above A rank speed, I also assumed you were having her hand not the Stand's hand around his neck.

-She was using her hand, so she gets her own human speed.
-She I would count this as Attack. And there is a clause that explains that the other person in the fight must be faster as a reasonable factor. Another reasonable factor would be that her attack is waiting for a response. In fairness, the current Simple System only takes in account two people attacking each other, I should update clarificaitons for when people pop in- that is fair.
-due to how Tetsuya's stand is used, you can see his thoughts are erratic and flooded, if you say your stand allows you to parse through information, that is fair and will be noted. However, speed is the factor in registering and executing on your attack waiting for a "trigger" the trigger being the thought he shoots. You can have her register the thought, however executing faster, will not be possible.

For more open on stats. I will say Tetsuya is the fastest of the Three Men. The other two will match A speed, so such technique that you just tried to employ, I would say would work for them if Tetsuya was switched for one of them in this situation.

I would also clarify, it isn't from a Stand. You may hit his head, his neck, any part you wanted. And may continue to interact qith azure. I will assure you for at least two posts, as long as you note hindering him in some way. He will not bother you. How long he stays like that, depends on what you try to do now you have an opportunity.

I also hope you didn't think I looked over this. I do see that trend on communication on Discord as the OOC. I personally luke warm on switching back and forth, for OOC only, but I'll take it up to a vote Once we have around 4 or 5 consistent poster- I think once we get a clear of view of the most active, their votes would count the most in my view.
