Burrito, I'd recommend editing the Roleplay's Collab Menu so that people can access the OOC, the IC, and the Rules or whatnot from anywhere on the Hosted Project. It's under RP Management on the RP's Homepage

Alright, at the main page for the RP, you can go to Roleplay Management, and one of the options will be to Edit Collab Menu. That's the drop-down menu at the top titled "Roleplay Menu." What you'll do is copy the link for each page you want to add to that drop-down (for example, go to the first page of the OOC and copy the OOC's link), then you will click 'Create New' or whatever it says when you're editing the collab menu. Then you can title the new selection We Failed - OOC and paste the link where it tells you. You can also change the symbol for the new selection. Look at mine to see what I did:
