Thanks for the invite Shadow, really looking forward to this! I did have a couple quick questions, I was planning on making a Recon/Marksman, saw we already had a couple, wanted to make sure it's ok there's another


Also where are the rules for Psionic abilities? I've been looking through but feel I may have missed it  :smile4:

Shadow was kind enough to let us have pretty versatile use of abilities and equipment just try and keep psionic abilities in the realm of not OP, leave room for development and I would imagine mind control type of abilities would be out of the question :P

Excellent, thanks for the reply! Should have my CC up within the hour hopefully! And ha, the only use for mind control I see is messing with others. Hmmmm.... xD

Yeah it wouldnt work on the Qin. Thats mainly why. But as Harley said. Creative freedom is given to the players here. If anything, you can take inspiration from some other characters to help you gauge it. I tend to be quite flexible and have actually told quite a few players to make their characters STRONGER. Which is apparently a rarity lmao.


But yes, you can make a recon soldier but I do like variety. Everyone could be a recon soldier for all I care but every single one needs to be a ways different from one another. I hope that makes sense.

Totally does, thanks Shadow! Last question I have right now is will my character be in a squad with another rp'r or leading his own?

I have yet to decide. But I think according to how the IC speed goes, you might still be able to join Gamma squad

So since our characters are bascially heroes, could I have it that my guy fought against an insurgent death cult who began worshiping the Qin? Kinda out of left field I know, but I'm not sure how else my guy would have gained any true renown besides training?

Nice, thank you good sir, jsut couldn't think of any way for my guy to get some status unless there were other wars right before this which since the world is unified seems unlikely :P

I still can't believe you made me a squad leader @shadowz1995 XD. Putting the doctor in charge is so funny to me.

Can the doctor see anything at this point? He's got his helmet so he can pick up heat signatures and what not, so he should be able to see past the smoke screen.


Do you have anything specific for what we're facing, or should I just go all fucking out lmao?

If you have infrared as well that would be really useful.
