He’s certainly trying to be a good kid. But also its not super hard to figure out that the kid who avoids people and barely talks prefers to not be near a bunch of people lol

Also I don’t think Asher is going to address it right away but he is totally gonna come back to Jack saying his days of playing hockey are over. Asher obviously cant force Jack into playing hockey again but he certainly isn’t going to let Jack just give up on his dream cause he doesn’t want to meet new people. He will definitely be working to encourage jack to join the team somehow
