Yeah that still hardly makes sense, and barely fits with the overall theme of the RP.

And why is that? I read the entire lore, and I did not see anything against it. However if there is something wrong with it and the role is not accepted it is not a big deal. We will just have to wait and see

It just kinda stands out blatantly in the overall setting of the school. It's obviously a high school type RP, and he's listed as a freshmen, but he's also eight years old and it's wack

So, what Greek Goddess is he the son of? There isn't an electricity goddess in Greek Mythology. The only one is Zeus.

I prefer the way the character is now for the personality type I am going for is typically only found in a child, however if I 100% must do it I will change the characters agr and personality a bit and keep the background mostly the same

I am aware... I am going for an exact angle here and I was thinking of like a spin-off where it was the daughter of zeus or something. I mean technically I am changing mythology to a degree but it would also fill in a much needed time void (even if god’s are immortal something has to happen in a time period like that)

If you change Greek Mythology, then you need to work something out with the characters that have Greek characters because it wouldn’t exactly be fair. And you’re changing a huge part of culture and mythology.. and you already established that he was the son of the goddess of electricity..

You make a fair point. I will switch the father and mother roles and then Zues will be his father. At this point in time I fine it the best course of action.

Well for the most part the problem is now solved. However I would like to know if I could have an 8 year old character that is at the school based off of a prodigy role type of thing. If this is 100% not possible I can change, but I believe it may add a few interesting aspects to the rp.

Yes, you may. After all, I have a 40+ yr old merdude attending as well; in a supernatural rp, age is just a number.

Beebasaur Emmi I've been a bit inactive recently, but it's because of my busy schedule with school starting soon. Things should smooth out once everything settles into place.

I might just drop the RP, apologies in advance. I understand having characters who are older go to the school because they're all mentally acting the same age, or that's how it works for their species, but I'm not really comfortable RPing with a child in an RP like this, especially with my character. I'm also personally not a big fan of the prodigy archetype, but that really boils down to personal preference. Good luck with the RP!
