His darling daughter always managed to get herself into trouble. Notably, the main reason she ended up going to Aegis after-school programs. Their Izzy got her first taste of what could be beyond her sheltered life. The dazzling danger, secrecy, and aloofness of being a Commonwealth Agent became her idol. Much to her father's dismay, he cautiously encouraged her to pursue her dreams. At eighteen, Izzy landed an internship with a low-level records warehouse. Then finally, six months ago, she got promoted to a paid position. She is officially a Commonwealth Agent, well, they call it assistant administration around the office. But with a little hard work and undercutting the competition, she will be an active agent with an AK-12 in no time!

Like cats, she has seven cervical vertebrae, thirteen thoracic vertebrae, seven lumbar vertebrae, and three sacral vertebrae. Her tail consists of twenty-three caudal vertebrae. The extra lumbar and thoracic vertebrae make up her mobility and flexibility. These physical traits also extend to her physical appearance. Directional ears made up of thirty-two muscles set high on the sides of her head. These large fur-coated ears typically rotate back when frightened, scared, or angry.

  • TOO LOUD: With the power of her eyes, Izzy can see in the dark. However, this leaves her eyes very sensitive to bright lights. Also, the heightened sight cuts down significantly on any peripheral sight. The same goes for her ears and hearing as well. With such sensitive and acute senses, they can be easily overwhelmed.
  • WARNING FRAGILE Light skeleton, slender tail, heightened senses. Izzy can be easily overpowered or injured. Izzy's strength comes from dodging hits, not taking them.

btw I did the timezone math and relative to the first thread, it's currently 5:30pm in Baltimore. Given that Oliver fled the scene of a car crash outside the office at 5:30am, it's safe to say that Polymer and other agents and officers have spent most of their day cleaning up shit on the street.

She also adores cooking for others and has been known to push pots full of soup into sick people before. The first person in line by your hospital door, always.

Cecilia is very sure of who she is, what she considers right or wrong and what she wants to do. In a way, it can be a bit difficult to get new ideas inside her mind, but on the other hand, full dedication, consideration and effort can be expected from her actions. Perhaps save those moral arguments to yourself, because this Italian young lady will not be budging one bit... Or I guess you can still try, if the waste of time won't be bothersome.

Just like the winds under her control, Cecilia is characterized by both the greatest highs and destructive lows. Reliable to a fault, Cecilia tends to jump into situations first and think about them later, specially when it comes to heroics... It has mostly likely been called a 'martyr complex' or something before, but Cecilia doesn't think it's really that much. Honestly, it's better to act than to let anyone else get hurt, right?! So if she can act- It seems that getting over her fears has left her with this, near invicibility kind of feeling...?

Biography

History
A farm girl from Molise, Cecilia moved to New York with her grandmother by age 10, their beloved farm no longer able to produce enough to maintain the pair. The adaptation was difficult, even more when her inability to deal with technology and truncated accent were constantly been made fun of, making what was already a cultural and general shock into a disgraceful, grinding experience altogether. One day Cecilia had enough and with the bullies now targeting her family and heritage with their mockery, she had decided that it was time for a very overdue serious conversation! Couple her bottled-up fury and indignation with typical Italian hand maneirisms, and well, those bullies had gone for a short unscheduled flght that day.

In the next morning, a pair of Commonwealth agents had been parked by her door and that's how Cecilia ended up both moving to Baltimore and signing up for training at AEGIS. What at first seemed to have come as blessing, soon turned out to be more complicated when the Knights of Raguel riled the anti-super sentiment back up. Then exploded said school during the final exam... Her parents were there that day too!! It should be of no surprise that after all of that Cecilia was more than ever determined to help put a stop to this toonfoolery. It should be fine just as long as people remember to give her a map to places. And then the floorplan of those buildings... just in case!

Superpowers

Air Manipulation
The ability to bend air at will. Cecilia can shape and utilize the air around her to make breezes, wind gusts, mistrals, hurricanes and even attack an opponent using air. She can also involve herself and/or people around her in a wind sphere or make an air wall for protection against physical attacks. It also allows Cecilia to sense air current fluctuations and use them to predict her enemies attacks when she really concentrates.

Aero-kinetic Immunity: Immunity to air. Cecilia can't be harmed by any physical air attacks and any effects of them. She could pretty much walk inside a hurricane and not get pulled away by it (debris still hurt though). Her day-by-day clothing is another completely different story...

Air-Current Sensing: Works akin to a sonar does, but it's entirely wind based. When deeply into concentration, allowing her surroundings to fade in the background and into a state past her innate immunity, Cecilia is capable of sensing fluctuations in the wind allowing her to predict people's locations and incoming attacks.

Limitations

Pass-through:
While wind can indeed protect her from physical attacks and mechanical waves like sound, Cecilia is completely powerless against light attacks or any other Electromagnetic waves, because they don't need matter to propagate and thus don't depend on the air currents. Thus, their trajectories cannot be affected by wind and they can go through her defences effortlessly.

Fading Point: Cecilia can't keep her manipulation on a range larger than 10 meters from herself, or from the origin point of the action (normally a targeted ally or enemy). This means she can't protect an ally that's too far and all her attacks (including the massive hurricanes!) will wear off and disappear once out of range.

Mental and Physical Strain: The larger the attack, the more strain she will suffer in both body and mind. Cecilia can make lots of little wind gust and physical air attacks but hurricanes, whirlwinds and even mistrals will wear her off. It is possible to do only two or three of these (one for a hurricane) before collapsing of exhaustion. Forcing her body further may result in organ harm.

Rapid Movement Changes: Since the act of sensing an air current to predict attacks takes quite an amount of concentration, if the object or foe changes direction too quickly when really close to Cecilia (or an ally), there is no way she can counter the attack by herself.

Void Spaces: Cecilia can only bend air but not create it. Because of that and due to the lack of matter in void, her powers are completely useless when confronted with Void or Space. She is also not Oxygen-independent, so she cannot breathe on the vacuum and will collapse.

Cooking:
Growing up with her grandmother in the farm, Cecilia picked up Fiorenza's love for cooking since little. She has a cooking book filled with Italian recipes for cookies, cakes, soups, pasta, desserts, etc and has been filling it up with some more American recipes too like cool milkshakes, different types of pizza she didn't know and much more. She's also a follower of her grandmother's 'All food should be cooked/created with love and care' philosophy.

Domestic Chores: Although she had knowledge of some simple things, like washing dishes already, ever since Cecilia has moved to Baltimore and started really living by herself, she has been learning how to do all the tasks. On top of the more simple things, she has been doing her own laundry, taking dust out of everything periodically and even mopping the entire apartment's floor once in a while.

Early Morning Person: When you live in a farm, you're expected to go to bed around 6 PM to wake up around 5 AM the next day. Even now, thought she has learned to go to bed a bit later, Cecilia systematically wakes up 6 AM, fully charged and ready to start the day. While others may still be yawning and a little bit cranky due to waking up so early, the little Italian is already greeting everyone energetically and making plans for the day.

Beloved players, I have no sense of time, and only realized now that Halloween is in like, less than two weeks. That's not enough time for me to do a forum event, however, I will be setting up an in-character roleplay event on our Discord server.

Hmm.

Actually, yes. Matron did host guests somewhat often in order to flash wealth, so genuinely, the villa is a proper hotel-esque experience, especially considering the beach episode years ago where y'all had guest houses with bunk beds.

Hilariously, perfect normal human staff will be nervously asking all the agents to sign in at the front desk.

You likely won't know about the extent of the place until Adrian sees fit to report back.
