  Personality: Mukade is a Very Moral man, He follows a strict code that include rules like "Not killing or harming civilians" and "Only fight those who are seemed as an absolute threat". He also appears to maintain himself calm no matter what. He seems to be In great terms with his crew and the world government, receiving things like pranks or jokes directed at him with a smile and laughs. As long as it doesn't break his moral code, he will obey the government, but he is not afraid to turn a blind eye if he sees it as the right thing to do.
  
  
  Background: Very little is known about Mukade's past before becoming a pirate, he Himself refuses to tell anyone about it, mostly because, according to him, he must focus on the present. Some of his feats include Exploding an Island, Clashing with an Marine admiral not only surviving but dealing and sustaining amazing damage and Uncovering a certain secret that, according to him would turn the world upside down. Recently appointed as a Shichibukai, he was already famous, but his eyes are now turned to a bigger threat to his peaceful way of life.

  Atsu Atsu no Mi/Heat Heat Fruit: He ate it, making himself a Heat Human. He can liberate Incredible amounts of heat, Enough to turn rocks into molten lava. He can sustain incredible amounts of heat and if heating up enough can turn sleeping volcanoes active again(Giving his epihet.) The heat he naturally emmanates also impedes snow in places he's in, for example his headquarters Island is a Winter Isle, but only sees snow when he's not around.
  
  
  Tactical Wit: He's able to stay calm in even the most dire situations, being able to think up plans and tactics in order to defeat his opponents.

D'awwwww...well since Toto ain't getting much action in this arc, I wanted to make a guy who would interact with @National and @Peaceswore 's yonkos... @pbtenchi

(Pie)rsonality: Wolfgang is a irritable guy who likes to talk and speak about his opinions. He tends to get to deep into things, and is known for putting threats out to anyone who makes him mad. He is not above dirty tricks, and will always aim to kill on the sea.

Devil fruit/skill:

Enka Enka no mi / Mist Mist Fruit - Wolfgang constantly produces a thin light blue fog from his pores, which replace his sweat. He can manipulate the mist in a area of up to three miles, and can sense whatever is in the mist. He can only not produce it when he is calm, but otherwise he constantly produces a thin veil around himself, or a extremely thick fog blanket. This gives him the rather odd ability to add elements to his fog by drinking a liquid, and then until he drinks something else the liquid will be added to the mist. He can change the color of the mist, and can shape the mist, but it can't actually hurt a person directly.


Swordplay: Wolfgang is a agile swordsman, but much more known for his ferocity. He fights like a actual wolf, using strength and speed to overwhelm a foe, and can defend himself just as well. He has no haki powers or Power of Destruction yet, but he may be able to earn them on the sea.


Black Smith: Taught to him by his Father, Wolfgang forged weapons and armor for the military, but isn't great at finding materials. If he has the items in front of him with the tools, he can create highly ornate pieces of armor, yet takes him tons of attempts. He can craft pretty much any type of armor within a week, but only in his design or else it will come out ugly at worst, and sub par at best.

Background: Wolfgang was born to a Marine family and grew up in that life style for most of his life. His father was determined to stop the pirates, and as such forced Wolfgang to assist him on the waters at a young age. Wolfgang up until the age of 16 was a Marine, until he cracked under the pressure during a escort mission and stole one of the Devil Fruit they were carrying off. He gained the powers of mist, and set the sails ablaze before escaping into the waters via raft boat. He trained his skills over the years at Loguetown, and now is a work-for-hire for any pirate, hoping to one day find a loyal crew to be a part of.

Just as a reply, with Personality I changed it to PIEsonality, but I bolded it just to be fair and easier to spot this time. I edited the fruit to one that wasn't taken, and hopefully it works this time!

Im not a big fan of non-canon devil fruits, this one overlaps with the clone-clone fruit and devil fruit copying is OP. And I see no evidence of rule reading.
