I'm done working on my Cat-Cat Fruit, Model: Tiger OC. For feedback sake I've poster her character sheet here. I personally would like the fighting style to be looked over. I don't feel like it's OP, but I may have overlooked somethings. Personally I feel like her fighting style is more in-depth and thought out than Tora's.
Name: Rin Masatora
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Physical Description:
Rin stands at 5'11" and weights 159 lbs. She has a muscle toned, medium frame and has a decent sized bust. Rin has lightly tan, Caucasian skin, black hair that's usually tied back in a braided pony tail reaching down to the middle of her back, and amber eyes. She typically wears a dark purple Kung Fu qipao top with a small gold 虎 (tiger kanji) on the right breast and a gold tiger outline on the back, black pants, black Kung Fu shoes, and sports tape wrapped around her forearms and hands like fingerless gloves.
In her hybrid form she looks like a muscular, humanoid tiger with orange fur and stands at 6'6." After using Life Return in her hybrid form, her muscles shrink and compress, making her muscles more human sized. She also looks slightly more human and stands at 6 feet tall.

Personality:
A stoic and iron jawed warrior, Rin Masatora is a very serious and direct person. Deep down Rin has a burning, tiger-like range and has had this anger streak even before eating the Cat-Cat Fruit, Model: Tiger. Enhanced by the carnivorous Zoan fruit she ate, Rin feels a strong bloodlust when she lets her anger get out of control. To counter this she keeps her emotions in check by maintaining a quiet solemnity rather than outwardly express her emotions. Instead of asking others to help keep the raging beast deep down inside her in check, she tries to keep things under control through meditation and Tai Chi.
Rin tries to be a honorable warrior. She doesn't like striking from behind unless she has to in order to save a life. Rin also tries to hold some of her power back when dealing with weaker opponents or the innocent who happen to be in their way due to a misunderstanding. Beneath her serious nature lies a woman with a good heart and a strong sense of justice. Occasionally she shows her more lighthearted side to her crewmates, relieving the warm hearted woman underneath the intimidating, emotionless mask.
Biography:
Rin grew up on Little Dragon, a small island in the East Blue and home to the Chi Kung Fu fighting style. Her mother Aimi Masatora died shortly after giving birth to Rin, leaving her in the care of her trader father Don'yoku. Don'yuku didn't want to bring his newborn daughter on his voyages because she would distract him from making money on his voyages, so he left her at an orphanage run by monks. Rin grew up into her teenage years without knowing her parents and only learned about them through what the monks and villagers knew. She learned about how her father was a greedy man and her mother only married him because their marriage had been arranged.
Rin started to resent her father even though she never met him. Under the guidance of the monks she had all of her needs taken care of and was taught how to read, write, and use Chi Kung Fu. When she was 13 her father returned to Little Dragon with the loot he gained from trading over the years. One such item was a Devil Fruit. Instead of eating it himself he offered it to Rin so he could have more prestige in his family. Rin ate the fruit and the two of them discovered that the Devil Fruit was the Cat-Cat Fruit, Model Tiger.
One night her father approached Rin and asked her to join her crew. Seeing her father's true colors for herself, Rin refused. The two of them started to argue and her father tried using the Devil Fruit he let Rin eat as leverage. Rin's temper started to flash. Rin chanced into her tiger hybrid form and killed her father. After realizing what she did she retreated to the monastery. Don'yoku's crew arrived at the monastery seeking revenge, but the monks chased them away and made sure that they set sail. Returning to Rin's side, the monks started to teach her to control her anger through meditation and continued her Chi Kung Fu training.
After more years of training, Rin became a strong Chi Kung Fu user. Now at the age of 19, Rin grew tired of living at Little Dragon and left he monastery. Rin left Little Dragon with the monks' blessings. Searching for adventure in the Pirate Era, Rin joined a pirate's crew and has been sailing with them for the past month as their martial artist fighter.
Devil Fruit Power: Cat-Cat Fruit, Model: Tiger - a Carnivorous Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows its user to transform into a tiger hybrid and a full tiger at will, making the user a Tiger Human.
Fighting Style: Despite being trained how to use a sword, Rin prefers to fight with her fists. Agile and acrobatic, Rin utilizes Chi Kung Fu to make her body into a weapon. She can transfer her Chi energy into a specific body part to make her strikes harder or block attacks using a layer of Chi on top of her skin. She can also shoot her Chi for medium ranged attacks and use Chi energy to make her attacks more sword-like.
Rin has a bit of a healing touch through Chi Healing, closing up wounds so that a doctor has less work to do. The downside of Chi Kung Fu is that Rin has limited Chi and once she's out she become unconscious. When she's low on Chi, Rin can use Chi Meditation to regain Chi energy, but she must remain focused on meditation in this state and can't attack.
To make her body even more of a weapon, Rin can transform into one of her tiger forms giving her claws, animal senses, and the power of a tiger. She's at her strongest in her hybrid form. Through Life Return, a technique allowing Rin to control her bodily functions, she can shrink herself down to a more human size and sacrifices some power in exchange for speed. When dealing with an elusive opponent, Rin can use Tiger Meditation in her tiger forms to use her animal senses to figure out where the next attack will come from.
