History:


Serena was very sickly and died from a heart attack, right after she "died" her body was subjected to various tests and they found interesting results creating shard. She taken off the streets and experimented on, which is one of the reasons she can't fully control the tiger.

My only issue with super human speed is I'd like it to at least be realistically possible for a character to deflect some of his attacks- Does that make sense? So, as long as that's possible you're accepted and may begin!

Yes, it is very possible for a character to hit him. After all, he is only as fast as the fastest car in the world; which is very possible for anyone to hit.
