I wanted to know whether there was a certain system people had to go by to kidnap someone or whether it was just "fuck it all, I'll just shove her/him in the trunk."

Sweet. For kidnapping, I mean... that's really up to the people how they want to kidnap but I do suggest a three-step system.


Step 1: Make the presence known, so interact with the target.


Step 2: Go for the attack but leave enough for the other party to respond to where they can fight back etc.


Step 3: Capture and bring them home.

My only problem with your character is the age in which she "joined" the mafia. Yes, the Santorini and Capello are extremely cruel, but they would never allow children to do their work (La Croce di'Oro would, however). The bare minimum would have to be late teens and that's with a lot of harsh training. Example being my character Cristiano. He underwent years of training before being allowed to actually participate in jobs/missions, and though I didn't state that clearly it can be interpreted.

@Raphael Okay I can switch when she started working for the Capello to around high school. So that it was just her and her oldest brother bring in money while the other two siblings were out of the house and off to college. If that's okay?

That will work. Just remember that since she was a teen when she started, she had to do a lot of training before they actually let her perform dangerous jobs and trades, etc. So if she did jobs as a teenager, they couldn't have been major ones. Spying and monitoring would be more of what they'd let her do.
