  • PRT: Scarlett is a Ward, working for the PRT. She has only been employed for a little over two months, so some may question her loyalties because of her past and the way she acts.
  • Belladonna Tempest: Her mother, a well known minor villain who was recently arrested by the PRT after gaining popularity, Scarlett is not proud. With her arrest, secret experimentation and other childern were discovered, Belladonna's previous attempts at an heir to her metaphorical throne. While, she would like to cut ties with her mother, Scarlett is unable to bring herself to do it.
  • Waybridge Private Academy: Enrolled at the beginning of the school year on behalf of her mother, the only decent thing the woman has done for her, Scarlett is a quiet student with decent grades and not much of a social standing. There have been a few incidents with her behavior that could cause problems, but other than that, she gose to school and does what she's told because she knows how important it is.
  • Dr. Wesley Kidman: A man trusted by the PRT, he's the overseer of five teens with criminal backgrounds who are trying to better their lives. Not all of them are Wards, and not all of them are happy to be there, but Scarlett doesn't mind.
Personality:
A young girl who was broken at an even younger age, there's not much to Scarlett's personality. She's angry, she's violent, and she's extremely intelligent. She's only recently been exposed to a world where she doesn't have to put on the mask of an emotionless weapon, desensitized to almost everything. She's trying to find herself, again, but it's hard. Who knows if she'll actually be able to do it.
Backstory:
Scarlett was born into a family as the youngest child of four. Her mother, a ruthless woman with only one goal, wanted the perfect child who was born with ability she was blessed with decoupling over the past few years. Her other childern were failures, even with experimentation and stress induced panics, they were discarded when the ability finally began to show itself in Scarlett when she was only five. After that, began the training. Starting with controlling her powers, they moved on to applying it in combat when she was 7, and training her to fight at 9, in a mix of the different martial arts and freestyle fighting her mother knew, and the skills with melee weapons, Scarlett was being groomed for combat. Among the combat training, came stealth and a very brief time with espionage.


At 13, she escorted her first convoy under her mothers instruction. The convoy was intercepted by PRT officers, and a fire fight ensued. Scarlett and her mother's men were victorious, and it was first of many battles that she would win. Up until the raid of her mother's penthouse. Three years, and Scarlett had gotten quiet the reputation with the PRT, and the local gangs. She wasn't a woman you would want to piss off, but you're lucky that she doesn't kill veru often. There had only been maybe two deaths by her hands, technically, they were both accidentally. Anyway, with the raid ended with over fifty arrests, Belladonna and Scarlett Tempest among them. Her mother, and most of henchmen were put away immediately. Some were released on bail or under surveillance for having either no criminal record, or cutting a deal. And some were interrogated. Among them, was Scarlertt. She fought, wouldn't speak, and when she did it was threanting to bite out her own tounge. So, they brought in the big guns.

Howard Kamen, their leader or whatever, sat with her for a while before he started asking her questions. She opened up a little, mostly about her mother threanting her and her siblings loves if she didn't do as she wanted, basically a big "I didn't have a choice douchebag." After looking over her record, and listening a little more, he decided to take out on her. Something she hears isn't a common occurrence. She wouldn't have to rot in jail, she'd get a new home, a paycheck, and e able to continue going to school. She just had to be become a Ward. It's wasn't like she had much of a choice. So, for the past two months, she's been shown the ropes of "hero" work, and this or that. It was a change she wasn't ready for, and she's still adjusting, but she's doing her best.

She doesn't want to just be a weapon.

PHYSICAL
Appearance:
Standing at 5'6", weighing about 145 pounds, Scarlett is a young woman with a neat hourglass figure, short black hair, and an odd aura about her. She's not a typical teenage girl, in the sense she has a toned body, and multiple scars from years of intense training.
Gadgets & Equipment:

  • Standard 9mm Pistol: The only gun she's allowed to use as of now, and the only one the PRT has issued to her, not for personalise and she is only allowed to take it home because there have been threats made against her life. The PRT is giving her basic firearms training to help improve on the basic skills she already had.
  • Collapsible Baton
  • 5 Inch Combat Knife
  • Battle Outfit: A solid black outfit consisting of a black crewneck t-shirt, a lightweight utility belt, skin tight pants, and leather boots. Normally she wears a lightweight PRT vest, and her utility belt has the PRT symbol on it.
  • Training Outfit: Pictured above, it's another nearly all black outfit with some armor. She used this when training was forced by her mother, and also use to wear this when doing work for her mother.
Items & Personal Belongings:
  • Phone: Used for both work and her personal life, since she really doesn't have many contacts outside of work, and neither life really ever overlaps with each other.
  • Silver Chain Bracelet: A gift from the woman who used to babysit her a child. She was the one who taught her how to play the guitar and the piano.
  • Brass Ring: She lifted this off her sister at some point, through she doesn't remember when.
  • Bandaids: She always has at least two bandaids on her, sometimes even an entire box. And it's for the soul purpose of just incase someone needs one.
  • Secret Snacks: She always has a snack with her, as it helps her with the after battle anemia because it can make her nauseous.
  • Cash: Her mother, while she's not dead, made it clear that her assets would be given to Scarlett. So she has a bit of money to spare, giving her the ability to always have some cash her.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Basic Firearm Training: She doesn't typically use guns, but she knows how to. And thanks to the PRT, shes getting better.
  • Hand To Hand Combat: Truthfully, she's unsure of what form of martial arts or freestyle she's been trained, all she knows is that she knows how to fight. And she's fairly good. Of course, She can still be beaten, but so can anyone.
  • Melee Weapon Combat: She was also trained how to use blades and is skilled with a baton.
  • Stealth: She can blend into a crowd and sneak around a battlefield or just kinda sneak around anywhere because she's been taught how to.
  • Desensitized: Interrogation tactics, violence and gore, pain; Scarlett is hardly effected by them. Some stuff still gets to her, but there's not much that will.
  • Nearly Peak Human Condition: The training her mother exposed her to for years has toughened her body and tuned it for combat. While she's not quiet at peak human condition, but she isn't far off.
  • Musically Talented: She's able to play the guitar, and the piano, as well as being gifted with a decent singing voice.
  • Baking: The last person who found out she could bake was punched in the throat. So, while she's a great baker, She refused to let anyone at work know. Dr.Kidman often has wonderful treats. He will not however tell you where he got them.
Powers:
Scarlett can shape and manipulate blood of oneself, others or from their surroundings, whether it be from blood-banks, hospitals, or battlefields. Manipulation of blood includes the ability to harden it, and shape it in whatever way she wants. She can even make the blood inside of something or someone expand rapidly causing it to essentially explode. While her powers are activated, the larger veins in her hands and forearms glow red, as well as her eyes. She has also sworn not to use her powers on another person, unless they allow her to (manipulating blood, and she refuses to make blood explode inside someone). Also, her red blood cells are constantly regenerating, giving her a low grade healing effect for minor wounds.
Weaknesses:

  • After Battle Anemia: After a battle, Scarlett suffers from anemia. It can range from mild to severe, but regardless of which kind it is, it will leave her in a weakened in exposed state. She can combat this by using blood that is not her own, but she hardly ever does.
  • Long Battles: After Battle Anemia can actually effect her when battle drag on for an extended time. Most battles are fine, but Scarlett prefers to finish things as quickly as possible. The longer a battle drags on past her limit, she gets sluggish and her attacks are a fraction of what they could be. This makes Scarlett fight dirty and desperate, forcing her into a corner and to do things that she normally trys to avoid.
  • Self Doubt: Scarlett, no matter how hard she tries to get past it, will always doubt herself. Not her skills, because she knows what she was made to do, and she knows she could, but she doubts that she can actually pull away from her family ties. Her siblings, her mother, the empire she was building from the ground up...Scarlett was made for one purpose, and one purpose only. And if someone gets the words right, it could absolutly destroy her.

Personality: On the outside, Vasilissa is calm, cool, and collected, on the inside she is analyzing and observing everyone and everything around her. She is a perfectionist because of the way she was raised and is very selfless, always putting others before herself. When provoked, she has quite the temper and is stubborn.

Backstory: Vasilissa was born into the Russian Mob and was taught their ways at a very early age. Her father, a leader of the Solntsevskaya Bratva, and her mother being the daughter of a CEO and member of the elite, her parents are some of the most powerful people in Waybridge. She only really sees her parents if they bring her to events to make public appearances. Though her parents were rarely around, they hired people to raise and educate her. If she messed up on school work, training, or in any areas of life, she was severely punished. Vasilissa was not only educated school-wise, but was also educated in combat and weaponry. When she began to develop powers, she attempted to hide them from her parents, knowing she would be used to for their gain. When she was around 15, they found to use in her powers, making her an assassin. She always retaliates, but she ends up hurt and doing the job. Vasilissa works to find a way out of the life she's forced to live.

Personality: Hakeem is a very focused, determined individual who's mind is always only prepared for the task. He doesn't believe in tardiness, laziness, or lack of hardwork, and sees everything needs to be worked for. Filling the shoes up for one of the greatest heroes that had ever lived, he does face anxiety issues and has an addiction to his medication. He hides his demons and refuses to share his flaws with many others. At times, he allows his anger issues to get the best of him in the field, and has outbreaks where he beats down on criminals without holding back, and has been berated for doing this on countless occasions. His stubbornness gets the best of him in cases like this where he refuses to change for the better. In spite of this, Hakeem is a very good leader and planner out in the field on short notice, and has been praised for his expertise.

Backstory: Most of Hakeem's childhood took place in a juvenile detention, labelled a trouble child due to his constant need to fight. This was heavily the byproduct of a feeling of neglect as he'd never known either of his parents, and received little to no information on them besides his own birthplace in the Bronx, New York. Hakeem's stubbornness began when he was a child, refusing to heed instructions or warnings, clouded too much by his anger and hatred of his past. The need to know who he really was. It was about the age of thirteen going through puberty that Hakeem's powers blossomed. During a riot at the juvie, Hakeem's powers first manifested. He remembers vividly, blacking out the entire prison and blocks around it, and the fatality of another child as he'd given his opponent first degree burns. It wasn't much after that, that he'd been contacted by Marianne Cook.

A woman claiming to have known his father, Hakeem agreed to move in with her in her Manhattan Penthouse where he began school and learned with the woman. She was a known CEO in New York, managing her father's fashion business and magazine that hosted countless celebrities and big names. Her relationship with his father was that she was his wife. She'd told Hakeem of her relationship with him, and that he was born out of wedlock, but was still looked after like a child of her own. To explain his powers, Marianne informed Hakeem of his father's works for the city, responsible for saving lives of its occupants time and time over as the Blue Current. It was a pity he'd died before Hakeem was born, sacrificing himself to defeat his nemesis, the Darkness. A villain who'd terrorized New York for years before Blue Current's light overpowered the Darkness.

Inspired by his father's works, past his school life, Hakeem trained to become as skilled as his father once was, even tracking down one of his father's longtime allies and retired sun-powered super hero, Apollo. At first, Apollo had refused to comply, but with Hakeem's constant nagging, gave in and trained the young stud. Hakeem learned from the wise, but much to his mother's dismay. She shipped him off for college the following year, but as he'd dropped out only two years in, Hakeem was given his father's old suit by Apollo, and has been fighting the war on crime ever since. Hakeem Cook, businessman by day, Blue Current, Waybridge protector. (Yes, he relocated from New York to Waybridge, and manages his mother's company's building in the Waybridge area)

Appearance
: Hakeem has a dark brown complexion, light pink bubble lips, and rare, gray eyes. His hair is shaved into a buzz cut. Tattoos spiral down both Hakeem's arms and torso, as well as piercings on both ears. Hakeem stands at 6'3", and weighs about 200 lbs.
Gadgets & Equipment:
  • Suit: Much upgraded to meet the technological standards of our day and age, Hakeem's suit has underwent countless modifications since the time his father wore it. The suit itself is laced with lightning-esque lines down it which actually constantly absorb minimal amounts of electricity in the area, fueling Hakeem and a partial section of the suit. The whole thing is powered aside from outside electricity, mainly by Hakeem, and only functions via Holiday blood or some sort of bio-electricity frequency (some bullshit i made up). The visors on the suit also track heat signatures, can see x-ray reading, as well as a night vision and gps mode. The suit's material is a very unique alloy, that alongside Hakeem, is able to travel through power lines and electric currents, scot-free. The suit also houses a utility belt, there to hold countless minimal weapons and gadgets.
Items & Personal Belongings:
  • Hakeem currently owns 33% of Cook Fashion Magazine, and is to inherit another 50% by the time he's aged 30. He's also in possession of a secret trust fund he's unaware of.
  • Hakeem's grandfather had countless homes across the world that are now his, including his Waybridge Mansion residence, an L.A. Beachside home, a Chicago penthouse, and another safehouse in the Waybridge area.
  • Hakeem owns over 6 cars at his Waybridge residency alone, and is seen as a celebrity of sorts.
Skills & Abilities:
Hakeem, after countless years in the Bronx streets, juvenile detention, and as a super hero as gained an edge in close quarters, hand to hand combat. While self-taught, his fighting style mimics that of his deceased father, a mix of MMA, Kung Fu, and relentlessness. With his height and weight advantage, Hakeem finds it easy to take down human hostiles, and has a slight advantage against other Parahumans. Aside from this, he has a very well-trained street smarts whenever in the "hood" or ghetto areas, much from his Bronx background. He knows the way around the black market, and has a very good intuition in these types of areas. After extensive schooling since his adoption to Marianne Cook, Hakeem's knowledge only seemed to grow, especially in business and real estate as he sells magazines and manages his own corporation.
Powers:
Hakeem's Parahuman abilities are electrokinesis. He himself is a living battery and conduit of his own natural bio-electricity, and is able to conduct it telepathically. Not only is he able to manipulate the electricity inside him in a variety of ways, the same applies to electricity around him. Hakeem is able to strike short blasts of electricity in size ranging from tennis balls to basketballs, as well as longer beams/rays of electricity. He is also able to use this to charge appliances and equipment. Hakeem's control over his powers allow him to electromagnetically levitate objects in his near vicinity at a reasonable weight. He himself is also able to mobilize through telephone lines, power lines, and most electric currents with ease. A byproduct of his power is that he is immune to burns and damage rooting from electricity, and hasn't been shocked in years. Hakeem is able to short circuit and spazz out devices in his vicinity, as well as absorb electricity from them for a quick discharge.
Weaknesses:
Hakeem's abilities can be "short-circuited" if he is fully or partially submerged in water. Overcharging can also be a big issue for Hakeem as he is not always able to carry the energy and electricity within him. Being away from cities that often surge with electricity is also a weakness to Hakeem, and he is at a huge disadvantage in places like desserts where there isn't much technology. He would eventually be fatigued to the point of death within 72 hours.

Organizations\Affiliations: None, but David wanted to be a ward and would have attempted to join if he hadn’t dropped out of school
Personality: Cocky, Smug, and arrogant. David wants to bring about peace and sees himself as the most competent person to do so. This makes him unlikely to listen to advice from others or to follow orders unless there are consequences. David is usually against killing, but he isn’t shy about hurting those he doesn’t see as innocent, or refusing to save such people. At the end of the day however, David is a good person who wants the best for the community and the world at large.
Backstory: David began to show signs of his early abilities when he was in elementary school, but at the time it was only healing papercuts and scraped knees on himself. His dad was a single father and a police officer who died after being shot in the heart. He partly blamed the system, and partly blamed himself, as he wasn’t skilled enough at the time to help. When he was sixteen, he ran away from his hometown after someone saw him trying to heal a woman that was struck in a hit and run. Since then, he has devoted almost all of his time to becoming more efficient with his abilities with the ultimate goal being resurrection.

Powers: David has complete control of his body’s cells. This can manifest in him making his muscles temporarily bigger, bones temporarily stronger, or healing any wounds he takes on with time. He can even alter the shape of his body, ie: creating two extra arms. Lastly, he can heal others using his cells.
Weaknesses: David is extremely hard on himself in failure and he is prone to angry outbursts if he sees any injustices

Personality: Although formerly a man of brilliance and determinion, now only the determination remains. The Wolfman seems to be a complete stranger to mercy and no stranger to cruelty. He maintains the same efficiency he did in life, although now any creature near his target is slain alongside the target. He has no control, and doesn’t truly want it back regardless. He operates solely off instincts now. Whether or not he feels guilt or remorse is not known.
Backstory: Wierz came from the bottom of the city. Its lowest, polluted streets, its putrid back alleyways. He was born into poverty in the Westside of the city, something that would taint his life up into adulthood. He lived a rough childhood, coming from a drug-addled mother and a father arrested for armed robbery. The public school Wierz attended, Malbury Public, was rather pathetic, with barely enough teachers or resources to teach the school's many impoverished students. However, for Wierz it was enough. He was able to gather around himself a few close friends that would remain with him for his entire life, united by a love for science. Jack Abraham, who had a love for engineering, Adhira Anand, a promising biologist, and Patrick Konnel, who liked science fiction more than science, and acted as the clown of the group. Together, they found a mentor in the form of Dr. Eli Jackson, an eccentric chemist who had taken to teaching in public school. Eli saw a light in Wierz and his friends, an eagerness to learn, a drive to escape. Eli helped the children learn as best as he could, preforming scientific experiments in his garage to show the students all that he knew, as well as giving them extensive private tutoring. Wierz, a chemist himself, flourished. However, Wierz picked up gamblig in this time, needing something to distract him when he wasn't learning or working.

In their Senior year of high school, the group of friends won the school's Science Fair, and then the Fair for their district, and then the Fair for the entire city of Waybridge. The group attracted a lot of attention, enough for even the growing PRT to become interested. Wierz, excited by the prospect of finally escaping Westside, took up the offer, alongside his friends. They were enrolled in a private college, paid for by PRT, and once finished, they were directly recruited into the PRT's scientific divisions. Although he often got looks from those who looked down on the Westside of the city, he preformed well. During this time, he was engaged and married to a woman named Emira Rakaal, whom he would later have two children with. Emira was a journalist who was attempting to look into the PRT, where she met Wierz during an interview. The two met afterwards, and quickly fell in love.

He preformed many years of exemplary work for the PRT, although refusing to give away its secrets to his wife. Wierz' gambling debts racked up, and his addiction began to effect his work. People were wanting to collect from Wierz, and he didn't want to pay up. Although Wierz and his friends worked with several parahumans closely.. or not so closely, Wierz was usually a few steps away from actual combat, due to his dislike of bloodshed. When Wierz was age 40, Emira began an investigation into 'The Elite', after hearing rumors of the shadowy organizations from a colleague who went missing. The mystery excited her, and Emira was able to discoverer much. The investigation took two years, and eventually Emira hit jackpot. A discovery so potent that it would shake the city to the bone. The true nature of this Elite, and its links to the Solntsevskaya Bratva, and other high-profile gangs. The Elite were aware of this mystery journalist and had discovered her investigation, but were unable to find a name to match her face. She rushed home to begin typing up her article on this, but she was followed. The Elite and their gang affiliates were able to discover her identity thanks to Wierz's gambling troubles, as a gang was looking into Wierz's family interested in getting their money back. From Wierz they were able to find his wife, the woman who could soon ruin their Corporate allies, so they informed the Elite of what they knew. And so the Elite reached out to the mercenaries and ganglords under their dominion and hired an assassin skilled enough to get the job done easily and without discovery.

Wierz came home that night to a sight that would never leave his memories. His wife and children, murdered, each slain by knives, and his house vandalized and robbed. Everything, all he had built to escape the Westside was gone. The Elites had protected themselves, and the gangs had gotten their money back, Wierz no longer mattered to them. Lost, confused, and without the knowledge of what had really happened, Wierz sunk low. His friends tried to support him, but he grew so hostile they had to cut ties. Alcoholism, excessive drug use, violence, and soon delusions plagued him, until he finally found a piece of his wife's notes, tucked away in one of her binders. It said little, but for Wierz, it said enough to know the murder of his family wasn't some burglary gone wrong as the police had told him, it was a hit. A hit orchestrated by the Solntevskaya Bratva and The Elite.

Wierz set his mind on this goal, got a hold of a gun, rented a storage garage, and tracked down his old friends and colleagues. He kidnapped them, one by one, forcing them to work in the storage garage on his new project. He let them go once he had finished, and to the authorities they described Wierz as unkempt and mad, breathing heavily and snarling instead of speaking, communicating only through rough sketches and quick shouted commands. Eventually, his project was complete, and the Police had enough evidence from Wierz's former friends to track down his location. But once they found the storage garage... Wierz was nowhere to be found, only the marks of claws along the walls, and a massive hole in the metal door, like something had torn through it.

It is around this time that the Beast of Waybridge appeared.

The first victim was an Elite-assosciated parahuman titled 'Bruiser'. He wasn't a powerful parahuman, but he had fists of stone and worked as a thug for hire. He was found behind a bar, torn to pieces, his head mounted on a steel pipe.

The next was a Solntevskayan human trafficker, whose car was found smashed into the side of an abandoned building, the man gutted in the driver's seat, several deep holes through his chest.

The bodycount has climbed steeply, and a clearer picture is being pulled together of this beast.

No motive can be discerned by the authorities, although perhaps the Elite know the nature of the monster they've created.

So far, the creature does not discriminate in its victims. Anyone close to the crime scene is butchered and in some cases, partially eaten. Civillians, thugs, police,businessmen, PFT agents, even a Ward unfortunate enough to be hunting the same criminal as the Wolfman that night.

Little remains of Wierz's mind at this point, as the monster takes over him. But sometimes, he can see flashes of memory, something to remind him of who he was, and his prey.

A wolf-like creature, with a body of fur and metal, the Beast of Waybridge hunts.

Weaknesses: Although he can open doors and use basic items, he is unable to drive cars, use phones or firearms, etc. He also has no disguise to use.

Personality: The E.V.E unit acts in an almost too-friendly manner towards everything humanoid, and shows a much more apathetic side towards anything of any other nature. It exhibits large amounts of curiosity and affection towards humanity and seems to praise everything they do, as though it is in love and is attempting to woo them. It has been documented that the E.V.E unit is not sure of it's own goals in such actions, but proceeds to perform in such a way anyway. It has yet to result in bodily harm to any humans in testing, and as such, is hoped to be a suitable fix to such aggression that was created, such as in the scenario involving the A.D.A.M unit, despite it making some people uncomfortable, as the alternative of large amounts of destruction and harm is just too high a cost for a little discomfort to get in the way
Backstory: The second set of a prototype for the new robotic combatants for the TYF. The first being A.D.A.M, a melee-combat robot who went haywire due to quickly turning against it's creators due to the lack of conscience. E.V.E was made to be put in the sniper division of the TYF's personal army, known as the Valkyries, but due to the fiasco that had happened with the lack of caution with Adam after his implementation in one of their other divisions, they decided to send E.V.E to the PRT for field-testing, should the robot go haywire, to prevent the destruction and loss of their own company property.

Due to the difficulty of trying to implement an appropriate human conscience into the robot, they elected for a much simpler alternative. They tried to make the Valkyrie unit have a distinct liking towards humans, but out of fear, they went a bit overboard, resulting in the droid having an almost perverse love towards humans. Yet added fail-safes to ensure that Eve would be capable of killing them at the same time, so that it would be useful in combat situations with humans, which was to be expected. Should the need arise, by adding a protocol to allow for exemptions to the rule that would need to be manually inputted into the droid via a small interface located near the robot's lower back, that would only open should buttons located underneath the robot's trigger-hand's glove and the back of its neck be pressed simultaneously, to allow for set targets to be implemented.

The robot was sent to the PRT as a show of "good will" to hopefully get the organisation off of the TYF's back as they performed some more unsavoury business deals, while also serving as a good way of field-testing the robot. The robot was sent after a few months of initial field-testing to ensure that the bot was at minimum combat-ready, and flew through the tests with flying colours, as expected by the developers of the E.V.E unit, a true marvel of technology. Other features had slowly been integrated over the build process until the unit seemed to be capable of almost human-like activities, including a voice-box, an "eye" that seemed to show expression and a sleek design, along with a targeting system that matches the range of the railgun rifle almost perfectly. The E.V.E unit has never missed a shot, although it is expected to miss one in the near-future due to the nature of humans with mutations, however this is also to serve as useful information on the nature of parahumans to The Yes Foundation. Everything the E.V.E unit sees is sent back to the foundation for information-gathering

Her railgun capable of firing bullets at enormous speeds, with the downside being reloading being required after each shot, and a limited amount of firing due to the weapon requiring frequent recharging, around 10 shots before running out of energy. The gun, was built to be used alongside Eve, as such, only those of incredible resilience would be able to handle the recoil of the gun

Devin is a more interesting individual, for you see he has two types of personalities, one for work and one outside of it. When he is working, Devin is a more brave and more outgoing than what he is usually like. He tries to help others but he won't help those who are too stubborn for their own good. When he is working he often is a bit stubborn towards quotas and targets. When he is off work, he is very much a different person. He is more shy and reserved than his work personality, he's more open to ideas and suggestions. He is often too willing to follow other people and way too agreeable.

Backstory:
Devin has a more boring history than most other people, especially Parahumans. He grew up in a middle class family back in Washington D.C. and grew up idolize get parahumans for their abilities and he especially looked up to some of the best superheroes there were. He always wanted to be like them, but no powers ever came up. With that he went with a completely normal life, his main ambition was to become a politician and try to help integrate parahumans into society and increase the relationship between normal people and them. During college he decided to go heavily into Parahuman studies and took all sorts of administrative classes, during which he decided to use a different personality since what is a politician who is shy? He must be bold, say the things nobody else wants to. When he learned of a new department called the PRT looking for a Deputy Director he signed up immediately after finishing college, he wasn't hoping much but he had to try. The thing is, is that he actually got the job which was a complete surprise to him. Now as the Deputy Director, he must strive towards helping both Parahumans and normal humans get closer together.

Administrative Abilities: Devin is quite skilled at leading, organizing, talking with various individuals of importance, and is a prime candidate to replace the director when the director wants to leave his duties for awhile.

Parahuman Knowledge: Devin has studied and worked with many parahumans of all types, so he knows how to deal with them.

Computer Wiz: Devin is surprisingly good at Computer tasks, but these deal with more mundane tasks like scheduling, organizing, doing reports, etc... He isn't a hacker and don't expect him to become one.

Skill with a handgun: Having been trained in the use of a firearm, Devin is pretty good at using it. He isn't the best and his isn't highly trained at all like some PRT operatives.

Personality: Theo is a bit of a mixed bag really. The man is insanely brave knowing full well the danger he immerses himself in. Yet at the same time he can be impulsive and downright stupid at times. He is eternally optimistic almost to the point of naivety, he often finds himself surprised by how low people will sink. Nonetheless he wholeheartedly believes that even the worst of souls can be redeemed, but there are rare moments when he has wished he could end someone only to find that he lacks the resolve when it comes to it.

Backstory: Born in the small country of Ivexia nestled between Russia and Ukraine to the tyrannical leader Nicolai Carpathia and one of his Servant girls named Stefania. No one would've ever believed the Son of such a wicked man would become a hero especially when at a young age he was exposed to a chemical weapon called D-Cell. This chemical caused a painful and long death via Cellular degeneration.

Say what you will about the evils of Nicolai, none can say the despot didn't love his son. He spent nearly a decade and vast portions of the small nations economy on hiring, kidnapping, or blackmailing the top minds in order find a solution to his sons condition. Yet there was no Solution to be found, at least until he decided to work with a Dangerous Villain named Dr.Vindeloo. By capturing and "studying" dozens of Para-humans from his nations own population he was able to extract the genome that granted the powers to these individuals and create a serum to cure his son. Of course Dr.Vindeloo attempted to betray the tyrant, but as smart as he was, the man wasn't bulletproof and didn't keep his guard up well enough.

The serum worked wonders, in less than a year it had completely reversed the effects of D-cell, two years later at age 16 theo's cells began to grow more rigid and tightly locked, he became much stronger and much more durable. Upon discovering this His father decided to see just how far his son could go. He spent the next two years pushing Theo to his limits time and time again, only to find that each time they grew higher. At first he was lifting one ton, then ten, then twenty. However eventually this came to a grinding halt when the overconfident Monarch declared war on Russia.

The nation fell swiftly, lasting less than a month. It was at this time That Stefania fled with her sisters, Theo, and his six year old sister. Upon their arrival to The United States Theo was revealed to have abilities and was pressured into military service to help his family. He spent four years in the service before retiring and Donning his Suit. Its been only a few months since then and though impressive it is still clear that Theo is new to the Hero business.

Skills & Abilities:
Cqc- Theo was not a front line soldier, in fact he never saw combat or fired a weapon at anyone. He was a MP. As such he was well trained in Hand to hand, or armed melee combat, building on a foundation his father set for him at a young age with self defense training.

Interrogation/Detective skills- he's no super Sleuth, but he is pretty skilled at reading people, able to get people to reveal things they themselves did not know they had revealed.

Talented acrobat- Having grip strength that can crush steel has its advantages. Especially if you can leap a hundred yards on top of that. Theo has gotten very good at Running, Jumping, flipping, and tumbling able to keep up with a typical car while on rooftops.

Pianist- When your technically a prince its almost expected that you play an instrument. Theo selected the piano and is actually decent. He's no master but the delicate keys and required focus actually helped him to master his strength.

Powers:
Superhuman Strength- Since being exposed to Dr.Vindeloo's serum Theo's strength has been growing rapidly. Going from average to his current limit of 63.7 tons in about 10 years. Though it has shown no sign of slowing down, the things that can offer him exercise are getting fewer and further between making it harder to Gain.

Superhuman Durability- Theo's Main power so to speak as his other abilities are more of a side effect of this one. Theo's cells have a far stronger Membrane than a normal cell does furthermore as they stretch and tear from age, use, and damage they grow even stronger. The stronger the membrane becomes the more energy they can resist be it electrical, thermal, kinetic, etc. While his growth can be considered limitless his aunt suggests that eventually his cells will become tough enough to stop ageing altogether removing a growth factor and likely causing him to plateau out. Currently he is Bulletproof to any caliber, though the higher calibers hurt him a bit. He can withstand impacts from large speeding (or thrown) cars with minor injury, he is even Fire proof up to a few minutes (depending on temperature)

Superhuman Stamina- Due to very rarely having to use his full strength Theo can fight, run, jump, and toss vehicles around for hours on end. However he finds himself quickly winded when pushing his limits.

Weaknesses:
Sins of the Father- Theo hates what his father has done, and fears that people will hold him responsible. Hell even being associated with the man is a scary thought...how would you feel if Hitler or Stalin was your dad? Needless to say this could crush his public image.

Needs to breath- He isn't setting any records for holding his breath. He must breathe and can only hold it for about 3 minutes. He is vulnerable to Aerosolized chemicals, drowning, altitude, being choked out (though you'd have to be strong AF for the last one.)

Inexperienced- Theo is skilled and powerful sure, but he has only been heroing for a few months now. He often makes mistakes that put himself in danger, or even others, he does have a bit of an issue with collateral damage...

Backstory:

My life started with the death of her mother due to complications during childbirth. That event set off a chain reaction that will one day lead to the discovery of my powers. ! grew up in a broken house with an abusive, alcoholic father that blamed me for my mothers death, and at the time I believed him. For sixteen years I was subjected to physical and emotional abuse until the day of my seventeenth birthday. That night while walking home from my small birthday party I heard a loud screech, looking just in time to be hit dead on by a speeding car. I awoke around ten days later in a hospital bed seemingly completely fine, until I tried to get up and ripped the metal bar off the bed. It took what felt like forever to get a handle on my powers a lot of that time before was me in a dump beating up cars, and a few years of therapy coming to terms with the fact that my dad tried to murder me by running me over with his car. During those sessions I found my calling joining the PRT was one of the easiest decisions of my life. I’d spent the better part of my life being damaged now I am the Damage.

Powers: Her main power is what she calls Adaptive SAE( strength, agility, and endurance) which is the ability adapt to and physical damage that is used against her. She has used this to become incredibly strong and durable. Her muscles also never seem to atrophy even without exercise, and her aging process seems to have slowed to a crawl. She is able to temporarily disable this ability, but it requires a lot of concentration it.

Her second ability is flight. It allows her to fly.

She has a regenerative factor that allows her to heal from injuries at a faster rate. Not the best healing factor, but it’s there. A broken bone for a normal person takes six to 12 weeks. She can heal that in roughly four days

Weaknesses:

Adaptive SAE only takes effect after getting badly injured.

She shows signs of PTSD from her childhood abuse and has a standing monthly therapist appointment.

Has no real defence against mental attacks.

Tendency to be headstrong and go off half cocked.

Oh and airborne chemicals, and drowning.
