She had an arm raised above her head and the other behind her head. Slowly and almost gracefully, she finished stretching and came to rest again at her pillows. One of her wings did the same, extending outward before tucking back in.
Then she heard his question and her face got warmer. She seemed to shy away a moment before returning a tired resemblance of a small smile. Her eyes blinked slowly as she yawned again. “I-I’m good..” she said in a hushed tone.
