[Occam's Razor] [Occam's Razor] Out of Character Chat Area

Yo, fellow dudes and dudettes! ^_^

Indeed, Kazz is offline. But he'll be back in about another hour or so (From this post being placed) so uh. WOOT!! And I just gave u guys all the info you'll need on Jace. =P

Uh Wow Morriden, dat post. Anywho. Doors, like... ten in the front, six others on the east and west sides of the building, and a final door at the back end near engineering. Moar questions?

Any hallways/stairwells we could funnel any who make it through down and take out with IEDs?

Also how the fuck we supposed to close all those damn doors?

Does the virus dormant in Malcom's system have access to his memories/thoughts?

'Cause that's a pretty big fuckin' security breach, the hivemind would know whatever we are up to.

I thought complexes like this usually had one damn entrance to prevent this kind of thing, I was imagining one big-ass door we'd have to station Jace in front of, maybe one manning the railgun, while someone snipes shit.

I had a rather basic plan of attack all going.

The support stays near the rear, with the doors down to level two open for a quick getaway.

We have someone stationed near the switch thing before we open them so they're ready, preferably the fastest runner.

Door opens, hopefully nothing on the other side, guy flips the switch, runs like hell.

Anything is comin' through, support's there to offer suppressive fire.

Guy doesn't make it and is overrun, the door still shuts, and the support retreats through the door.

Objective reached, and casualties are reduced to one.

Maybe we set up IEDs around the floor, who knows.

Since that isn't what's going down, will all the doors open at the same time?

Uh... I'm not really sure, myself. Though I guess you'd need to know that more than I would. xD But I suppose that's Kazanna's call. And it'd also be his plan whether to make things exceptionally difficult on all of our characters or not. Loool Also, I believe it may be you or Nidelia's turn to post. ^_^ '''

Better hope and pray that they don't all open at the same time :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: and I believe it's Nidelia's turn

@Runcible Spoon , Your spectacular you know that? But no, for reference, the hive mind will not gain access to Malcom's mind, though it will be something I address.

The plans sound alright, we'll formulate something in the play IC, Please, No meta gaming though. So make sure it's something that someone figures out Tactically after observing the hallways.

As for the doors, In a facility like this, you'd have a bunch of entrances to get as many people in at once as possible. It's an evac center with a staged teir quarantine setup. Big doors that funnel people in, big doors close, the people that are in the entryway are still safe from whatever is outside.

As for closing them... Watch and see c:

I do try, Kaz.

Glad to hear it, I'd rather we die from a mistake, than the enemy knowing our every move.

I'll let someone else handle the IED revelations.

Dunno, lemme check. #datplot
Honestly, Looking it over, It's been me posting with Rune and Dragon, Morridan's character is asleep. @iLoriel2 care to put your two bits in??

Runcible is not pleased.

I was just minding my own business, nearly finished with a fair-sized post, when my thingy freaks out and closes my browser and wiping out all my hard work...
*trudges on to rewrite his post, though is tempted to do a half-assed version of the original because he's lost the willpower to try on this one.*

Sooo If I go offline none of you can continue? For shame.

It's a long and complicated story, you'd have to had read the sequels for anything to make sense.

Anyway, I've lost that desolate feeling, not to mention I finally escaped from that vampiric gala I had been forced to attend.

I'll post now.

*3*
I'm afraid that I will be unavailable all next week due to an obligation I cannot back out of.

Perhaps we can arrange some sort of injury, putting Woods of commision by then, who knows.

I'd hate to be the one to drive this roleplay into a standstill for an entire week...

Kool.

Gonna need a recap when I'm back, though.

Has it only been a week since I joined Occam's?

Feels like forever ago.

o.e

Right, Your such a great addition to the team man, I really enjoy playing with you, I know I can say the same for Morridan. He and I talk frequently and he's mentioned your a strong asset to our growing team c: Really glad to have you aboard.

*glows with a warm, and only mildy radioactive, light, only to have it extinguished as he is pulled away to a ridiculous 4th of July thing with his family*

I wake up at noon on the dot, and am immediately pressed into leaving.

Yay me.

Later folks.

Glad to be here, man.

By far my favorite roleplay to date...

Not that I've been in a lot, but considering I made some close friends in my first roleplay, it's sayin' quite a bit.

I was surprised when you accepted my crappy CS, but I hope I've made up for it in post quality...

Character creation is a weak point I gotta work on.

I'm plotting another play eventually soonish but It wont be for a bit.

Still trying to figure out the ins the outs the ups the downs the who's the whats and all the shiny bits that go in-between!

I understand completely.

I tried just winging a roleplay into creation without planning it out too much...

Got some members, started....

Kinda just fell a parts...

Take yer time, man.
