Not Everything Is Perfect...(Val & Coedy)

Sam jumped as the bell rang, he groaned as well, the start to the longest day ever.He thought to himself as he watched his students file into the classroom.

Haley hugged him before she took his hand, "Okay." She agreed, before she looked up at him, and then started to move her gaze to the floor

Avery made her way to her first class. She wished so much that she had English with Sam, but no. It was already too long of a day for her. She wanted to see him already.

Dane felt sad for her. He squeezed her hand a little bit. He wanted her to smile, but he'd have to think of a way to get her smiling first. He was determined to do just that.

Sam sat on the ground, waiting for the tardy bell to ring. He wished that he could see Avery already.

Haley kept a stoned expression on her face, staring at the ground, and regretting getting up in the morning. She didn't feel like herself; she was.. Almost sad.

Avery sat in her class and thought about Sam. Was he thinking about her now? She shook her head a little. She was never this hung up on a guy and it almost scared her. She wondered just how deep she would go.

Dane kept holding Haley's hand. He was going to make her smile one way or another. When they got to class, he opened the door and held it for her. Then he walked in.

Sam pushed his thoughts away from Avery to think about his work. He had to stay focused. He loved her so much though, "Alright class, please get ready to study." His voice broke the awkward silence, and he gave a smile.

Haley followed him inside, pulling her hood over the sides of her face, and gulped as she sat in her seat. As if on cue, the spitballs, thumbtacks, and the usual started. She rolled her eyes, and hid her face with her purple hoodie.

Avery managed to almost focus in class. Though her thoughts kept going back to Sam. She wished the day was over already. She wanted to be able to hold him again.

Dane was a bit shocked by the spitballs and thumbtacks. He didn't think it was this bad. So he turned around and glared at all of the people doing it. Most of them were his "friends." Though his true friends weren't. "Why don't you guys grow up already?" He asked with a major attitude.

Sam excused his class to go to a study hall, he casually walked out of the class, and down to Avery's room. He opened the door and began to listen in on the lesson.

Haley placed a hand on his arm and shook her head. "Dane it's fine don't-" she whispered and sighed when she was bambarded with more spitballs. "Oh yeah, right before you grow some balls." He few of them laughed before spitting more.

Avery looked up from her notebook when the door opened. Most of the people didn't seem to care, but Avery's heart fluttered a bit. Why was Sam listening in? She tried to focus on taking notes again.

Dane looked at Haley. "No, it's not." He told her. He probably would have felt that way no matter who the target was, but that fact that it was Haley made it worse. Then he heard what the other guy said. His hands formed tight fists and his knuckles turned white. He wasn't going to fight him. He didn't need to get in trouble.

Sam smiled when Avery looked up, he gave a smile and left the room. He walked back to his thinking about Avery. He couldn't wait to cuddle all night until she had to go home; he wished that she could move into his house, but her dad probably wouldn't fly with it.

Haley placed her hand on top of his hand, and tried to loosen his grip on his own hand. She looked at him, and shook her head. "Please don't get yourself in trouble or get hurt." She whispered as she rubbed his knuckles as spitballs stuck in her hands.

Avery smiled softly to herself as he left. She wanted the day to be over with. She wondered for a mere moment why she couldn't stop thinking about him. Then it was easy. He was kind and sweet. He was also fun and adventurous. Yet stable at the same time. That's how she saw him and it was everything she had ever wanted.

Dane tried to relax a little. But each time a spitball made it's way to her, he got angrier. "I'm not trying to get in a fight." He told her. "But these guys are almost asking for it."

When the bell rang, Sam smiled as the kid s left his room. He couldn't wait to finish the last classes an start his Tim with Avery. He really live her more than anything.

Haley looked at him, "Dane, please." She mumbled, rubbing his knuckles as th bell rang. She pulled the hood tighter r, and began to walk out of the classroom.

As the bell rang, Avery stood quickly. She couldn't wait to be done with the day. When she could finally have time with Sam, just him and her. No one else to disturb them. Until she had to go home anyway.

Dane tried to relax. When the bell rang, he stood and followed Haley. He didn't cause a scene. He just "accidentally" elbowed the main person who targeted Haley fairly hard.

(Skip to the end of the day.??..)

Sam threw his things into his bags and walked out to his car. He placed them in the trunk, and walked back inside. He waited for Avery; smiling like a cool.

Haley stood up, not letting out a smile all day was hard for her. She didn't feel too good, the day was a crappy mess, and her life really stunk. She grabbed her bag, trying to watch out for anyone who tried to trip her.

Avery was so glad it was the end of the day. She put her things away in her locker and slung her bag over her shoulders. She saw Sam and smiled a bit wider. The school was almost empty by this point, just a few students. "Hey." She said as she walked up to him.

When school was over, Dane found Haley. Going up to her, he put his arm around her shoulder. "About ready to get out of here?" He asked. "I know I am."

Sam smiled when he saw Avery, he wrapped his arms around her, quickly picking her up, and walked out to his car with her. He smiled and opened the door for her, "Hey babe." He said before he walked to his side of the car, and got in with a smirk.

Haley looked up at Dane, and wrapped her arm aroud his back. "Yeah.. I wanna go home." She whispered, as she walked to the car.

Avery smiled a bit more. She wrapped her arms around his neck and smiled. She wrote her bike off as a loss for now. She'd remember to get it tomorrow. She was so happy that she could hold him again.

Dane nodded a little. He walked with her to the car and opened her door. "I'm sorry today was so bad for you." He said. He didn't tell her how he almost got in a fight because of something someone said about her.

Sam smiled, looking over at her as he sat down in the car. "How was your day?" He asked, as he started his car and began to back out of the parking spot. He was so happy shook was over; it was never any fun.

Haley shrugged, "It's fine; it always happened.. But thanks for being concerned." She mumbled before she hugged him, and climbed into the car. She played with her hair and stared at her feet.

Avery let out an exasperated sigh. "Long." She said. "I'm so glad it's over." She smiled a little bit. "And that I finally get to be with you again."

Dane looked at her when he got in the car and frowned a little. "So, is there anything you'd like to do?" He asked her. "Anything fun or something?"

Sam laughed softly, he leaned over, kissing her before he drove down the street. "Yeah, I love the time that I get to spend with you." He smirked, continuing to dive to his home.

Haley looked up, hiding the emotions behind a mask, and looked into his eyes. "I really just wanna go home and cuddle." She whispered, and began to drag her eyes away com his glow.

Avery smiled a little at the kiss. She nodded in agreement. "I so agree." She said. She turned a bit so she was facing him more.

Dane looked over at her for a moment. "That sounds perfect to me." He said with a smile. He wanted to make her happy, no matter what he had to do.

Sam smiled, he placed his hand on hers, and pulled up into his driveway. He stopped the truck and turned it off befor he ran to her side. He picked her up and carried her I side the house with a smirk.

Haley looked at him, squeezing his hand, and kissed his palm. She was lost for words; she didn't know what to day, and nothing was coming out. She held his hand tightly and watched the road.

Avery smiled when he put his hand on hers. She flipped hers over and grabbed it while they were driving. Then, when he picked her up out of the car, she wrapped her arms around him. She kissed his cheek.

Dane held her hand right back. When they made it to his house, he parked in the driveway. Then he got her door for her. He was going to make the most of cuddling with her.

Sam smiled softly, he kicked the door closed and walked into the home. He walked to his bedroom, and set her down on the bed. He quickly joined her, and wrapped his arms around her wait before planting a deep and passionate kiss on her lips.

Haley looked up at Dame, and wrapped her arms around his neck. She looked into his eyes, and kissed him hard. She never wanted to let go of him.

Avery continued to smile. She loved being with him and didn't want this to end When he held her close and kissed her, her heart sped up. She kissed him back, her arms going around his neck again.

Dane hugged her with a small smile before she kissed him. He leaned into it and held her closer still. Then he picked her up and walked inside. Closing the door behind him, he walked up the stairs to his room.

Sam gently laid back on his bed, he brought her with him, kissing her lips, and maybe added a little tongue. He slowly ran his fingers through her hair, and smiled as he kissed her once more.

Haley looked up at Dane, wrapping her arms around his neck, and leaned her head on his chest. "I love you." She whispered, as she dropped onto the bed, and looked at Dane, waiting for him to join her.
