Not Everything Is Perfect...(Val & Coedy)

'I just don't want you to be alone.' Dane sent the message and then laid down. He slowly started to fall asleep, wanting tomorrow to come already.

(Time skip)

Sam yawned, rolling out of the bed at nine in the morning. He groans and got up to make his morning coffee, quickly grabbing his phone. Hey beautiful, you up yet? He texted Avery, and made his coffee as he waited for a reply.

Haley groaned as the sunlight hit her face, she sat up looking for her crutches, but they were not where she had put them last night. She limped out of the room, feeling tears fall down her cheek as she saw her phone crushed by her now broken crutches. She limped to the phone and took it to her room m. Sh then calls Dane;hoping he'd pick up n

Avery had woken up early again. When she got the text from Sam, she smiled a little bit. 'Been up since 7.' She hit send and went to the kitchen to get food.

Dane had been sleeping when she called. Still, hearing it, he sat upright and grabbed the phone. He answered it without seeing who it was. "Hello?" He asked sleepily.

Sam smiled, great, when can you come over? He asked, a He drank his coffee. Ans began to pour his lucky charms into his bowl.

Haley sat in her locked room, and smiled when she listened to him. "it's me.. sorry I didn't text you, but dad crushed my phone, and I couldn't really use it." She apologized, and waited for his response.

Avery smiled at the text. 'I gotta eat and shower and then I'll come over.' She grabbed a poptart and started to eat it.

Dane was glad it was Haley. "Hey." He said. "Are you okay?" He asked her. "It's okay that you didn't text." He added.

Sam smiled great, see ya soon(: he told her, and then walked into the room. He changed into athletic shorts and a t-shirt before he sat on his couch, finishing his cereal up.

Haley pinched the bridge of her nose, and held back her tears. "Um,can I came over?" She asked softly. She felt like a burden, and she didn't want to push herself into his life, and lay all her problems on him.

Avery smiled more seeing the text. She finished her poptart and hopped in the shower and then changed. She wore a black skirt that fell to her mid-thigh and then she put on a purple hoodie. She hopped on her bike and sent a quick text to Sam. 'On my way.'

Dane could almost hear her holding back tears. "Yeah, of course you can." He said. "Do you want me to come pick you up?" He asked her.

Sam smiled I'll be waiting^,^ he replied, and stood by the door, waiting for her to come to his home. He couldn't wait to hang out with her again, an hopefully stay with him all day.

Haley looked out of the window, and then down at her clothes. "No, I can drive myself, I'll be over in a few." She told him, and walked to her closet. She threw on a dress(farthest to the right) and made her way to her car.

Avery felt her phone go off, but she dared not try answering it while riding. She made it to his house and pulled her bike into his yard.

Dane nodded a bit, knowing he couldn't see her. "Okay." He said. When she hung up, he quickly got dressed and at least brushed his teeth. Then he waited by the door, realizing he hadn't even brushed his hair yet.

Sam saw Avery pulling up into his driveway. He smiled, running to her, and wrapped his arms around her. He picked her up and ran into the house with her. "Yay!! Aves is here!!" He sang before he kissed her happily.

Haley parked in his driveway, and hobbled up the steps. She knocked on the door, and pushed her tears away from her cheeks. She was so scared, but put on a brave face, and gave a soft smile as she waited for him to open the door.

Avery started laughing when he picked her up. She wrapped her arms around his neck and held on as he took her inside. "I made it!" She said before he kissed her. She kissed him back.

Dane saw Haley pull up and hobble to the door. Before he opened it, he watched her wipe the tears away. "Hey." He said softly, letting her in. He noticed she didn't have her crutches. "Why are you going without crutches?" He asked.

Sam smiled, he set her on the couch next to him, and looked into her eyes. "I'm so happy you could come, you've made my day so much better." He told her, before he sat her on his lap. "Did you sleep good?" He asked sweetly.

Haley looked at Dane, and then at the opposite wall. "My dad broke them, and ran over them last night.." She told him, before she wrapped her arms around his neck, and cried into his chest. She closed her eyes and tried stopping herself from crying more.

Avery smiled more. "Made my day too." She said. When he set her on his lap, she put her head on his shoulder. "It was okay." She said, talking about her sleep. "What about you?"

Dane held her close as she cried. He held her in a way that she couldn't put weight on her ankle even if she wanted to. He gently picked her up and closed the door. Then he walked to the living room, his parents were out again. "It's okay to cry." He said, clearly able to see that she didn't want to.

Sam smiled, he rubbed her sides, an looked into her eyes. "You look lovely today." He told her, laying down on the couch, holding her to his body.

Haley looked at Dane, she moved her head to his neck, and shook her head. "No, I... I can't cry.." She whispered, and looked at him. She wrapped her legs around his waist and then took a deep breath, calming herself down. "Thank you." She said softly.

Avery smiled more. It was the first time in a long time that she had wanted to wear a skirt. "Thank you." She said softly as he laid her on the couch. She moved a bit so she could kiss him again.

Dane nodded a bit and sat on the couch. He rubbed her back softly. "I have an old pair of crutches you can borrow if you need them." He told her. He knew it wasn't easy walking in a cast and he wanted to help her.

Sam smiled, she had moved, and he zeroed in for the kiss. He kissed her, pulling her face closer, and continued to kiss her lips.

Haley curled up in his lap, and laid her head on his chest. "Thank you but I think I can survive without my crutches, and if my dad saw them, he'd probably break them." She told him, but a greatful expression filled her face.

Avery wrapped her arms around him again. She pressed herself as close to him as she possibly could. This day was already perfect and it had barely started.

Dane nodded a bit. He continued to rub her back. "If you want to use them while you're here, just say so." He said. He wanted to do as much as he could.

Sam caressed her lips with his, and kissed her slowly. He placed his hands on her waist, and pressed harder. He was so happy, and everything seemed to be perfect.

Haley nodded, she pecked his cheek, and finished crying. "Thank you, but Im good." She told him as she looked up and into his eyes.

One of Avery's hands made its way to Sam's hair. There, she held on lightly, keeping him close. The other felt along his shoulder and slowly down his arm.

When Haley looked up at him, he brushed a few remaining tears from her eyes. "Okay." He said softly. "Hey, do you wanna watch a movie or something?" He asked.

Sam smiled, rubbinng her waist, and up her back. He nuzzled her head into her neck, and looked up into her eyes. "Cuddle buddy!"" he sang with a happy giggle.

Haley smiled, she kissed him, and nodded. "Sure, I don't care what we watch. Just as long as I am with you." She whispered, before she wrapped her legs around his waist.

Avery smiled when he nuzzled against her. Then she laughed a bit at what he said. "I like the sound of that." She said, staying as close to him as she could get.

Dane nodded. He picked up the nearby remote and found that he hadn't taken the movie out yesterday. So he hit play and started it over, not even paying attention to what it was.

Sam smiled, "Good, so do I." He told her, as he flipped them over, and she as on top of his body. He looked at her, and gently kissed her cheek.

Haley smiled, moving off of his lap, and laid down neck to hum. She laid her head on his lap, and smiled as she ran her fingers over his knuckles.

Avery smiled more as he flipped them over. When he kissed her cheek, she turned her head. Then she placed a kiss on his lips. This was going to be the best Sunday ever.

Dane smiled when she laid her head on his lap. He put one arm over her and let her mess with his hand. His other hand ran through her hair gently.

Sam smiled, kissed her back, and then let his lips rest on top of her lips, and pressed his forehead against her forehead, and continued to rub her body.

Haley smiled softly, and continued to play with his hand. She looked at the movie, and then back up at him. She giggled a little, and gave a faint sigh when he ran his fingers through her hair.

Avery smiled a bit into the kiss. She felt tingly wherever he touched her. Almost like he was electricity. Her hand slowly ran along his arm, wanting to memorize everything about him.

Dane looked down at her when she looked up and smiled more. He liked that he could at least get her away from her dad for a little while. His hand continued to run through her hair.
