I believe your looking at the title for important char wrong, it doesn't mean your char worth to the RP is not important or just secound place, on the back burner. It just means your char is most likely to die for the stupid things he/she does and will be given less lean way for stupid errors he/she performs.
It's like setting a game to realistic every action that char performs has much greater weighted and has much higher consequences.

What? How does that work? I mean, I get that you're trying to balance things out, but, what if a group has military training? I'm not doing that per-say, but still. It doesn't make sense that their training would limit their ammo supply. They have no correlation, except for maybe they'd have more ammo because they'd have to use less, because of their training.
Little conflicting there, Russian... Does that mean that them having training means we won't have to put their ammo count in their group description? Or what?

Well even military groups will most likely have new members and even they the military soldiers need some retraining and the only way to train in firearms is to well shoot said firearm and get a feeling for which gun you are most effective with and how the gun works and all then. As the saying goes "practice and repetivness makes for perfect"
As for the ammo it depends on the group size and your original ammo and other factors based on the info I read on your group sheet. This is a means as for to have people not be like "oh he takes 4% of our ammo then let me bump up the ammo 4% more so that I can get the amount of bullets I want"

You're still making quite the assumption there... You can't give a reasoning like that for every possible situation. What if this particular group wants to keep it pure? No outsiders? And what if this group already had training? Do you not think that's a possibility?

If your group does have military experience you must still need to train to keep your skills sharp and improve them. You'll never hear a US marine or soldier say they never practice with their fire arms after they passed the training camps, even if they have participated in battles they still practice. Hunters also practice in fire arms so that their skills improve. So you will need to practice and practicing in firearms wastes bulles; Fighting and shooting zombies is much easier then shooting a human.

You're still not putting down hard evidence that can apply to any and all groups made. Skills don't fade within a couple months- say you've been shooting and killing people for the majority of your life to stay alive. Will that skill fade when the apocalypse hits? I'm starting to doubt why you were put into a position of power...
And, before you turn this around on me and say it's because you think I still hate you- I don't. I'd be saying this to anyone who provided such a shoddy argument for something that doesn't need to be argued over. Not to mention the fact that you're practically repeating yourself...

Boe this is a RP and not everything will be realistic, while yes something's are realistic in sense and we do try to stay within a semi-realistic area I cannot make everything realistic. If we are going off of realistic terms then nearly all of you would have died from zombies for all the actions the chars have done, now I'm not threatening or trying to be a dick. The reason why training is there is simply for ballencing alone. Are things not going to be realistic in the RP? Yes they most certainly will and it can't be helped.
The training rule applies for both the bandits/gangs and the communities.

At this point the players would be better off balancing ourselves. Most of the people here have a pretty hefty roleplay experience. Most of the people here... That's why I'm questioning why Shammy put you anywhere near a position of power. This isn't me saying I'd be any better, I have a bad history of abandoning roleplays, so I wouldn't want that anyways, but I would rather have Shammy's occasional input and the rest of us governing ourselves than having you govern us like this- even while he's said that he believes he should be the only GM (Which I don't think anyone here has an issue with).

Boe in what shape or form have I restricted this RP? No one has stated problems with issues. I don't govern this RP, I don't tell you how your char should think, act, react, you have complete control over that. I even made a system to make zombies attack non bias and having no personal thoughts or feeling play a factor in. If anything I've made sure I can't control this RP as much as possible. And no like it was stated before everything I post is approved by Shammy so I have no power I only post what Shammy approves of and

I've just been assuming Shammy hardly read over what you posted. That's what it seems like... He's too smart to let so many errors come through like that. Like I said, I'd rather have his input, no matter how little of it is there, than yours. Even if it's the same, he's reasonable, and has decent people skills.
Did you run all those shitty justifications by him, too? Or are those things you made up on the fly? Like I said before, I doubt he actually read through most of the things you ran by him.

B BlueClover Anyone else. I swear to god, anyone else. I can't emphasize that enough. Any other person. We had so many issues with him in the past, so why him? How much experience does he have outside of this, and what we did last year? Me, Psycho and Kish know him from a children's game where we roleplayed, and he did some of the sickest, most twisted things I've ever seen/read, despite us constantly telling him off. Add that to his illiteracy, and I don't see any possible reason why he'd even be back here.
Maybe I'm being harsh, maybe I'm holding a grudge. Sue me. Kick me from the RP. Do whatever. I'm not doing this again.

I never publicly asked them to contribute, I was stating a fact. I would never drag them into a fight they don't want to be a part of, I've already spoken to Kish about it and I won't be bothering with Psycho.
It was an under-exaggeration.
