you three shall be the little guinne pigs muhahahahahahaha :p all jokes aside you three are going to be a experiment to see how well gangs/bandits and communities can be incoporates into the RP. the reason why you were chosen was because you each had mentions of gangs/bandits/communities or prepossed ideads for creating a gang/bandits/comuntiy to the RP

Members: (max amount is 35)
Weapons & Ammunition: (a thorough list of all weapons and ammunition must be listed here and how any high-class weapons were obtained)
Transportation: (if group has any)
Class system: (filled out in-depth)
Training: (optional, must be filled out in-depth)
Group rules:
Outfits/uniforms: (optional)
Training: if filled out then your group will have less ammo, how much? That's a secret. But your members will have better experience in human combat.

Rules on chars: You are completely free to create as many in depth chars as you desire but if they are not crucial chars or important chars then they are considered NPCS

Crucial chars: figures that if killed would cause the gang/bandit group to collapse. They are to be considered a real character and receive all the benefits a char would have and need to have a char sheet filled out. Crucial char limit: 1 (will always be leader role)

Semi-Important chars: Are key figures that if killed would cripple the group. They are to be considered minor chars and receive all benefits a minor char has.

Amount of crucial char allowed: 1

Amount of semi-important char allowed: 3


Advantages/Disavantages:
Disadvantages:
* Cannot grow any food, all food acquired must have been searched for or taken
* Low in numbers
* Will have a hire death rate
* Higher rate of catching illnesses
* As gangs/bandits it should be noted that not everyone gets along

Advantage:
* The full mobilization of the group is allowed
* Will have * More experienced with firearms
* More experience/better chances of finding loot
* More experience in combat (in only taking out zombies, for humans then training processes must be filled out)

Past: the Past plays little to no part or reason on strength of the group. So please do not use it as a means to shortcut the rules. Need you to approve this

No offense Russian, but since when are you the GM? I'm all for your idea, don't get me wrong, but I thought Shammy was the GM?

It's more of a republic. With shammy as our president. Well trusted figures can make dicisions without his direct approval because let's be honest, shammy won't be around 24/7

Not that everyone won't be! It's a good idea 'n all, but if you'd run it by us first that would be nice. I'm not trying to chew you out or anything >-< I'm just bringing up some concerns.

Its just that he should've run it by some of us first. No one should have the power to add something that big out of the blue. Shammy would've at least brought it up first. That's why he's a good leader. One of the reasons, at least.

Nothing against Russian, though! I'm sorry if it seems like I'm picking on you or anything.. I'd be saying this if anyone did it.

no ofense taken at all i can see your view point, everything that ive posted has got the approval of shammy
 
all the systems, zombie forms, char sheet and this has gotten approved by shammy, if what ever i do post that disent have his approvak will be mentioned that i have not been aproved/clear by shammy.
 
as for the GM personaly i do not know, i know me and miya were GMs by Shammy but shammy once did say to me he was uncertain about the GMs and that he thinks he should be the only GM. So Im uncertain about it and going with the safe rout that he has removed me and miya GM rights and we are just normal players.

well besides with me being the zombie controller and that. all apologies for the lack of zombie interactions ive been bussy with school work since finals is coming up and with creating the zombie sheets, bandit/gang and community sheets and working on a system.

the reason why incase you are wondering why communties is getting its own seperate form is because i personally view communties and gangs/bandits diffrently

in terms of power a average to super strong community would win in a full out confintration against a group if they decided to attack the comunity location.


think of it like this a single bandit group that has no ties or alliances would never ever think of attacking a kings castle ever. for they know good that they would loose. this mindset applies to bandits and communities. Now there are ways to beat/conqueror a commmunity.

badnits of course can attack and conqueor small and weak communties and players.

I am going to have to make personal CS sheets for ALL My members, because trying to cram as many weapons information as I know into such a small space with such disorganization would be impossible for me, I can't put them all on just that single GS or CS or whatever sheet you want to call it.

Hey, I like putting all the information down! it's fun! and besides, I would like everyone to know them more than just "Random gang member number 1 and random gang member number 2", they all have names and stuff o3o and I have the time to do it so why not use that time.

As stated before you can make each char as detailed as you wish just know they are still concidered NPC unless they are the 1 crucial char or 3 important chars.

And go ahead you can give each one weapons just make sure to place to take everyone you wrote down and paste it in the weapon/ammunition category.

Than i might just make them individual characters, instead of a gang, just because i like them being actual characters, and besides i was going to make the story when the RP continued that the Red Dragon was gone, and Zen was the only remaining member.

I mean even than i did just want to add one big actual character of mine, and that was about it, the only reason i put the name of the Gang in is because that was just part of Zen's backstory not a actual asset

if I'm be honest I feel that can have major problems because then each char would be concidered a char and thus receive all the char privileges and would make them extremely OP borderline gods
