North-Wood Palm High

Alissa laughed a little and stuck her foot out and leaned back. She quickly looked at Logan, then the Ground. She quickly fixed her hair
 
"Well I'm sure it'll turn out good." Mae went to grab a table and began looking at the menu. "I'm so hungry, I could eat this entire menu. But umm, idk, having lunch at a breakfast place is soooo pointless. I think I want the chocolate chip pancakes, with fruit and bacon."
 
Mason chuckled "You have a point" he said as he looked through the menu. "I'm going to have a waffle with bacon and a water" he told the waiter. He looked at Mae and winked


Alissa thought "Stay in the gym? Probably 5 more minutes, why?" she asked as she took the ball from Logan and smiled aa playful smile
 
Mae smiled and looked up at the waiter, "Chocolate Chip pancakes, half stack, fruit bowl and bacon, extra crispy, and a tea please." AS the waiter left with their order and returned with their drinks, Mae leaned forward on her elbows and smiled at Mason. "So, Mason, tell me interesting things about yourself. I know about the sports and what you do at school, and I know you're nice, and charming, and you listen to any type of music. So what else?"
 
Alissa kept on running "Sure! As soon as you catch me" she yelled as she ran with the ball in her arms


Mason smiled "Well, I have a tendency to smile alot when I'm around girls that I like. I have a dog named Jojo, I live roller coasters, anything else you want to know?" he asked
 
Logan grinned. He ran after Alissa. He caught up to her and accidentally knocked her against the wall leaving her standing there between the wall and him. Logan stood there for a second looking into Alissa's eyes. Oh my gosh what am I doing? he thought to himself. He backed up. "Hey sorry. I can get a little competitive at times." he said.
 
"Well what about stuff in your childhood, what's your family like? What made you interested in sports? Any plans after graduation? Favorite foods, movies, color...hell your birthday? " Mae was about to ask more questions and then caught herself. She looked down at her hands. "Sorry, I ask too much, I just like knowing about people I like."
 
Alissa smiled "It's ok, I can get like that to" she said ressuringly "Now that you've caught me, I will go change, and sneer you in the hall in five" she said as she put the ball back and waves to Logan before she went to change. She got dessert in blue jean shorts, a cute tank, flip flops, and a sprits of perfume. She walked to her locker and put her things away and waited for Logan


Mason smiled "As a kid I grew up in a three story house with my mom and dad. We were a happy family and we always had fun. My favorite color is green, my birthday is July 17th. My favorite food would have to be steak or moms home made pizza, my favorite movie; I don't have one. My plans for after graduation are move, get a good job, raise a family, and much more" he looked at Mae "It's ok" he said ashe held her hands
 
Mae looked up at him and squeezed his hand lightly, running her fingers over his. "Mine is July 19th," she smiled, "And my favorite color is red. It's my signature."


She could see the waiter coming up behind Mason with their food, and she slowly pulled her hands away as their plates were set infront of them.
 
Mason smiled and quickly kissed her cheek before the food came. He took his plate and waited for his utensils
 
Mae handed him a roll of silverware, smiled and took a bite of her pancakes. "Mhhh, soooo good! Better than Ihop, without a doubt."


It took Mae some restraint not to just devour the entire stack in a matter of minutes. They were so good and she was terribly hungry.


She took another bite and then sipped her tea.
 
Alissa saw Logan l"Hey" she said wih a warm smile. She pushed her hair back


Mason smiled "Thank you" he said as he started to eat his waffle he nodded "deffently" he said
 
After eating a slice of bacon, Mae asked, "So should I answer the same questions? Is there anything you specifically want to know about me?"


She nibbled on the fruit bowl, which was the only thing that wasn't too good, and started slicing the rest of her pancake into strips.
 
Alissa thought "Doesn't matter to me" she said with a smile and a quick wink


Mason smiled "Ehat is your favorite movie? Do you have any pets? Where did you grow up?" he asked as looked at her softly
 
"Well, I like a lot of different movies. I kind of have a favorite in every genre. I'd say my favorite to just sit and watch are the Harry Potter and Lord of the Ring Series...I know I'm nerdy. But I also love anything funny, 21 Jump Street, American Pie, Ted. I also love disney movies, Hercules, Little Mermaid, and any action movie, especially the superhero movies or anything with suspense. I'm really sorry I can't just pick one. Um also, I have two horses, Crow and Azteca, and I had a black lab but she died about three months ago."


Mae took another bite of food.


"I grew up here actually, um, but I spent like 14 years of my life getting tossed between my mom and dad. He lives two hours away and split when I was four. Mom is kind of a nutcase so dad tried to gain custody, but he's just as crazy so I chose to stay where I could dance. But I almost had to quite cause my mom doesn't have a job. So honestly, I look pretty put together, like a have it all, but my life has been pretty suckish. There's more to all that, but I don't want to talk about that just yet. Today is WAY to good of a day! Anyway, I'm ready to get out my house and go to college!"
 
Alissa smiled "Alright your house it is" she said with a little chuckle


Mason smiled "We should watch Harry Potter together sometime" he said. He put her hair behind her ear and smiled softly. "No need to explain" he said
 
"Thank you. And I think that would be lovely. But beware, I know every scene of every movie." She took a few more bites and set her fork down.


"I am definitely full. That was delicious! Thank you for taking me here Mason."
 
Mason chuckled"You're welcome! Thanks for coming"he said with a littoe smirk


Alissa smiled and walked to his car. She looked at Logan then the sky and ground
