Futuristic new earth

Marcus had been quiet about the whole journey till now in his room. Thinking that if he hadent been sent on this mission he'd be dead, the mother who just wanted a better life for her daughter was gone. They were never meant to save anyone, just the species and what was the point of that. 'Still he wouldnt stay in here forever.' He thought getting up. 'That captain knew, why didnt he tell anyone.' He walked out his room for the first time since they left.

Dawn looked around and stayed silent having her jacket on making her look more like a boy that girl. Her plants where growing nice and green. She cuts a leaf off and started to experiment to the herb.

Dawn heard a person entered her room but she didn't stop. The plant's leaf started to smoke up,"Interesting." She mumbled and wrote in her journal and stood up turning around past the man to a new plant and observed it.

"how are your pets are they doing good Dawn oh we are a week away from a plant that ma be new earth"he watched her carefully

Dawn nods and pulled a petal off and looked at it then adds water and hands him the petal. "I know eat that" She said pinning her bangs back and puts her glasses on and looked at him.

Dawn looked at him and writs in her journal. "It's going to make your tongue go numb for an hour or two." She sets her things down and pulled out a chocolate bar and un-clipped her bangs

Nichole sits in her room. Thinking up special solutions to help her book pages stay un-blurred. She bites her lip and looks at the roof. Finally a light bulb hits her and she digs around inside her scrap box for parts. Humming a small tune to her self she grabs her tools and begins welding and beating away at a metal object. She then messes around with some circuit boards and she finds some batteries that she brought with her. Fixing the batteries in a designated area, she then installs a light source. Connecting the wires to the light source so that they will have a special effect on the light, she finishes up the project by screwing in a screw and then she's finished. Smirking to herself, she grabs a piece of paper and a pen. Then she adds a drop of water on what she wrote and watches as the words get blurry. She grabs her invention and presses a button. A red light beam from the end of it and scans over the words it processes a minute and scans over them again and then the words appear clearer. Smiling to herself at a job well done, she puts the invention down, but then the paper bursts into flames. She quickly estiguishes it and starts tweaking on the invention some.

she was right his tongue went numb it was a strange feeling it will be hard for him to speak now"we...ll wh...y wou....ld y...ou gi....ve m....e thi....s ba...ng i...t I'm tal...king we...ird"

Dawn shrugged. "I dont have any test subjects or volunteers due to my invisibility." She flipped her hair like an emo kid would and walk to another plant and pulled a root out as a yellowish liquid came from it after she cut it off. She hands him the root and pulled her journal out and wrote in hin and sat waiting looking at him through her glasses.

Saphire, now finally finished calming down, went in search of something else to occupy her time. Hopefully something nonviolent. A book would be nice, actually. I doubt anyone brought any though. Or that they'd let me borrow one. I guess I'll just explore the ship, then. Nodding she walked away from both the quarters and the bridge. It had looked rather large from that stage, so now she was interested what was there. Mayhaps she would find a gym, armory, or perhaps even an observation deck. Anything to get away from her room.

While wandering the halls he he ended up running into another one of the passengers of the ship, Saphire if he remembered her name. He looked into her a bit as she was one of the people he was most worried about on the ship originally. Former assassin, he worried at first she'd still have loyalties to those on earth, not that mattered anymore. He gave her a nod. "Hey."

"Hello." Saphire said, avoiding crashing into the tall man. What was his name, Marcus? Ah yes, he was the one who looked like he would have been a good fight. She looked him up and down before deciding that yes, she did hate him just like everyone, but no, it wasn't any more than anyone else. "We've not been introduced. I'm Saphire Tsuki. My job is to keep you all alive."

ok..ay th...is is th..e last thin...g I do and ta....lk to pe...ople you wo....n't be inv....isi...ble th...an"he took it and did what he had to do"wh...at go.....ing t....o hap....pen"

Dawn looked at him and sighed. "It will make you talk normally. And no one wants to talk to a girl who looks like a boy." She said taking notes and returned to her chair.

I still research the orb sample not finding anything like it. "It's a new element for us I think I'm gonna call it Tural." I say to myself out loud as I look at it.

He chucked hearing her response. "While i dont doubt your ability i can protect myself ms. Saphire. My name is Marcus Arashi, a pleasure." he said offering his hand. He had to admit the girl had spunk.

She looked at his hand, eyes boring into it as though trying to decide if it was a trap or not. Which she wasn't, she already thought it was a trap. Instead she was running through every move that could be done from that position, and every counter-move. Finally, once she had come up with as many as she could think of at the moment, she took his hand and shook it. "That's two people who I don't have to bother with."

"Ah yes our boss, former military." He said guessing who she was referring too. After a firm handshake he let go of her hand and said. "You thought i was possibly gonna attack you huh." He said matter of factly. "I could see it going threw your head, the process of how you would kill or disable me after i tried, i know since ive done it enough."

Saphire's scowl deepened. It wasn't as effective if they see it coming. "I was raised, after all, to kill, maim and overall make life unlived." His bearing and that way of talking... a soldier? No, he had a similar feel to her. Not an assassin, though. Something else... bodyguard? "It isn't that hard to switch from taking lives to protecting them. One has to know their opponent to best them, after all." She'd often hid in conventions run by bodyguards to learn their tactics, after all.

"Im sorry.just give it a try and I guess it would it hurt me to test a few more so let's continue"
