So what exactly is the plot/characters. Are the characters from specific fandoms, or is it just a moshpit?

Like I said
I've more or less concluded the main plot for this character
So I just want to see how he interacts with everyones OC's as they travel different dimensions and get into all sorts of crazy hijinks

However you can expect mutli fandom stuff to take place
This universe considers almost all fictional works their own universes

Not being a big penis monster?
Mostly human?
Having experience in some form of combat, science or magic
Also possibly having an affiliation to a specific faction or organization
There is a lot of lore
I've built up this universe since 2016

not sure what factions there are

Ive personally had some universes and plots worked out since around 2015 i believe, and and when im older i was gonna get a bunch of my friends together and try to turn it into a show, probably something Youtube based like RWBY, and sort of animated like it too.

Well the main hub is the city of Sumaru from Persona 2: Innocent Sin
Spoilers ahead:
Its the only thing left of a dying world at the end of the game
Izuru (The human name of Amareus) helped the people rebuild it into a kingdom which became an Empire under his son
Its super high tech
With science and sorcery interwoven at every step
A few of the factions are:
The Guardian Corps: Peacekeeping force who handle more public nuisances
The Hunters: Special Forces who handle stealth ops and threats that could be swept under a carpet
ManaTek Labs: They develop new tech for people to use in their every day lives

ManaTek is techology powered by crystallized mana
With so magic users giving donations every week
The city has clean sustainable energy
