Does anyone take interest in exploration RPs? As in, a band of explorers charting an uncharted land, setting up camps and eventually towns as they go. This opens up heaps of scenario possibilities.


Uh, sorry for the short description, I've pretty much said all I need to. Anyone up for something like this?

Sounds neat. So like a DND kind of setting (orcs, elves), Regular Earth a few hundred years ago, or space? Personally I'd be most interested in the first option.

Personally, I had an old-timey fantasy-based setting in mind (hence the fantasy tag), although the orientation of the setting could adapt and change due to the wide-scale nature of an exploration-based adventure.

That's something I was going to discuss once we had our group together, as both would work in this situation.

I've seen more in one rp it will be complicated. But if you do a regular basis rp thread, character, rules, mechanics, second rp for those who get ahead of others. And basically just a bunch if rules basically to keep everyone in check.
