Ember the term neko implies only cat people, but as this was kind of a specieal curcumstance(Plus I love the character)she can stay a wolf. All who haven't been are accepted.
If people would make posts reminding others who there 'owner' or 'pet' is that would really be great and help the people who have no one. And remember if your an 'owner' with one neko you are aloud one more. Thanks.
