Other: Born in a metropolis, Dmitri was born a noble, made for power, of course, this was during the time of a grand dictator who ruled the land, when he was desposed, Dmitri's parents were killed off and he became homeless, he rose back to power after hypnotizing many people, soon becoming a head of state, he later gave up the life and moved towards a small town, he already has a number of slaves, and he treats them all in a communistic fashion, giving equal amounts to everyone and indoctrinating every slave he owns to act like they live in paridise, while his hypnosis isn't magical enough to be automatic, the slow reeking of his powers gives him sway. He's looking for a new slave to distract him per se.
