Jikai Shiniki
A quick visit to the Mosukage's office gave Jikai all the information he needed. He had been assigned to Team 2 along with Yuno Matsuda and Yukimuro Taka, under the guidance of Akatoshi Yama. None of the names besides Akatoshi's sounded familiar. Akatoshi was one of the more famed Jounin of the Moss, mostly because of his work in the Yago-Shimu-Aka trio all those years ago

Jikai knew what team he had been assigned to, but where were they? Jikai wandered the street, looking for his Sensei. After finding no traces of them, he decided to head to the training grounds in the case that they had already started training. Upon arrival, he saw someone on the field.

Kimiko looks around the cave and she sighs, well it wasn't the best hiding place she's sure, but it's something, she really wished she had her cloak now since the water's pretty cold, but considering that her cloak would've been wet too. "First thing first, check the other entrance" she thinks as she starts walking, making sure not to make a sound as she does so, once she makes sure that entrance is hidden she heads back to the water entrance.

"When will Sensei find me?" Mensa wondered.
To him, it has felt like an hour since this whole ordeal had begun.
Mensa was becoming tired of hiding in this delicious liquid substance.
Hopefully no customers come along, He does not wanna die by getting drank.
That would be the most humiliating way to go out as a Semi-Shinobi.

following the Uzumaki as he fled was an enjoyable experience. Of course he was a clone and therefore ran off the original...but still. He had that originals thoughts, ideas and likes so he counted it....sort of. His rabbit summons of course speed along in short burst to alert him of what was going on elsewhere, and the knews of what his (OGs) Genin where doing absolutely thrilled him. As he neared the Uzumaki, gaining speed quickly with his longer legs, the thin chain crackled and burned with electric charge going through it as he suddenly whipped it right at the red head in a sweeping arc to wrap and entangle him while giving a minor (but yes moderately painful) shock.

Finding his darling little girl was small bit more difficult. While his summons were of course summons and trained, they nevertheless were their own characters...that being said during trainings like these Gin usually let the leash on them looser. Patting the jackrabbit as it thumped hard under the praise he let it continue its mild snack that OGs student left him. Such a sweetie~ thinking about his summons like that... still. This wouldn’t have worked on an enemy ninja and therefore-
Gin swung coiled the chain around his wrist and hid it in his sleaze before tracking his student to a pool of water where the trail ended. Cocking his head slightly, he pulled a mild paralyzing poison out of his ridiculously long sleeves .
Without further ado he poured it into the water before forming the seals for a large water dragon to shoot out of the other end of the pool of water.

Finding Mensa was..funny and also moderately difficult. If he hadn’t been keeping an eye (stalking) his students from the start( and from the word go since he started this game) he mihh he t have had a more difficult time finding his cute little Genin. That paired with his impeccable chakra control he narrowed in on the strange chakra presence

Kiyoshi Uzumaki
Kiyoshi had to hold still to keep the camouflage in check, so he could only hold his breath when he heard the footsteps rushing towards him. As he heard something -- almost like electricity -- his heart skipped a beat, and the fire cloak dissipated into thin air as he tried to leap off of the torch. His legs didn't leave the ground before he was wrapped in thin chains that shocked him.

"Oww...! How'd you find me, I thought my fire disguise was perfect!" He whined.

Upon hearing the water move she takes out one of her swords while dashing away, letting the celing collapse about halfway through the tunnel before using the other entrance to escape, backtracking slightly for her cloak and once that's secure she keeps running "I knew it" she mumbles, she knows she isn't faster then Gin, knows little to no ninjutsu, but if she has one advantage it's that she knows the forest, not that that could help her in the long run so she takes her second sword as well, what also didn't help is that she's still cold.

After a while she jumps in a tree to continue from there, hoping to get more distance between them "He's not getting me that easy" she says, only pausing for two seconds each time to check her surroundings, but she stop doing that after a while too in favor to just keep going.

Yuki had started walking back towards the river again "Matsuda-Sama please wait up, what if sensei will attack to test us when we get there." Speeding up he finally caught up to her. He wondered why she was so angry with him, he hadn't done anything to upset her already had he? Finally they came to a clearing where the river split the land, on the other side their teacher sat on the grass waiting for them.

Akatoshi Yama

They're finally here. The riddles and puzzles I presented them with weren't at all difficult, but I'm... Akatoshi opened his eyes, a look of pure determination on his face. I'm glad they passed their first test.

"What defines greener grass?" He questioned aloud, his voice louder than the river. If the grass is greener on the other side, then what is green grass? Is it the color of the grass, darker being less green and brighter being more green? Is it the amount of grass? This is all a matter of perspective. To you, you may not have a lot, but to others..." Akatoshi paused, revealing his only arm -- even that wasn't correct, his only artificial arm -- from the cloak's sleeve. "You could have everything to others.

"During the Battle For the Air, my comrades fell. I was entrusted by my Clan to do one thing, to carry out one task, and I failed to do it. Shimushi Uzumaki. Yagomichi Yamakano. The Yago-Shimu-Aka trio fell, and I lost the ability to pull of most Jutsu."

Akatoshi stood up slowly. "However," he said, casting the cloak aside to reveal a short sleeved black tunic, "I'm not useless."
He raised his mossy arm -- which reached up nearly to his shoulder -- and made half of a Tiger hand seal. His eyes closed. A large, translucent blue arm made up of Lightning Chakra, half of the size of Akatoshi himself, sprouted on his left side, where there was no arm previously. When he opened his eyes, he was already halfway across the river, the blue arm in a fist and aimed at Yukimuro.

Jikai Shiniki

As Jikai grew closer to the odd-looking man, he jumped off, seemingly after something. Had he avoided Jikai? It didn't matter, the only thing at hand was to find his Sensei and the rest of Team 2. Where else could they be? The only place left that they could really go to train at that degree was the forest, so to the forest Jikai ventured.

Yuno Matsuda

what makes the grass greener? Why...that’s...

Suddenly her hands flew into seals and a wind barrier surrounded Yuki.
“That’s UTTER CRYpTID BULLSHIt!!! If you wanted to fight us just say so! Don’t go bring in sentimental bulshit!” She yelled, shaking her head to rid herself of the small droplets of tears

Yuki had no time to hesitate, he had to think fast to be able to beat his sensei "I WON'T LET YOU STOP ME FROM MY DREAM SENSEI!" Making the hand seals Dog>Ram>Rat>Tiger>Horse and slamming his hands to the ground creating a wall of crystal that was curved to catch his teacher and provide him time to create his weapon. Yuki focused on the shape and out from his hand a crystal formed in the shape of a sythe. "I will prove my worth here and now."

Yuno Matsuda
Yuno yanked on her gloves firmlt as she bounced into rabbit stance. A glare lighting her mismatched eyes. “Tch. Whatever. I don’t have time to play your mind games Grasshopper! If a beatings what you want then come at u-me!” She caught herself at the end refusing to look at Yuki and bouncing forward swiftly, small tiny sparks of lightning playing at her feet with the fast and short shunshun/ leaps.

LG3

Waiting patiently and listening to the earth around him,he caught on to the vibrations in the earth and lept off once again with a deafening crack of lightning. Leaving the ground slightly scorched in his wake. He made several thumps to alert his summons to track the girl and keep him updated and soon poofed out of existence.

Akatoshi Yama

Akatoshi's arm gave off a CRACK, just like lightning, as it came into contact with Yuki's Crystal Wall Jutsu, not leaving a break in it. Akatoshi smiled. Good job, thinking fast. Although it's to be expected; I gotta keep reminding myself that they're Chunin.
Noticing Yuno's fast leap towards him, Akatoshi pressed his feet against the Crystal Wall and pushed, soaring through the air until he landed on the river, using his Chakra to stabilize his stance.

Kimiko gradually goes higher into the trees until she's sure she's not visible from the ground anymore, on the bright side she's not freezing anymore, on the down side, if she falls she's a goner, but she figured she'd just have to hold on a bit more and keep moving, she didn't feel like moving anymore though, so she takes a seat on a thick branch, she had heard the clone disappear in the distance so she doesn't have to worry yet, at the very least she keeps her guard up while staying seated on her spot overlooking the forest. She might as well practice with sensory jutsu seeing as that will most likely save her from another surprise attack.

A smile crossed Yuki's face "FINALLY!" he laughed almost maniacally as he rushed to his teacher with his sythe at his side taking a wide slash to his teachers torso while with his hand open after taking the swing making a one handed tiger seal to create a mirror to a wall to catch his teacher on or if he looked into it catch him in a genjutsu. Afterwords returning his free hand to the sythe to give the swing more power.

Akatoshi Yama

Akatoshi's Chakra Arm intercepted the scythe, pushing him in the air towards the crystal mirror that had just been created behind him. Crashing into it back first, he glanced at the wall, and saw himself. Damn it!

Yuki began taking wild swings at his teacher during his moment of hesitation, maybe he can beat him! Wide eyed and laughing more He kept pushing and pushing on his teacher.

Akatoshi Yama

Akatoshi threw the Chakra Arm up in front of him, blocking the scythe. As Yuki continued the strikes on his arm, Akatoshi analyzed him. He wasn't coordinating his attacks; this was almost a blind rage and would most certainly end up getting them all killed. Very well then, his time with Yuki was finished. It was time for Yuno. Extending his arm outwards, he pushed Yukimuro off of him, then headed for Yuno.

Jikai Shiniki

Wandering through the jungle, Jikai couldn't witness much, as his eyes were covered by the cloth he wore tightly around the upper half of his face. His sense of Chakra, along with hearing were enough to keep him from falling off of the tree limbs he bounced to and from.

Then, crashes and sounds of rumbling sounded off in the general southern direction. That was towards the river, could that have been where his team was?
Jikai quickly changed course and headed to the river, hopping from branch to branch.

Yuno Matsuda

‘it’s official...my team is filled with fuckin psychos!’
Yuno growled mentally as she sped up, now making small draining lightning teleportation jumps to avoid her own supposed teammate.
cursing under her breath she dodged to the side and got behind her sensei, her leg humming with chakra as she skirted on her hands and swung high at her sensei

Gin Matsuda

Blinking rapidly as he gained all the information of his still loose female student, he hummed and disappeared in a split second with a crack of lightning, reappearing moments later to pop his other lightning clone holding his lil tomato.
“Ah ah, Lets talk over dinner hm? Now~ lets go gather up your wily siblings!”
And with that both he and the Uzumaki disappeared with a crack of lightning and reappeared on the ground in front of the trees where his summons heard her disappear up into. Gin lazily tucked the Uzumaki under his arm, patting his back and rubbing soothing circles to dispel some of the nausea, and tuned his sensitive ears in.

Akatoshi Yama

She's fast, I'll give her that. Ironically, she's not as hot-headed in the midst of battle as the other one.

Akatoshi purposely fell to his knees as he spun around, dodging Yuno's high kick. Smiling at her, he hurled the massive Lightning Arm at Yuno's stomach. If he could land this punch, it would definitely sting. However, if Yuno could pull off a dodge like that (admittedly, it was a large arm, and the more Chakra put into it the heavier it was) she'd be pretty good for a Chunin.

Kiyoshi Uzumaki

"D-dinner? Sure, I guess. I hope my mom doesn't make anything good today, I wouldn't wanna miss out on her food. Then again, I could always have two dinners." Kiyoshi was in a daze, and let his arms and legs dangle as his Sensei carried him. Soon enough, they were in the jungle outside of the Moss. "I guess Kiri isn't going easy," he commented.

Jikai Shiniki

Jikai stopped on a tree limb, the river within viewing distance (although he still couldn't see), to observe the conflict going on. Two people were being attacked by a peculiar Chakra. Was it...? No, it couldn't have been. He was still alive? When he heard the name "Akatoshi," Jikai had brushed it off as some sort of mistake, or that some other Shinobi had the same name as the great Akatoshi of the Yago-Shimu-Aka trio. Maybe I should pay more attention...

Throwing up a few hand seals, his fist became encased with rock, and he propelled himself through the air. He extended his arm and aimed his fist straight at the great Akatoshi Yama. Jikai would certainly take him by surprise, if nothing else.

Yuno Matsuda

‘shit! Can’t dodge this, fuck what do I-
Sometimes you gotta take the hit imouto

Blinking sharply back into focus she let her body fall to the ground, her leg catching her and braces herself for the hit with her arms. While Yuno was skilled in taijutsu and some ninjutsu, her chakra control was poor, and using a replacement jutsu in time wouldn’t have worked. Nor would have calling up her wind shield either..: she had to...take the hit.
‘shit that fuckin stings’
She wailed mentally, flying back several feet before catching herself against a tree. Biting back the groan of pain, she growled instead and prepared to launch herself back at her sensei. The hell if he was getting the better of her! Stupid...shrub!
That was of course when some rando launched themselves at her sensei. Yuno stared blankly for .2 seconds before annoyance and rage set in and she suddenly found herself catching the earth bound fist aimed at her teacher against her own sparking gloves.
“GET OUT Of MY WAY FREAK!”
She snarled, shoving hard against him and flinging numerous senbon at her teacher in a quick spin.

Oh shit it seemed; It felt like Mensa had fallen asleep for 3 days.
Even when sensei found him, sensei did not wake him.
It seems like the owner of the tea shop didn't care to wake up Mensa either.
Though, the owner was very pissed off because apparently Mensa had scared away many customers.
"Your little stunt cost me half my pay,"
The owner was getting angrier with each word he spat, "What in the living hell makes anyone think that this was a bright idea!"
Tales were told of a boy who lived inside green tea now emerged.
It doesn't seem like this will go away any time soon.
Mensa's face began to turn very red, this was embarrassing.
He didn't die as a Shinobi but surely his reputation as one was done for.
"S-sorry," he said it with the goofiest grin he could've possibly manged.
"I didn't mean to." He started to slowly scoot away and out the front door.
Once he made it, he booked it down the street.
His face was as bright as a tomato.
He might as well get used to be called the tea boy; he'll never live this down.
