Kyomi is, in a nutshell, completely insane. She pronounces things wrong while speaking quickly, she leaps off horrifying drops, she even would stab herself in the situation demanded it. Her behavior is a little over the top, being both extremely happy in the most innapropriate moments, and also loud, very, loud. This all seems very strange for a little girl to have, but she pretty much shat on every little girl stereotype. She saves herself in a pinch, she decapitates dolls, and she dresses in rags.


She's rather passionate about how the world is a horrifying, terrible place, so why not be a horrifying, terrible person?


History:


Kyomi was born, not knowing of her parents or even her birth village. She was just tossed to the wild from when she could properly remember. She traveled a lot, stole food, and listened to some bad things from bad people. One in particular she looked to as a mentor, a now-dead masked man who did not speak his name.


He taught her just about everything she knew, driving the message of survival of the fittest quite deep into her consciousness, that she completely abided by the rule. Though she couldn't kill anyone, she stole, and was on the path of further wrong doing.


Her master was soon killed by Shinobi, though she hadn't known the cause, just there to cry over his corpse. She continued being a petty thief, carrying her master's message with her.

  Sadistic, manipulating, charming & rather strange are all words that could easily describe Uta. At first glance it appears that Uta is very gentlemen-like and kind, despite his slightly creepy appearance he often takes interest in particular individuals in which he easily becomes flirtatious with. Uta isn't shy to say anything is a great liar when he wants to be, he believes in most circumstances 'It takes one to know one' making it a bad idea to lie to him. Uta is secretly apart of a Jashin religion in an old and forgotten figure of history. Uta is highly intelligent despite what he may seem, having other connections in Village's people couldn't imagine. Uta isn't someone to be crossed without consequences.   Although Uta's existence is known as being the only living trace left of the 'Grim' race. His birth-right and childhood events remain hidden and unknown, seeming to only 'just' appear at the age of Sixteen, becoming apart of Haganegakure due to his unique and mysterious abilities. He quickly rose through the ranks after proving to be what the Village called a 'necessary' evil for a time, since the war was going on Uta's aggressive and sadistic mind helped the Village in many of it's larger scaled operations. However committing mutiny during the third year of the war, Uta lead a troop of members to their deaths by his hand. As well as exposing their plans to the enemy village at the time, he planned on crushing one Village entirely. However this plan wasn't as flawless as he perceived it to be. The Village's had created peace before the final blow was ever taken, Uta had gone into hiding after betraying his Village. Making a home for himself in a temple of 'Jashin' he spent time here studying and learning through scriptwriters of what was left behind. Seeking to re-ignite the Jashin Religion he now looks for other's to join his sadistic cult. It's rumored that Uta has actually possessed Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan for the majority of his life, and that he had some close relative that he must have taken eyes from in order to proceed with it. Although these rumors aren't confirmed, some shudder the thought of how evil he truly is.

  With the help of his Grim Aura, Uta is a very deadly force basing his strikes mainly off offense although his normal punches are the same as an average ninja. His movements are adept, having quick bursts of speed although he doesn't seem to often move or show much flexibility, it's unknown whether this is because he hasn't been pushed that far yet. However some find it hard keeping up with him when he does go to move around. His quick bursts being naturally an incredibly high speed, he's been counted among the fastest Shinobi. His Grim aura takes his taijutsu to a whole new level, using a style he calls 'Demon's palm' he sends barrages of dragon head shaped structures made by a red aura.
  
  
  Uta is advanced in weapon use of any kind especially Shuriken's, having a extremely accurate aim he's also able to easily keep up with fast moving projectiles in the air, being capable of simply catching Kunai's or Shuriken which are throwing at him and in a flash, throwing them back at high speeds. If he chooses, Uta can prove to have a rather acrobatic and complex martial arts style. Mainly focusing on blocking attacks and setting up counter strikes and following it on with a deadly combo.
  
  
  Jutsu:
  
  The only known technique that Uta has currently showed anyone (Basically, I'm still writing/thinking of a few original ones) is his Sharingan's unique ability to copy and be able to use any Kekkei genkai or nature he comes in contact with, through only a few certain requirements. First he must take 3 hardships (Hits) from a specific nature or kekkei genkai(Or any technique in general, it's practically memory extraction), after that he must taste the target's blood and activate his ability. Allowing him to steal the knowledge from another and store it into himself. This has also been seen to branch out to even being able to read another's mind and steal knowledge they possess, this is a great tool for information gathering however requires the victim to willfully go through the process. Meaning Uta normally has to torture another to do this.

  Being a jashinist, Uta possesses the Jashin techniques which allow him to become a living voodoo doll. After a bunch of experimenting on Jashin's secret techniques Uta was able to make himself immortal by a having to commit a certain amount of killings using the Jashin Ritual technique. Although not being able to die Uta is still able to feel pain and can go down in battle temporarily (Of course you could always do the whole cutting to pieces and placing them in separate places, he'll die eventually by lack of sacrifices)

  Steam Release: The Great Fog - Although this ability uses a fair amount of chakra, it creates a vast fog (Which if given enough time can cover a village). This highly dense fog can make it almost impossible to see without any help from Dojutsu (Eye techniques, Byakugan and Sharingan are examples.). This fog also seems to disrupt reading Chakra singles (Again, unless you have a dojutsu) making this ability incredibly useful for a quick get away or infiltration.

To cut it short, Akahi is a sociopathic/psychopathic narcissist.


She can come off as a sweet young lady, always bearing a smile and holding flowers. She can even be very motherly when holding this charade, tending to wounds and even expressing concern for others.


What a little liar.


When she has pulled her victim into her trap, the true party has unfolded. She starts it slow, her tone creeping in a kind of scary tone. Those who haven't caught the red flags from before are in for hell. Then she knocks her prey unconscious, may it be from gas, or hitting them into unconsciousness.


"When you get into the chair, you never come out the same."


Are her first words as she speaks to her victim. She doesn't use torture to gain any information, though it is handy when they're trying to think of things to make her let them go. She comes in to either torture or feed her victim, showing how uncaring she is. The feeding part? She feeds them other people's (Sometimes maggot-filled) meat. She doesn't say anything because it wouldn't matter.


She constantly preforms her Genjutsu, Your Best Nightmare, getting a kick out of all the screaming and crying her victim does, and she wouldn't even have to touch them.


Though sometimes, she uses her Kekkei Genkai, just to play around with them further...


She's finished when they cease functioning properly. Just to treat them like a broken toy, and toss them out.


History:


Akahi was born in a very religious family. Though they were religious, they weren't the nicest of people... They decided that they wanted to preform new rituals, since they began a new religion. Of course those rituals, meant harsh brainwashing. Akahi was the first, and last victim of their new custom. She was strapped down into a chair, day after day a member of her family coming and preforming their Kekkei Genkai on her. Hours and hours of trying to train her mind into enjoying their religion.


The opposite happened.


Instead the illusions slowly twisted her into a mindset where it was okay to torture people to your heart's content, that it was just a thing to say "Too bad"! if you were to be pulled into it.


She soon then had the power, and lost enough humanity, to kill her own folks. She preformed the same illusion on them, slowly driving them to suicide. She was finally free; she came from the chair, and stepped outside for the first time...


She was then rescued by a squad of ninjas and effectively was put into school, unaware of her mindset.


Years later, after learning all she needed... She killed her own squad with the same method, and fled.


She soon met the religious group's leader, and joined suit.
