Doga, the god of Magic, is a studious scholar of the arcane arts which stem directly from him. There are many different paths of magic. Magical spells which deal with spells that fall under the purview of the other gods are limited. Doga generally doesn't regulate spells which fall under the abilities of other deities, but Doga's versatility of being a god capable of reaching into other areas that aren't his specialty is a great advantage.

However, Doga is also a god of illusion, which is an area of magic he does regulate. He's not as good at illusion as The Trickster, but it's still an area of supernatural power he's ecspecially good at. Still though, there are areas of magic which other deities just aren't nearly as good at, such as the ability to enchant, which is, instilling magical qualities in the world around him. Doga can imbue strong magical qualities that are impossible for mortals to imagine being natural, such as curing stupidity, or dramatically increasing intelligence in someone who is other wise mediocre in their intellect or maybe just kind of smart or a little dim., into being a world renowned genius, maybe just by hearing Doga speak.

Doga's magic is usually subtle but it doesn't have to be. This is where actual spells come in. Magical qualities, such as a dragon's breath is certainly equal to a very powerful spell from a magician, but an actual spell used by magicians are merely magical qualities a magician uses in order to dramatically push an energy or some sort of trigger to bring about change. (Almost, if not entirely the dictionary definition of magic). Using sound vibrations exerted by certain levels of volume, words, etcetera, in certain ways, such as a cave, reverberating echoes back and forth, for example, may be able to exert enough energy to bring a powerful word capable of casting an actual spell that is not available to mortals in any usual circumstance.

A normal magician can perhaps produce a flame from their fingertips and light a candle or torch, but an actual spell cast is needed to produce a stream of dangerous fire, to attack an enemy, or form a conflageration such as a fireball or something similar. Only very powerful magicians and masters can produce such magical abilities without spell casting. If Doga had a demigod son or daughter, he or she would be able to perform truly powerful spells, like calling fire from the sky to destroy villages, towns and small cities, without even uttering an incantation.

However, even many magicians who had become competent enough to gain immortality won't even match the magical power level of Doga's children.

so are we using real (u know what i mean) gods or are own? also what the plot are has the RP even been set yet.

The moon has some surprisingly good powers from what I've learned, so I like my goddess even more
